Politics / Re: IBB's Rally Flops In Ibadan, Ex-dictator Fails To Show Up‎ by Depilot(m): 3:35pm On Aug 01, 2010
Let me first of all state that I'm not a supporter of Babangida or any other presidential candidate. I see every single politician in Nigeria as enemy of the states. They are all the same. You must be a fo ol to see this differently.

It is obvious that yorubas don't want IBB based on his record and the igbos because they want a break/they want Jonathan, the hausas on the other hand can not be predicted. And believe it or not, it is still possible that Babangida can win this election without a single vote of the Yorubas and Igbos. As a matter of fact, I honestly believe that sooner or later the 2011 presidential election will be turned into a war btw North and South; and once this happens everybody will lose.

I was told that message is being sent to the north that Yorubas and Igbos are all against Babangida only because he's a northerner and a muslim.
We have to slow down and use our head. Cursing or attacking  Babangida for the same thing Obasanjo, Ibori, Akala, Gbenga Daniel, Odilli, Jonathan's wife and other politicians did is simply not going to bring anything great to this country.
Instead of constant attack/curse on Babangida and his supporters, I advise to embrace democracy, educate one another and make sure that our votes count. Allow our votes to get the job done.

Constant bashing/attacking/cursing will only bring sympathy toward Babangida's camp.
Be smart, do not make this election something personal btw north and south, if this happens Babangida wins.

ogunniyi2:
hello my people! i want to remind you that majority carry the vote!  cursing IBB may not be the best bet to resolve this issue, instead of this, why don't u who are against IBB aspiration to commence aggressive  campaign to convince the populace why u believe that IBB is not good enough for Nigeria.mind you some people are ready to die for him. so forget about any sentiment that he is not a good man!
,

This is what I have been telling these fo ols.
The key to 2011 election isn't Ibadan, the key is northern states and large northern population.
If stopping Babangida is your goal, then you need to seriously start doing more than just cursing Babangida and his supporters. Have you noticed that these people really don't care about what you say, think or feel. They are only focused on one thing, called WINNING.

Now is the time to stop making noise,
forget sentiment and start using your brain to do something sensible before it's too late.
Because once this man wins, you can just forget it, there will be nothing any of you can do at
that point.

Remember that majority carries the vote, and a winner is a winner.

Looking at what is on the ground and connecting with reality of how things are done in
Nigeria, Babangida still has a good 80 percent to win this coming election without rigging anything, and this is why his camp is not moved by your powerless actions.

Once again, forget sentiment, grow up and fight for your rights.

It is true that you're a big fo ol with a yellow brain.

I haven't even stated who I'll be voting for and this idiot to already calling his older brother names.

And for you, the lost soldiers, I hate to let you guys know that these figures are fact.
If you want to stop Babangida you must start paying more attention to all these listed northern states; they the key to electing the next president.
Definitely nothing is going to come out of flexing your muscle in Ibadan. You simply need more than that to stop Maradona.

So,if stopping Babangida is your objective, it only makes sense to start by looking @ these states and numbers.
Politics / Re: The Igbos In Nigeria Should Embrace Zoning Agreement More Than Anything Else by Depilot(m): 6:53pm On Jul 28, 2010
The Igbos in Nigeria should embrace zoning agreement more than anything else

