I should be explaining to you why the NNPC should be selling crude oil in Naira to who? Are you the one that'll guarantee that the beneficiary of the naira crude oil will not sell the product to outsiders in dollar rate, their by taking us back to a form of subsidy.

I understand your point. In all, it's really pathetic that dollar is determining the prices of common food in the country. It's understandable if we're talking about cars and other things we don't and can't manufacture yet.

Subsidy breeds corruption in a country like Nigeria. Removing fuel subsidy is the best thing any government can do.

Prices of foodstuffs should never be dependent on the strength of our currency unless we're importing them. If we grow most of our foods, nothing should concern the price of rice and beans with the value of the naira relative to the dollar.

I've traveled to lot of countries, everyone pay the same taxes irrespective of religion.

Surah At-Tawbah (Chapter 9), verse 29:

One thing in this life is that try as much as possible not to have any skeletons in your cupboard. If Nwosu announced the winner, MKO wouldn't have any need to declare himself the winner, and consequently going to jail for it.
It's basic knowledge that a winner can only emerge if the chairman of the electoral body announce it after collation of the results. If you're old enough in 1993, you should have known that we only knew MKO won from collated results, not from Nwosu announcing him the winner.

It's a bunch of disjointed stories that says one thing in this verse and says something else totally unrelated in the next.
