How much do you think 250k is worth especially as a married man with a child? Do you think it's a lot? Na small money o.
A lot can be done even as things hard. People need to learn between their needs and wants.

You never can tell what people go through with the 100k...

I earn 250k though I'm married with a kid, but has never been enough...

Even single men that live average life, will hardly manage 100k, it might be big, but too small to manage
Are you serious?

Mail Impex logistics is a very good company.
I shipped phones and laptop from USA to Nigeria recently and I must confess how excited I was when my package arrived.

It took 7- 10 working days for my Air shipment to arrive.

They have excellent customer service team and my package was delivered to me even when I was planning going to their oshodi office for pickup.

Whatsoever problem they had was in the past, my experience with them was a good one.
Have you ever received a response from the CS team by mail? I have an ongoing war with them. I usually ship with them for some items but this one will finally put their PR team and the entire company into serious legal issues cheesy grin

My WhatsApp is my business official or unofficial. But if a particular client requests otherwise then there is no harm in a direct call.
Same here.

An uncouth person is an uncouth person, regardless.

The bolded part is not official. If you have ever worked in a well structured oraginsation, you will agree with those wo say its unprofessional. Most people shouting there is nothing worng, i bet you have little or no knowldge of how standard organisations work. Besides, Whatsapp API is mostly not for calls, there are for things likes sending and recieveing of transaction reports via whatsapp platform, chats etc. calls may be ,but the least on the list of reasons for API integrations. I have handled quite a number of such integrations for some businesses.
Thanks 🤣😝 for yabbing me chief. Please do you have a professional place I can learn professionalism?

Funny enuf big deals way i don come across na wia whatsapp chats not calls oo ,chats, those kind peeps no dey always call you .
Thank you for this. Large corps don integrate WhatsApp API, some still dey reason like cavemen 😝🤣.

Buzzed someone on WhatsApp to pass information, the young lady was practically rude. I laughed and told her 'sorry madam'. She later discovered who was behind the initial communication and was singing apologies like a canary. I wasn't even angry.

And I corrected her by asking her if she has all the numbers in the world, she said no. Then there is always a first time to reach out, whether via WhatsApp or not.

It is.
Infact if you tell me you want to call me on WhatsApp, I will just block you in my mind.

I can manage chat but making official calls through Whatsapp?? What happened to emails?

Summary: It is very very unprofessional.
Unprofessional by who?

Not proper especially for the first time.
Says who please? I've had a company send me a message for the first time on WhatsApp.

The MO in my present place is WhatsApp or Teams. It's a means of communication. I've reached prospects on WhatsApp for the first time too.
Career › Re: Is It Unprofessional To Use Whatsapp For Official/business Calls? by dfrost: 11:43am On Jul 18, 2023
Adaorababy:
Only archaic people avoid WhatsApp for business calls. It is important however, to first ask their permission via chat or text before engaging them via WhatsApp calls.
It's a means of communication. We have to move away from some ideologies.

Most calls from outside Nigeria these days initiate either from Zoom, Teams or WhatsApp (if you supply your mobile number to them).

Most corporations now incorporate WhatsApp API to their site.

Personally I no longer load airtime more than NGN500/month to call granny over voice. Any other person is WhatsApp.

We are not quick to adapt, that's our major problem and then some of us sit on a high horse.

That case is gone. It is an empty shell and a total waste of Nigerians' time.

He should not have gone to court at all. Nigerians tried for him but he did not plan well.

Now Tinubu has him where he wants him.

Anyways, Peter Obi is a soft man and comes from a defeated tribe so nothing dey shele.

We will all move ahead without rancor.
Are you at war with yourself or what? I hate politics with a passion but then I read your initial presentation and read some of your comments and just wondered. First you supported Peter Obi (even with glaring evidence that BAT no bi em mate), then you went ahead to to insult a tribe that they are a 'defeated one'. You really need to check if everything is alright, brother man. O ma se ooh.

Pick a side - tribalism or otherwise.

Goodman2023:
Don't play with those Asian oil blocks... They don't even know what to do with their money. Let me tell you how Dubai became the business center and tourist attraction..

Some years ago, people don't really know about Dubai, and Dubai felt there was need for the world to know her because she had the money in excess, thanks to oil.

So, Dubai will contact manufacturing companies in germany, USA and other european countries...import products of her choice and sell at a loss to attract business men and woman and also improve their tourist sites.

For example, an item that has a cost price of 100 dollars will be imported by Dubai and sold at 80 dollars...now, business men and women saw the need to buy from Dubai... people in numbers started visiting Dubai for businesses ...and while they visit, they will Lodge in the hotel, take cabs, visit nice places and eat for the number of days...which means more money for the Dubai economy...except for now that companies are now in Dubai, initially it was not like that
You are correct on this. Not only Dubai (the Emirates mostly). I know of someone that went for Hajj in 2007 and decided to buy the 2006 Camry because of the price (that was 50% less in Nigeria) only to be told that it was subsidized and he could only buy and use it within Saudi Arabia.

Please remove Zverev from your list. He really disappointed me. Had high hopes for him but nah... Carlo and Tsitsipas are the new boys in town...