No zoning arrangement in Nigeria is a priceless gift to the northerners

I may not agree with everything, but this topic is on point and the conclusion is not too far from the truth.
The Igbo people shouldn't allow this next 4 years to take away a life-time opportunity from them. The main objective of zoning agreement was put together to favour the Igbos or the minorities in Nigeria. If anything, Zoning should be an Igbo man's best friend, as long as the presidential elections are being held in Nigeria.
Even if the election process is upgraded, this still wouldn't guarantee an Igbo president, after Jonathan completes his terms (next 4 yrs).
Without Zoning agreement in place, it is more or less giving a life-time presidential position to the northerners. If you don't believe me, just let a northerner become the president and you will see how long it'll take them to give up this position. Without zoning, these people will forever pass this position among themselves. We must not forget that it is still a confirmed fact that Obasanjo became our president only because of the heavy support he got from the northerners; and I doubt it if this will ever happen again.
The population of the northerners in Nigeria is larger than others, these people do not leave this country for anything; they are ready to spend the rest of their lives in Nigeria, which also means their population will forever be increasing. These people are also very loyal to one another; a northerner will give his brother water before giving an Igbo man or a Yoruba man, which also means their votes will remain among themselves.
As an Igbo man, if you don't see zoning agreement as a very relevant tool in our political structure in Nigeria, you need to get your head examined.
The best one could do is to push for this agreement to official become part of our constitution.
Imagine a blackman in United States saying "NO" to racial zoning (for presidential position), that will never happen.
Politics / Atiku May End Up Being Our Next President by Depilot(m): 10:52pm On Jul 27, 2010
Just last night I was in town and fortunate or lucky enough to hang out with a couple of PDP big-wigs. During our Nigeria/politics discussion, I was reminded not to forget Atiku because he may end up being the elected one that will be relocating to Aso rock.
According to these PDP high rollers, these are the reasons why this presumption may become real:
1. Obasanjo feels that he has done Atiku wrong in the past and he wants to pay him back badly as soon as possible.
2. Lately Atiku also happens to be Obasanjo's best friend
3. Atiku has returned to PDP and he was welcomed with open arms by all members (because Obasanjo brought him back)
4. Goodluck can not handle unnecessary heavy combustion of the northerners if the zoning arrangement isn't acknowledged, therefore, he will not contest.
5. Atiku has been laying too low lately, I was told that he's laying low intentionally to avoid any unnecessary attention, he will re-emerge with full force when the time is right.
Conclusion: Definitely, Goodluck will not contest, but will select or endorse Atiku as his replacement.

Watch out fellows!

Zombies like u can only talk foolishly because you are a zombie, your mind is not functioning but u think it is.Always on about hate as if i am on your level of hating or adoring a rogue rich man in Nigeria, even an im-becile like you can be rich in nigeria as long u are prepared to learn to be dubious and heartless.

He will soon be expose, that is if jonathan is ready to bail the cat and go after the untouchable criminals in nigeria.Just like he is letting the haliburton case disappear,he might still let this one go.

It is about reality,it about exposing the so-called business moguls that connives with the corrupt system we call government in nigeria to rob  the people dry and keep animals like you  silly and blind for life, worshiping ill gotten wealth
There is nothing more ridiculous than reading a post by a fo olish poster.
Mr. Redsun, please read your own post and tell me if it makes any sense.
I am sick and tired of weak excuses and senseless castigation. What have you done for this lovely country lately? could you please identify 5 things that your "incredible" leaders have done for us in this country? Outside Nigeria, apart from your crazy super Eagleless, what else can some say about our great country? Have you been to Ghana or Rep of Ben or even SA lately?
You can say whatever you want about this man, but I can tell you that Mike has done his part to develop this nation/ continent to the best of his ability. It is now up to us and others to show the world what we can do to develop Nigeria/ Africa.
Even white men in USA and other parts of Europe are looking up to Mike and also trying their best to reach out to the man. Whether you like it or not, Mike is still one of the best things that has ever happened to Nigeria for the past 50 years.

I will join the haters club as soon as you can identify any political or government position Mike has ever held in his life time as Nigerian.
Stop hating, and you definitely don't have to like the man, but let us be proud of what the man has accomplished and continue to accomplish not only in Nigeria, but also all over the world @ his young age.
Even Bill Gate of United state doesn't have a clean record when it comes to starting or doing business in USA. I can assure you that you will appreciate Mike more if you have ever done any business in Nigeria.
Politics / Re: Mike Adenuga And Wife Become Nigeria’s Newest Fugitives. by Depilot(m): 2:18pm On Jun 29, 2010
The last time Mike was harrased by EFCC was 5 years ago when IBB made it clear that he was contesting for the presidential position. It is very interesting that Mike has been invited again as soon as it looks like IBB may be pulling for the high position again.
This country is a joke. The government is greatly useless, and the private business men who we are counting on are being politically harrased.
I don't care what anyone says about this great Nigerian (Mike), I will join the haters' club as soon as anyone could step out and identify any political or government position Mike has ever held.

