if the number of registered voters in pulling units where elections are cancelled are more than the number which PDP use to win, which is likely, then a rerun is inevitable

Re-run can only come into the picture if there were polling units where election didn't hold at all,or their results cancelled.
I haven't heard of any so far

There won't be any re-run. Both parties have 25% of the vote in 20 local governments. The party with the highest vote, no matter how slim, wins this.

I think as far he get minimum qualification specify in the constitution he's good to go. Meanwhile that part of the duty of Saraki and Dogora who are been paid with tax payers millions every month but couldn't screen nominee effectively and want to rule the nation, legislatures are just there doing nothing.
The NYSC Act is in the Constitution.

oga you're the one with poor logic. I have cousin's born and raised in UK who do not want to hear anyone refer to them as Nigerian. And they are not Nigerian. They are technically British with Nigerian heritage. Learn the difference. 90% of people in the US can trace their heritage to another country..that does not make them Citizens of that country..they are AMERICAN citizens. They may be eligible for citizenship in some of these counties if they had a parent, grand parent or in some cases, great grand parent born in that country but they actively have to want it, and apply for it just like Kemi had to apply for her Nigerian citizenship. It is not bestowed on you by force..are you guys really this thick in this forum?

Tell me, is Kemi a British citizen by Birth (she was borm in the Uk an dlived all her life, schooling up to University level, till the age of thirty five (35) in Britain?

Between her being British Citizen and being a Nigerian citizen by "parentage", which one superceds which?

Some of you are just educated illiterates that run around quoting a constitution you cant ven interprete.
STFU and stop jumping into conversations beyond your level of thinking.
Not only are you an idiot, but you define stupid.
Kemi is a British citizen by soil of birth and Nigerian citizen by right of blood.None supercede the other, hence both countries constitution/citizenship law recognizes dual/multiple citizenship.
She is a citizen of both countries and is subject to their laws and privileges. She can't enjoy Nigeria's privilege without being subject to its laws. That is basic knowledge.
I wonder why I waste valuable time trying to educate a nodcock such as you.

lol I dont think you understand what you posted bro.. you are not a citizen until you claim citizenship. How can you say a person born and raised in UK is automatically a Nigerian citizen because his parents are from Nigeria? Is it by force? Ok What if the person doesn't want? Will you force Nigerian passport on them? Having parents from Nigeria only means you have a right to claim Nigerian citizenship if you want and the process will be faster for you. But going through that process is still a form of Naturalization. Kemi did not claim a Nigerian passport until she was 34! that is more than old enough to make he a Naturalized citizen of Nigeria mahn. She even needed a VISA to enter on her previous trips to Nigeria..why would a citizen need a visa? Lol..abeg think again mahn.
A prime example of Nigerian illogical logic.
You do not get to claim what's already yours by right. You only enforce it perchance that right is questioned or threatened.
Saraki was born and educated in the UK. I've not heard it said he first had to 'claim' his Nigerian citizenship.
Citizenship by birth, like human right, is inalienable either by right of blood or by that of soil.

You people should just STFU! Bad-belle people

The Manager of visionScape is British and he is employed in Nigeria by the Lagos State governmrnt ....... Show me his NYSC Certificate?

Kemi Adeosun is a British Citizen, she never stepped foot into Nigeria until she was 34yrs, she never schooled in Nigeria as well.

If you say it is because she has nigerian 'roots' then that is not in the law of NYSC,

She does not need an NYSC cert to be a Finance Minister, just like the M.D/CEO of VisionScape.
That she is above age, that she is a 'foreigner', that she never stepped foot or worked in Nigeria before her NYSC-over-age, all points in one direction - She does not need the cert nor fall into the category of those who does.

Even that she approached NYSC staff and they gave her a "Certificate" whicj turned out to fake, IS NOT HER FAULT.
That she presented what she was given by NYSC staff and it went through screening by so many Govt agency, including the NASS and the DSS, is not her problem.

