I took a loan from a Microfinance bank sometime in 2019. The loan was N600,000 and I was asked to pay back on a monthly basis for 8 months. I had actually requested for 1.2million naira loan to get an important tool/machine to enhance my business but I was only offered 600k. With 600k I could not afford to get the tool, so I diverted the money to another business. After repaying a portion of the loan for few months, the business failed and I could not afford to payback afterwards. The business was meat distribution to households and offices. It failed because of inadequate structure that gave way for customers to receive products but not pay back. Debt killed the business. I have been struggling to survive since then.
At a point, I called the company early this year, when I got a new job that I know the months of my repayment have elapsed but I am ready to start paying a percentage of my new salary, but they insisted I should pay in full since my repayment is overdue.
Recently, I have been getting several threats from the company asking me to make full payment or else the case will be reported to the police and I would be jailed for absconding with the company's money. I know I am indebted to them but I can't afford to refund all the loan now since I am only managing to live with a job that I am doing now which I earn 40k salary. My concern now is that I need clarifications from the legal practitioners, IT experts and public prosecutors in the house on the following:
1. Is this case truly a criminal case as they constantly remind me or is it a civil case?
2. Can the Police actually track my location to arrest me as they threaten? Please note that I use a small Nokia phone and I am in a remote area outside Lagos.
3.What is the worse thing that can happen; so I can get ready for it because I am not financially buoyant now to cough out 600k now.

Sorry to disturb your peace but this has been going on in my mind for long and I really need suggestions on how to overcome it. I gave in to ire/anger and it's gradually taking the best part of me since I made a little discovery about my wife's past and how she lived her life while in the campus. I will try and make it as snappy as possible in order not to make you spend much of your time on my case.
Now, it goes this way, my wife came from a middle class family and she attended one of the best and prestigious higher institutions in the country, they're not too rich and they're not poor, infact, their family name can't be in the same sentence with poverty. She had everything she needed and lived her life to the fullest while in the campus, she flirted with and dated the best guys in the campus, she visited many night clubs and other exuberant and flamboyant life style that pertains to the campus.
Now on my own part, I attended one of the Colleges of Education that littered our country, I did everything all by myself, I sponsored myself throughout my stay in the college, I did all manner of odd jobs to survive, sometimes, I would miss lectures due to lack of cash, no one to assist, all these limitations made me not to pay attention towards the opposite sex as I was busy struggling to survive and hoping unto God for a miracle.
Right now, all I am feeling is anger, ire, all I want now is vengeance knowing fully well that while I was suffering and struggling to survive, fasting without praying, carrying bricks and block from one floor to the other, jumping from one market to the other hawking my wares, that my wife was busy somewhere enjoying and partying away her future, right now, I want to have my revenge, I want to live those life that I wasn't opportune to live, I want to flirt and have fun with many ladies both young and old, I want to visit as many night clubs as possible now that money is flowing in, I careless about the consequences and how she may feel, these are exactly what I'm feeling now.
this can't keep troubling me that's why I brought it here for suggestions and elderly advice.
We the children have sat my dad down and talked to him, to the extent we are tired, how can an old man at this stage in life still fornicating.
Money we sent to him for his upkeeps, he is using it to feed another man's children. several times my mom have seen vega 200 in his pockets during laundry.

Nigeria is already be over dependent on China, and China will take advantage of that. Of course the Buhari will deny the investments/Debts real intentions, because they don't really care, about the doom that is coming. I am telling you guys after Buhari leaves power, after the next 4-8years nobody will want to rule Nigeria again, because there will be no money to steal, infact the north will agree to a breakup.

Unclesmart12: Good morning FAM, I've been dating my girlfriend for four years now since our 100 level in the university. She has been the perfect partner for me and a really strong backbone that has kept me going in tough times, I've lost count of ladies I've dated but this Lady has got me hooked full time hence the seemingly long duration of our relationship, because before now none of my relationships had exceeded 6 months. I think it's important to note that I'm her first date/relationship too.
Sometimes I feel lucky to have her, she loves and cares for me to bits and I do the same too though it's apparent she loves me more. I've good intentions towards her and sees her as part of my future, I will gladly marry her once I'm lsettled and ready for that but I've one nagging issue with her.
Academically I see myself as an average student on a CGPA of 3.47 according to my 300 level results since I'm yet to see my final year result ( fresh graduate ) though I channelled over 80% of my efforts and time in school to hustling.
My girlfriend on the other hand is on a CGPA of 2.76 which I still consider a reasonable result considering the school we graduated from. She's been hunting for a teaching job since she graduated with little success and frustration is gradually setting in.
She visited me recently and while in my place she got a call from a friend to bring an application letter to a school she's been eyeing for a while now. She drafted a letter and gave me to peruse through it. Going through the letter seriously broke my heart, obviously the reason she hasn't been getting interview invites wasn't far fetched. It was riddled with grammatical errors and blunders, she could hardly string correct sentences together and punctuation was totally MIA talk more of paragraphs. It was a total disaster.
There was no way she was going to get a job with that kind of letter unless maybe through man know man. I took time to teach her on how to write a letter and to be honest it was just like teaching a basic two child how to write a simple formal letter. She couldn't even get simple spellings right, I'm not a genius neither do I see myself as an exceptional student but I really expected more from a graduate. I tried so much to mask my frustration and disappointment so she won't feel bad.
I don't want to judge her but that her performance really left much to be desired and left me upset that I'm beginning to consider my future with her.
I don't know if there's anything I can do to help her because I'm currently learning block chain development and UI/UX designing so I barely have time to spare now.
Please I need your advice on how to handle this situation.
this is the leverage that's keeping her with you. This is why your relationship with her seem perfect.. Bros take it like that and let her develop on her terms, don't force it, write the letter for her and cover for her when necessary.

A lady really annoyed me this morning. I had gone to the park to board a taxi back home. The guy who was loading for the driver directed me to the taxi that was loading. An elderly guy sat at the front seat while a lady was seated by the door and she was the only one sitting at the back. Note that the drivers take three passengers at the back. Immediately I saw how the lady sat at the door- her body language- I decided to enter from the other side but another passenger beat me to it plus I was approaching the taxi from her side to I just decided to enter through there. The lady rather than shift to the middle came out for me to enter without any form of excuse which I found annoying. I made my displeasure know to her but she just kept mute as if no be human being dey follow talk. I still repeated myself.this lady just start blowing out like burning charcoal, shouting at the top of her voice that "do I think she is a baby for me to treat her like that".
