he should stand by his contract.if he was desperate enough back then to sign it,he must have seen something good.its either he settles with his people or he pays up.lesson to the upcoming, don't sign away your life,if you are really good they will see it and it will be on your terms or you leave and continue to search till God leads you to a good place

nelly uchendu, onyeka the elegant stallion ,oliver, osadebe, bongos etc my best big brother eviction show was the one onyeka performed in. i remember i was teary during her performance.onyeka onwenu just commands the stage anytime anywhere.
these oldies where very professional and didn't joke with their work.can remember the first time we used Oliver for one of my sisters traditional wedding(we had plenty girls in my house),by 6am oliver's people where in my house with equipments and started setting up,by 8am Oliver was there and they started rehearsing and making sure their things are working.akachawa people that became popular that year and was hired showed up by 11am for a trad that starts by 12.anyways oliver was too good (you know he knows how to dance and do sharakara,he just a show man)that gozie okeke wasn't even allowed to play one song until my mum had pity on him and because she is born again insisted he will play when she comes out to greet the in laws. my point is these new generation with their whacked songs, lip syncing n poor stage control will always show up late.

1MCN:
This reporter just canonized the Melaye-led protesters absolute Saints. Some people had the priviledge of watching the video clip of the protest and saw the both parties.
Again, Melaye also acquired a Bulletproof car while he enjoyed his short stay in the HoR. Maybe his protest is, 'Stella, why did you acquire a more expensive BPC?'
Did I hear about 20 cars?!

What I notice in this whole debacle is that the SR gave a very detailed report of the entire stuff and because of their too obvious ethno-tribal curvature, surreptitiously roped Mrs Oduah into it by saying she 'forced' the agency to acquire.... Trust me, if Fola Akin was the minister and Stella was the DG of NCAA, the reporters would rather call for the head of the NCAA DG! While I don't want to hold forte for Mrs Stella, it's obvious that the same people that champion this 'Remove Her Crusade' are the same people asking for the removal of almost all Igbo cabinet members (unfortunately, these Igbo cabinet members are among the best performing members).

I've learned that here on NL it's only marketable if it the label reads Igbos in bad light.

Melaye should explain how he automatically rose into a billionaire in 4years in the House.

Tell me what you like, but hear a clear truth.
i liked your deduction but plz next time don't quote the whole topic

Music/Radio / Re: Wizkid Performs For Nearly Empty Seats Last Night In Abuja by devour129: 3:19pm On Oct 21, 2013
deenee: Too bad, this is a sad development. for those saying that Wizkid should not be bothered let me explain how this will work. Bad new spreads like wild fire hence and in the time being no promoter within the Abuja axis will invite wizkid or any of his croonies for a show again to avoid making losses which translates into a potential loss of income for him.

He then left with the minimal entertainment space in Lagos and has to contend with competition which will in this regard range from Tuface to Davido and even other upcoming artistes. One thing that he has failed to realize is that Nigerians are very sentimental and vindictive people. Unlike here in the US ,an artiste can still pick up the pieces of their career after a hiatus (e. g Chris Brown, Kanye West and others) but in Nigeria one minor slip can be the beginning of the end. I don’t follow the entertainment scene in Nigeria keenly but from the little I do observe, I think somebody needs to teach him a few lessons about life because he is heading for a downward spiral with the way he is going.

He lost out on headlining the Star mega Jam this year and probably won’t have the chance to perform under their sponsorship again and also has not performed at any major show recently and even this Abuja event was a total flop.

May God help Wizkid realize that “Pride goes before a fall”
preach bro ! whizkid|pazienza hope you heard ?

pazienza:

You are wrong. Whizkid is talented, you can't achieve all he had achieved over these years,if you've got no talent, whizkid is appreciated everywhere, even here in the east, it has nothing to do with Yoruba hype like you alluded. Please lets learn to appreciate good things, that way, good things will get to us.
welcome whizkid,we know its you ! stop attacking everyone that gave there opinion albeit negative and go back to your draw board

safarigirl: lol, twas held in Sheraton, dunno if they have one in lugbe. The organisers were tryna pull the legs of the attendees, I think it was that Glo bounce show, he came up once the host got off the stage. Like I said, you're hyping Abuja people too much. Abuja doesn't equal Maitama, Wuse and Asokoro, there are wealthier people in the Lugbe and Kubwa sef that aren't interested in forming like Maitama people that will rent a yeye house for 15 million but can barely afford to eat just so they can form 'I stay in Maitama'
lol there are rich people all over abuja.like you said the ones in asokoro and Maitama don't necessary have monopoly to wealth anymore but they are the show off ones. Abuja people are not the outing type, they like to code a lot and some have this mentality that people are always after them, add the boko issue too.

A lot of men do not respect the fact that you are married or in a relationship. They see it as a challenge of some sort. I blame the silly women who actually fall for such crap. If they can do that too you ,then they will most likely do it to you with someone else.
my dear its so crazy ,I just loose respect for such people.and it happens both ways.married men toasting married women n married women toasting married men.so disgusting it's like its d in thing.went a a friends get together ,every lady there was married and lol and behold as we were gisting and exchanging stories about our kids antics, one of them got a call and she was having a conversation with the caller.next thing she said was yes there are a lot of women and d person said he was coming over.i asked her who was that, may another friend and to my disgust she said a guy (I came for that get together cos I was told it was strictly for women and married at that )and I asked why he was asking how many we were and where we are cos I was getting scared, she said the guy likes to sleep with so many women at a time n I almost fell from my share.to cut story short,a married friend that left later than I did said the guy finally came and you will believe it was a former speaker of house.dirty old fools looking for young families to mess up.men please love your wife and cherish her.i heard he is dating one of the married women that came for the party and she fell because her hubby likes chasing women so its a pay back.ADVICE TO MEN-if you don't do your wife, another man will help you

obadiah777: grin grin grin grin grin grin well if i end up with a seriouly religious ugly lady that sleeps around then that would be punishment for a crime i committed against God and i would have to endure that punishment i guess. maybe i was a heart breaker in past life getting his comeuppance ?

and there is no such thing as love. this is a man created word. it does not exist. what we have is 'lust'. and with every lust ? it wanes and dies out. after that is the next phase of the marriage. 'compromise'.
you are right that marriage starts with lust but you are wrong when you say there's nothing like love. My mum will always say we all enter marriage for companionship, stability, children and lust and with time love is built .
