potopotoking:Make no mistake, death isn't a punishment. We'll all die! Any time, any place any how, righteous or wicked |
We can live peacefully if we accept that we can't all be the same and respect other people and what they value. God created us all and can make us all think the same way, speak the same language, have same skin colour, and practice the same religion if He wills so. You can't hate for God! |
Wow! RIP Baba NASCO. I remember those long packs of biscuit, wafer and the famous cornflakes. Arguably, makers of Nigeria's first attractively packaged biscuits. |
Imagine, locking up the road which belongs to the general public at day time. Most of those neighbourhoods that lock their gates during the day do so not entirely for security reasons but to deny non-resident commuters access to the road. Afterall, they always throw the pedestrian entrance open. This reminds me of those days in ebute metta when BOB was chairman of Mainland LGA, the Jebba street by Odunfa end gate always locked b'cos he was living there. one couldn't access Tapa/Okobaba through the street. |
You must be a very smart and focused young man considering what you wrote here. Meanwhile, I would suggest you go for web development or graphic design. Digital marketing encompasses SEO, Copywriting, SM Ad, etc. With IT skills such as programming or graphic design already in your kitty, acquisition of digital marketing related skills will require not much training. Avoid skills that would only expose you to crime as far as naija is concerned. I wish you all the best! |
Good development. More should be added as soon as possible. The govt should also put more effort on public awareness to improve patronage of the ferries. |
Mikehot:why do you people so much rely on falsehood to discredit other people's faith? May the hand you used in typing the lie you quoted perish and may you perish! Tabbat yada abi laabi watabbah! |

Cybercop2002:That's great. We should be proud of our own achievements. Perhaps, if we don't hype our own, who will? I believe we can attain any height in this life irrespective of our current status. Nothing is impossible and we never can say what lies ahead. Nigeria has the potentials for greatness, poor leadership remains our main problem. |
Cybercop2002:I think it is gradually taking shape. It will definitely be completed; just a matter of when? This is a private sector project. The more investment coming in the faster it gets. The economic situation in the country will however be a determining factor. It is great that infrastructure and amenities have been provided. Roads have been laid, trees planted, waterway completed and the aesthetic Marina District almost done with. These are proves that Eko Atlantic City is already a reality, just a matter of time. no need for skeptism. |
Raydos:Alright, thanks |
Arewa1stSon:Please spare us of these rubbish you're posting all over the thread. Who are the bandits, the kidnappers and boko haram you are claiming that you hate? Are they not Hausas and Fulanis? Are they sparing their own tribesmen when they commit their crimes? So, because we are fighting herdsmen for their evil actions here in the south, we are now enemies of the north? You are not making sense, man. Who cares if Hausa and Fulani can or can't be separated. You guys are so conceited to think every other tribe in the south is an enemy. We are talking about fighting criminality and you are both acknowledging the crimes of the accused and at the same time sympathetic to the accused criminals. That's hypocracy. Why are you people so tribalistic and egocentric? Fulani herdsmen have been known for banditry and kidnapping in West Africa over the centuries. |
