Johnson and Johnson products has really done a lot to my baby from mild rashes to big big rashes that looks like boils on his upper chest, back, forehead, head... Gosh!!! so painful he cries anytime I touches him makes me to cry too but thank God shaa he is recovering cos he was administered some drugs. pls if I may advice STOP the use of Johnson products cos what I experienced I won't wish my enemy that.

meanwhile pls recommend a baby product I will use on my baby I wanted to use Aveeno but I heard it was produced by Johnson's too...once bitten twice shy ...thanks in advance

Dear, i dont use those products except soap. The cream i used for dd was mixture of ori+coconut oil +olive oil +honey. I do the mixture my self and refrigerate, it solidifies, i whisk and it becomes so fluffy. She never had any issue with her skin for almost 18 months then she had diaper rashes. Tried so many things and i was told it cos i dont allow her bum to be aerated. Wen i started airing her bum by not wearing diaper all through again. It dissappeared. She is 2 yrs 2 months plus.

But for ds now, mil mixed cacatin + ori+baby tribotan. Its working well on him. Use Johnson soap for dd and cussons soap for ds. U cqn try any of this.

She clocked 55years on the 24-04-2016.

My feelings are mixed.....I can't explain them....Can't even cry. Senior daughter with a nonchalant elder brother and two younger ones in higher institution who has always seen me as a mini-mum and here I am not even sure of how to be a mum.

Dh waa around with my 1st baby so we didnt get help and we sweep once weekly, lucky there's light so i cook for the month and freeze.
Go to work very early and come back in the evening. Now with ds, dh isnt around again so i got a help that comes in the morning and goes wen i return, she washes dishes, sweeps and mops, irons my cloth and cook /warm the food.
U need to make ur work easy. And learn to overlook somethings. I and dh before kids can sweep like 10 times a day but now we have learnt to overlook. There is no super woman o. Abeg rest well.

Beedam, i too dont really like live in. But some people may not be able to do without it depends on their situation.

Amtaken, the scan thing get as e be, ds was always hyperactive anytime i deciee to check his sex, u will see my tummy shaking vigorously. about 3-4 scans couldn't see his sex.. So i just got unisex things and kept all the things dd used so as tobe on the safe side

No 1 and 2 applied to me. With dd, i was having serious ms, food cravings and had swollen face. But ds, i had it almost all smooth. Just that i enjoyed the attention attached to preggy so i took aadvantage of i5 to the fullest.

stposh, my mum used to say something. "never drop an opportunity fo4 another."
Do not defer ur admission again. And u can start trying to get preggy since lo is almost a yr. I tell u, u can do it. The only thing is u may not be able to add a job to that for now. But dear career is important, family is more important. You can achieve anything careerwise at any point in life but family (kids, bond with dh, and ur fqmily growth) is not same. This things need to be done at the right time.

My mum got her first job 17 yrs after nysc. But today sh3 has so many professional qualifications and also achieved alot careerwise. All these 17 yrs, we were her career. Today she has family and the career. Those thqt ditched family for career have it but to hold the family isnt as easy again as some has lost the battle.

Pls be very wise.
But u hqve to discuss with dh which way he is going to assist. Also its better than using pension to train kids in school.

If u r using spirit 4 d cord make sure it's original moko spirit n try 2 clean frequently. My Ds cord fell off at 28days, I was already crying sef cos it delayed his circumcision. I later suspected d spirit I was using was not original. 4 my Dd, I bought 4rm a reliable shop n cleaned almost every hr, it fell off d 3rd day.
U get mind 2 hold am 4 d circumcision o, it was my mum dat took my son in, me stay reception, was hearing his screams. After d procedure, I was cald 2 breastfeed, d boy just bone up.

Thanks so much, i think i feel better, we were given a gel at the hospital to be applying. I always apply after cleaning though it was like 2-3 times daily but since circumcision, ibhave been cleaning almost every hour. Doctors said the cord doesnt disturb circumcision so they did it with d cord. It looks like its getting thinner sha

Mamas, save me o. Lo is 2 weeks and 2 days and his chord is yet to fall off. I complained wen i tool him for circumcision on tuesday and doc said no cause for alarm. That the cord was very fat at birth but am still not satisfied. Has anyone witnessed such before?

That circumcision no easy o. If not that i had strong heart, was almost crying for him.

Another issue i want clarification from medical personels in the house (kaffy4bill, tchwinnie and other experienced mamas)

Just like when i had dd in 2014, i was told not to drink too hot water and not to sit on hot but warm salt solution. Alsi they said no need for hot water massage.
But some people keep telling me if i dont do it, i can start passing gas fro. Vj, how true is this.

Didnt do the massage both deliveries and my tummy is back to shape. No ill feelings in my body. Pls make una come answer me o. Though i do sitz bath with luke warm water twice daily.