Instead of fooling around and discouraging investors from investing their money in Nigeria, I say we should all go after the real problem in this country, THE LEADERS.

Chidichris: May God bless you. This is exactly my point.
Yes, I'm very glad for the man, but extremely sad for the future of this country. Many of us fail to realize that deep down the return of Ribadu signifies a very dark future and a poor judgement from the top to the bottom.
What we do not know or realize at the point is many corrupt politicians are also planning their various ways out of the country at the end of their term and at the same time calculating their return strategy back to the country. And this will remain so till we are smart enough to realize what we have been doing incorrectly for the past 50 yrs.

This is definitely not about Ribadu, but all about the way forward. The return of Ribadu at this time and unaddressed is nothing but way backward (the style we are all used to).
All it takes is Kalu to become our predident for Ibori to return back to Nigeria to head the CBN.

How long are we going to allow our various retarded state of mind to keep us blind?

Again, if you're jubilating that Ribadu is back, you're simply a blind bush boy (BBB).
We deserve much better that this foolish game.
Politics / Re: Nuhu Ribadu Returns To Nigeria by Depilot(m): 8:11pm On Jun 04, 2010
I'm not sure if this is a good news or another sad Nigerian story.
Yes, Ribadu is my man, but looking at a bigger picture this is another I think this is an indication that Nigeria as a nation is nothing but an accident car with a bad engine.

What happened to Ribadu has not been addressed, none of us really understand what went down. And foolish government is not really saying anything sensible about Ribadu's situation or what he's given permission to return.
If we do not know what happened how can we truly move forward? How can we prevent such thing from occuring again?
How can we work for our government with confidence? And what are we teaching our children?
I think the citizens deserve to know what was behind Ribadu's situation. If he was wrong we should know and if he was not, all the folks that cooked up his crime should be identified and punished.

If we do not learn one or two things about what happened, the same shi t will happen again and very shortly.
The big question is, who is next?

Nigerians should not quickly get carried away about Ribadu's return or his hon degree, instead, Nigerians should ask more questions and get to the bottom of what really happened.
Sweeping everything under the carpet is what got us here in the first place.

If you are impressed. Or happy that Ribadu is back or make any noise over his hon degree, you're simply a blind bush boy.

I love Ribadu, but this is another move that shows our country as a senseless spot on a lovely planet. Weak constitution, foolish leaders leading silly citizens.
The president, senators, ministers, governors and Ribadu are all problems from the same root that we do not need. They can all die and go straight to hell.

I'm not impressed at-all.

Politics / Re: Breaking News: Dele Momodu Wants To Contest For The 2011 Presidential Election by Depilot(m): 11:58pm On May 02, 2010
Winning the presidential election is not what Mr. Momodu wants to accomplish; his main goal is to only get the necessary attention to become at least an ambassador (may in Ghana). The same strategy obanikoro used to score Ghana.

This next election is much more bigger than Dele Momodu, and I'm sure that he isn't that dull to clearly understand this fact.

My prediction: if Babangida doesn't win (which I still think he will), our next president will be another northerner old school (a very good friend of Babangida).

Mark it down.

Politics / Re: Ibb Will Rule Again: Mark It Down by Depilot(m): 3:09pm On Mar 06, 2010
I have to disagree. To win an election or to be elected for anything in Nigeria, you need a lot of money and also know the right power at the right spots. In order words, you must be able to raise more money than the rest of the candidates and the current president must be on your side.
As a presidential candidate, if you have these unique advantages, sky is the limit.
1. IBB has the capability to raise up to 800000 billion naira, all within 2 hrs.Nobody else in Nigeria has the same capability.
2. Today, IBB is one of the only friends Yaradua family has and can count on. This family is ready to worship whatever IBB wants (in politics, this is called "wash my back and I wash yours"
3. For the past 2 years, USA has carefully studied our political structure in Nigeria; and they have concluded that in Nigeria today it's all about muscle and wisdom. This is why USA is indirectly inviting IBB to take over next year.
And I think he will gladly do so.