Take it from me, she was just "acting her Britishness" by resigning honorably, as they do in britain whenever your name is mentioned in connection to anything scandalous (We all know the typical nigerian will not resign and we have had and still have many of them, including currently sitting Senators, Presidential aspirants, Governors, e.t.c).
All these noise about jail term will fall flat on their face because these laws does not apply to her. She is Britico. tongue tongue tongue
At best, see her as an expatruate, exployed by Nigerian Govt, on the same level as the CEO of VisionScape.

NB: This post is not personally directed at you, l just used your post as 'reference' to all and similarly silly post of same vein.
I'm tempted to call you an idiot, but.....
Section 25 of the Nigerian Constitution clearly states that if one of your grandparents or one of your parents is a Nigerian when you were born, then you're a Nigerian by birth.
So, even if you were born in Lebanon or Afghanistan, so far as you have a parent who was a Nigerian when you were born, the requirements of Nigerian laws shackle you.
How the hell do you think all these Fulani and Hausas from Niger easily identify as Nigerians?. It's cause your constitution's native community clause (Section 25 (1)a) made it so
Kemi's parents were both Nigerian when she was born.

That is not possible, the law did not emphatically say 73... It says 2/3rd of the members.
To form a quorum in the house you need 1/3rd of the senate. To impeach a senate president you will need 2/3rd of the members.. not 73.
What is your definition of members? Are you also adding those that are yet to be sworn in as also members? even the dead as also members?
Ere you keep confusing yourself, read Section 48 of the Constitution to know what constitutes membership of the Senate.

You keep showing at every turn how hopeless your case is.
From your posting, total INSTALLED capacity equals 5046mw,not actual generation. No power plant in Nigeria generates 100% of installed capacity, this is common knowledge.
Now,assuming without conceding, all are at 100% generation capacity,5,046 + 914 - 215 - 459 =7,000?

The two turbines are not a part of the already installed and tested 215mw.

How did they know it was 215mw since 2017 if they are just testing 2 turbines now in August 2018?

Are you this foolish?

He mentioned the figures for AFAM, AZURA AND KADUNA but did not mention that of the two turbines.

BEDC showed that the generation is actually not 4000m but 4040.74 mw.

The intelligent question you should be asking is what power output is expected from the 2 turbines being tested now?

I wonder how any of you passed exams when obvious things are so easily missed by you
So this idiot didn't know the two turbines were the Kaduna 215mw project?.Apologies to the real idiots out there.
It's there,as plain as the wart on your face, in Bashir's tweet.

Howbeit something written in plain language a primary school student would understand becomes such a chore for you?.

Let me break it down for you in such simple terms, hopefully something will sink in in that dense mind of yours.
Expected from Azura is 459mw,from the two turbines of Kaduna being tested 215mw,Afam 240mw.
459 + 215 + 240 = 914mw,which is why he said 'roughly 1,000mw'.Although, his approximation is wrong,as all things zombieish,but even allowing him the 1,000mw instead of 900mw,ow does 1,000mw added to 4,000mw equate 7,000mw?

You are too dumb to understand projections.

In theory it has moved to 7000mw but not yet in reality.

The turbines and other sub stations he mentioned are already active.

Are their own power generations meant to be sent to mars? They are meant to be added to the national grid so he is totally right when he said power generation has moved from 4000mw to 7000mw because the additions are ready to enable that move.

I doubt you even know what English is not to even consider you scored F9 in it
The new stations and turbines are expected to add 1,000mw to the grid whenever it is they come online.So,4,000 + 1,000 = 7,000 in zombie world.
Not only are you comprehension-challenged,simple arithmetic is way beyond you guys.

Now back to my question, what makes the 'members of that house' as pertain to the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria?.
In fact, giving you more rope to hang yourself, in giving your answer to above question, quote Section 48 of the CFRN,1999 as amended.

If it was a simple English sentence we would not be here talking about it and we would not need the courts to interpret it would we?
