I've loaded up to #800 worth of airtime from my bank account but have noticed most of it gets missing even when I make no calls. The latest happened today. I loaded #100 this morning but couldn't reach the numbers I wanted to call. This evening, I noticed that I have just #14 left. I'ld like to know what happened and to resolve it if it's a problem from there.
