sonature1:Lol. Perhaps when he begins to feel a sincere responsibility towards the next generation, he will understand. |
Golan007:I won't deny you a good night sleep, Mister. But try dey do your own thinking. It helps. |
Golan007:I wasn't talking. I was typing. So the 'shut up' part was quite pointless. It took 7 more exchanges before you realised I had told you Egypt solved it already. Quite smart of you ![]() I would think anyone worth his salt would have questioned then.. How did the flood in the Nile stop in 1970 when I mentioned it. But No, some of you are just used to being spoon-fed with copy and paste information. #GoAndVerify. |
Golan007:Egypt solved the Nile issue using dams. It's a national problem. You're asking after what Anambra did. No correlation. P.S. you really should be doing more research yourself. How could you just believe Egypt already solved it because I said so. That's poor. |
Golan007:I've never seen any Governor who can invoke a mountain out of a lowland, divert dam water into gutter channels or stop rainfall permanently either. ![]() |
Afamed:This one you're stalking on Twitter and Nairaland, I hope there is peace at home? ![]() Opened same topic twice.. Haba mana ![]()
|
Golan007:Says someone who knows nothing about flood patterns in Nigeria. You need a foundation in place first, before a debate can be carried out on whether you're capable of making sense or not in that regard. You're just getting your first lessons on that here so leave judgement to those who already know about that. |
That 0 score is a really poor grading. This is the idea of marriage planted in that child's mind by the society. The idea has to count for something. And there is no correction that could have served as a guide. Poor marking there. The marker should do better on the script he wrote himself ![]() |
...
Even this one is rattled by Obi's movements. He's now throwing non-existent mud for tiny likes. E be things ![]() Get your PVCs ooo |
Look at supporters of Junketeer-in-Chief running wild ![]() It is so strange for them to see a leader travelling for economic enlightenment purposes. Now they're grasping at straws because they are unsure how to deal with this. You busted his destination with an even impressive conference. Are you confused? ![]() |
Golan007:The last time flooding was recorded on the Nile, which is a National heritage by the way, is 1970. Maybe you wanted to say something else as this last comment doesn't make much sense ![]() |
iluvdonjazzy:Maybe nah eye service, but one thing it achieved is that even his subordinates that would probably not come near that region are in the same water with him. They're feeling what the people are feeling. They are empathising with the people. They are one with the people at that point in time. That's what governance should be built around and about. Empathy. |
Golan007:See why it is good to actually travel around if and when you can? Some of your likes were questioning Obi's trip to Egypt but you can see that even Google can't reveal this to you. ![]() Anyways, flooding occurs especially when the rains are up and in addition, water is released from the dam. Usually around August or so. And some yam farmers, especially in the Delta regions actually look forward to it because of their yams that are way too heavy to be carried into town. So they just canoe in, load up, and move them out. And of course, the flood fertilizes the ground massively for the nex planting season. It would be interesting to know what you would have done, especially about their means of livelihood, besides having to evacuate people when the floods come up. |
FreedomDynamics:One thing you can be sure of is if he had made the venture a long time before now, he would have shared the information like he has done time and again. The current and past Ministers of Finance have deferred to his prowess and suggestions on occasion. I'm not concerned about the timing because we most probably didn't have such knowledge before or the zeal to implement it if we had it. |
PericomaNwankwo:We're talking about Peter Obi, not Buhari. Peter Obi is a technocrat that even both immediate past and current Ministers of Finance have attributed to his foresight and passion for economic excellence. Buhari's has visited UK no less than 5 times on medical trips. Different levels please. You really think he has to travel to improve his mind?? Something he could easily achieve by reading??Before you understand my reply, you may want to understand what experiential learning is. That's the best form of learning open to human. The difference between him and most of us is that he can easily afford to travel to learn from the experts as it is a far far more effective way of learning than anyone you can put forward. |
PericomaNwankwo:Jesus Christ What manner of mindset is Nigeria breeding?? He is improving his value and you don't think that is enough action? So you believe Nigeria can still afford ill-prepared minds at the helm of affairs after our recent choices of Presidents? If we know he possesses the knowledge to solve critical problems in Nigeria, is the onus not on us to ensure he wins? You forget it's an election to be determined by citizens and not a family decision in which he is the head of the family. |
plaindealer:That's fine. Do you personally know what and how did Siemens do for Egypt that they are already doing for Nigeria? If not, how can you know if they're really on the right track and if Nigeria isn't being short-changed? You think Peter Obi eliminated excesses in his administration by accepting everything thrown at him hook, line and sinker, with no iota of understanding? Get rid of your fixed mindset and see that there is no limit to what can be learnt.
|
Frigga13:I assumed you were being realistic. When has Nigerian politics never being about people attacking? Follow your fave in peace please. |
Schprobs:YouTube videos detailing his achievements as governor at least eight years ago. You no see am. Records of his projects full newspaper pages 2014 and earlier. You no see am. Handover note dey internet since 2014. You no see am. I have just one advice for you. Use Google, Check all of these things, Send them down to Anambra. #Go and verify. |
Pandev:Brother, nobody dey beg shit to smell. Do what makes you sleep better at night. ![]() If e good, e go good for everybody las las. |
Pandev:When Buhari leaves, channel this energy to make sure Buhari faces the music for not being able to rein in the Federal Police who are committing atrocities all over the place. |
A really poor decision to reject it without express clarification. It was a charitable donation so it shouldn't be outrightly rejected. |
Omo.. This one no too go well o ![]() |
YoungBlackRico:He also had no real ailment and no speech impairment prior. Let it rest. |
YoungBlackRico:POTUS came off Senate to become Vice President before becoming President after a party switch at the top. I doubt if he would have this shot with a dilapidated health and justifying youth murder on the side. Putin assumed office when he was 47 and has been there at the helm ever since. That is not something to aspire for especially with the current happenings. Xi Jinping has been there about a decade. Still came in younger but such durations are still not what a democratic setting aspires to be. |
YoungBlackRico:After all, it's Nigeria. |
YoungBlackRico:Before the complain is that they don't show interest. Then they began to talk about it. It changed to they only talk about it, they don't publicize it to people. Then they began to campaign on social media. It changed to they only campaign on social media, how many of them have PVC? Then they began to register en masses for their PVCs. Now it is 'dem go use am' ![]() Man is insatiable. |
YoungBlackRico:It's a good indicator. I like the sensitisation and aggressive registration for PVCs amongst the younger generation. Never before in the history of this Republic, have youths been this motivated to vote. Only time. Soon these expired goods will begin to take their rightful places in nursing homes at the proper time. Instead of influencing Nigerian lives with their unavoidable laws of diminishing return. |
Where the verified logo go? ![]() |
Zico5:Oga vote BAT if you want. Nobody dey beg shit to smell. We gather dey this Nigeria. If you decide to sell eight years of your life for peanuts, that's totally your personal decision. ![]() |
Esama:Who is deceiving you? There's an obvious reason Obi dominates social media. |
stawarts:Nice counter. I'm convinced. |
