it has nothing to do with standard but cost of living.

Goods and services are d same all over d world, its all about spendings.
Esselte asked you a valid question: Why are Nigerians migrating? We fault the stats of the whites still we migrate to their country. To me that double standards or hypocrisy.

Onyi22, do you really need to do this? Haba na. Let's live and love ourselves. Let's grow beyond what our forefathers caused. We can do better. That is exactly what is dragging SA backwards now. The blacks are still fighting the whites and vice-versa. SA will implode one of these days.

I hope you now understand what i was trying to tell you the other time @cyynthiakiss. I have not even been mentioning the SW because they are our brothers. Just wish for peace in the country generally. There is no oint in supporting terrorists just because you hate the people thry are attacking. As you can see, you will hear about 10 cult clashes and deaths before you hear about 1 boko haram attack. God bless Nigeria as a whole
Nice comment abduljabbar4. Sometimes I think social media has removed humanity in most people. I have acquaintances from all tribes in Nigeria and we feel each other well.

There is violence everywhere, no one area has a monopoly over the other. Cheers man.

What do you mean by whites abroad?

Regardless of the country, rich people don't go to the same school as the average person.

In America, private schools are expensive. Check out the high schools that Mark Zuckerberg and Evan Spiegel attended.
They are expensive, I agree. No doubt about that. But the school advertised, is it for Nigerians? Just curious. shocked huh

Also einsteine, please Mark Zuckerberg has made an impact on the world. The Nigerians that have attended such schools, what is their impact? I'm not against anyone attending such schools.

I'm a poor man, so before you yab me, make I yab myself.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.thestreet.com/amp/slideshow/14525569/1/25-of-the-most-expensive-private-high-schools-in-the-us.html

Check that link. The least most expensive school there is 43,000 dollars. Most Nigerians abroad send their kids to government-owned high schools as the standards as high over there. But if you wanna enroll your kids at top high schools - you will pay far more than what is being charged at American International School, Lagos.
See Passion2009, I understand your position on this. I really do. But how many of the graduates have improved our economy? The school was founded in 1964, so what have they contributed? I don't beef them, bro. Person wey get money fit spend am as e like. We all can't be spendthrift or frugal in nature. cheesy

I just hope God keeps me alive to fulfill my dreams, it's about time to change the face of education in Nigeria. Disruptive innovation on my mind.

Passion2009:
These schools did not exist during their time but they enrolled their kids there. Check the profile of Otedola and Dangote's children, they all attended secondary schools like this. Otedola's daughters specifically attended Grange Schools, Ikeja. Google out their fees.
Still expensive. The whites over there, do they pay this much? You have family and friends outside Nigeria, ask them and come back with an answer.

Because their teachers are foreigners doesn't mean they're qualified. SCAM!
Don't mind them. The whites know that blacks like hype so they help them a lot.

For instance, the Chinese comes to Nigeria, buys cashew nuts, exports them, does little or nothing to prepare and repackages it to Nigerians. Gbam! The hype for oyibo things go start.

PS: Dangote didn't go to these type of schools, neither did Otedola, Adenuga et al.
