Yes, it can indicate seriousness on your part, but it doesn't not guarantee approval of your visa.
It's faster to fund from a domiciliary account. Open at access or fcmb or stanbic ibtc . Get an aboki to deposit the money there while you transfer naira equivalent to him. Then the bank will wire the money to your blocked account.

So let say my enrollment deadline line is 30 September, visa interview 25 August and I must send my enrollment documents with valid visa page photocopy on or before 30 September to complete my enrollment to the school. On a norm from what I read here and from what you said now. Visa can take up to 4 to 6 weeks or beyond after the interview. Am I at safer ends now to go on with this visa interview in this late August ? What's your look on this? Is it not too close to the enrollment? Will I meet up with the enrollment? This are questions running through my head now. Thanks

Your interview date is not bad at all.
If I were in your shoes, I'll do my enrolment before Interview, and take my enrolment Certificate (I believe the school will send that) along with other documents for my interview. I guess that can expedite the processing of the visa. Also, I'll ensure I go to the interview with either a fully blocked account or sponsorship letter.
If all goes well, between 25-30 September, AM will drop. Since you've already enrolled, embassy won't ask for enrolment extension. After AM, send the documents immediately and get your visa under 1 week. Travel and resume to your school.

It depends.
If you didn't submit your proof of sustenance before AM came and you are asked to bring it alongside the other documents, it will take some time to verify, especially if it's SL.

But on a norms, if you submitted everything at interview, you should get your visa at most 2 weeks after you submit the requested documents in the AM. There might be few exceptions to this tho. But for most people, this applied

Yes, AM guarantees visa approval. It's what we term as Approval Mail. So it's as good as saying your visa application has been approved.

The cost depends on the location your visa will be sent to

Address it from the German consulate to any location of your wish.
The farther the location from the embassy, the higher the price.

I want to also ask, is it advisable for me to pay the semester fee upfront before visa interview or after visa interview? Because my enrollment deadline is in ending of September but I will have my visa interview late August and I will need to attached and send by post; the paid receipt of this semester fee with photocopy of valid visa page of my passport and other documents to the school for enrollment. What's your advise for me on this. Should I wait till I get visa before I pay this semester fee or not? Thanks

I'll advise you pay your semester fee before the deadline. You can choose to pay it before or after your interview. It doesn't have any effect on your interview. If your interview is late August and AM comes within 4-6 weeks, September might have elapsed by then... So it's risky to wait till you get visa.
In the event of a visa rejection, your semester fee will be refunded.

If you have already learnt German up to B1 or B2 in Nigeria, then I can recommend Studienkolleg for you.
If you don't have this requirement, quickly enrol in NOUN and complete a session there. Get your transcript and apply for an English taught bachelor degree in Germany. Please note that, if you'll be using 100L transcript, your intended course of study in Germany must be in the same field with the one you have started in Nigeria. I mean, if you want to do engineering in Germany, get admission to an engineering course in Nigeria here, for the benefit of uniformity of the type of courses taken. You can't do 100L in biology and take it to apply for engineering in Germany.

Your Waec Certificate is under another category of documents... So I don't see how it will serve double capacity.

Use your state of origin Certificate. Paulinus won't come and check the date whether it's older than 5 years. It's even possible your VO returns it back to you cos it's no longer on the updated checklist.

Ordinary National Diploma is not sufficient to apply for a Bachelor's degree. You need either a Higher National Diploma or completed 100L transcript of a University or a completed Bachelor degree to apply for a BSc in Germany

The application form is an acknowledgement form that's generated after online application to a school. It shows your details and what you applied for there.
It could also be available as a separate download from the school website (if the school doesn't use online application). You'll download and fill in your Details.

In short, anything that can prove that you applied to that school.

Good evening Sir. I didn't write the master service center to inquire about the admission. I have 4 Applications at Jena (Med photonics, molecular life sciences, biochemistry and molecular medicine). The deadlines for the remaining 3 have passed too and the Application is still with the committee. Perhaps we exercise some more patience with them. When it's ready they'll definitely notify by mail.
I've rejected their offer already tho

I applied to 8 schools and on 27-06-2019 i got one admission letter from WWU Muenster and they said if i did not declare my acceptance before 07-07-2019 they will withdraw the admission letter and i wanted to delay to see if other schools will send their admission letter so i can make a choice and reject others but as it is now i dont know what to do, whether to accept this and reject others that will come or i should accept it then when other come and i make my choice then send email to others that i wont make it.

Since no other AL has come for now, accept this one and start working with it.
Peradventure your most preferred AL comes later, you can always withdraw this one.

You can choose to use a pen to fill your visa form. There's no rule to that. I just feel that it will look more formal by typing it out.
The declaration just needs your signature and date, which obviously has to be done by hand.

Your sponsor is to get the declaration at the Ausländerbehörde (Foreigner's office) of the city he/she lives.