Politics / Now That We Have An Acting Pres Ribadu May Return Hm Soon by Depilot(m): 11:03am On Feb 14, 2010
One of the obvius reasons why Ribadu is on the run today is the bitter relationship between himself and Aonoakaa/Mr.President. But now that these 2 individuals are no longer in power Ribadu may be thinking about returning back to Nigeria.
I also heard that Mr. Ribadu is home sick and can't wait for any opportunity that will mold his return trip back home for good.
Do you think now is the right time for Ribadu to return back home for good?
Politics / Re: Promotion Of Goodluck To Acting President Confirms That Yaradua Will Return Soon by Depilot(m): 2:34pm On Feb 11, 2010
It is very important for Yaradua to return towards the end of this term. That is what his boys are calling for. Therefore, Goodluck has been promoted to acting president to keep Nigerians happy and implement a soft landing when Yaradua returns. I also think USA is involved in making this promotion possible.
Politics / Promotion Of Goodluck To Acting President Confirms That Yaradua Will Return Soon by Depilot(m): 2:20pm On Feb 11, 2010
I'm not sure if it's either too early to jubilate or foolish to celebrate the promotion of Goodluck to acting president. Please kindly mark it down: this promotion has only been activated at this time to give Yaradua a soft landing when he returns. If you clearly understand made in Nigeria politics, you will know thatit doesn't matter who places who during a particular democratic regime; what matters is who is the president towards the end of the terms. In other words, I will rather keep my super star players for the playoffs or finals. It is the same as Saving the best for the last. I honestly feel that Yaradua will return when it counts. In fact, this dude may be preparing himself or taking care of his health issues to get set for the 2nd term. This Nigeria, the land of everything and anything can happen. All I'm saying is: a systematically planned military coup is what this country needs at this time.We need a clean up process in Nigeria badly. The present and past politicians need to be chased out of this country immediately. A solid 2 yrs military clean by sensible and patriotic military officers is the only answer to our everlasting problems in Nigeria.I prefer a military coup that produces no president. In order words, we do not need a president during this clean up process; all we need is few dedicated military officer and a complete backing of USA for the next 2 years to execute this clean up process. Restructure and empower our weak constitution. And allow real leader/ competent citizen to contest for all these federal government top position. Enough is enough; nomore governors with 10 businesses all around the world. What we have at the moment isn't democrazy, what we have is called wash my back and wash your back, among thesame group of people. The sad part is: this group has a plan in place that we prolong this style of operation for many years to come.Believe me, I know what I'm talking about, I've seen it with my 2 eyes.A serious 2 years military clean up will give you Nigerians in abroad opportunities to return home and fairly participate in rebuilding this nation. If you take a good look at things in Nigeria today, I promise that you will realize that there isn't any other way out for this nation. A military take over/ clean up along with the backing of USA is the only option available; and I think it will happen very soon. Just mark it down.
Politics / Re: Military Regime Is About To Return; Please Mark It Down by Depilot(m): 1:49am On Feb 05, 2010
Typical Nigerians as usual (cowards and can't see pass their nose). Your president has been missing for more than 70 days with no explaination, long lines at gas stations all over Nigeria (the land of oil), and some people still see nothing wrong with this dead country. Totally unbelievable. M. Babangida might be our next governor very soon, M. Abacha is also gunning for a governor position, Aisha Babangida is also targetting for another top position in Abuja, while B. Shagari might be the next governor in Sokoto. The Sarakis are not sleeping either, I heard 2 of them are going for top positions in Kwara and Abuja in 2011. Alams is another one that isn't done yet, the man is working on returning to politics sometimes this year. And we still have Some Nigerians (educated ones for that matter) that think there is hope for this half baked democrazy. It is very sad and makes me wonder why politicians won't stop sucking the blood of our lovely country.
My question is: how long do you guys plan to continue to sleep?
Nigeria has been sold many yrs ago; the only hope is the return of the military regime. Anything else is a waste of time and a complete package of suffering and smiling for next30 yrs. Sorry guys
