Business / Re: Innoson Speaks On How GTB Is Owing Him 8 Billion And Refused To Pay (video) by Dhugal: 1:32pm On Mar 31, 2019
chloride6:

Dont be in a hurry..

Innoson has been running from pillar to post trying to stop the case from proceeding..

But the case finally took off this year January.

That's why Innoson wants to force GTB hand to pay other earlier and be speaking French when Judgement is given against him in the other case.

Big fat lie..

grin

Let me quickly come in here, before you mislead the unsuspecting with your lies and gibberish.
GTB has no forgery case against Innoson as at this moment, rather there are two cases pending between Innoson and GTB,to with:
1.The one of illegal deductions from his account amounting to N756m initially, which went through audit and both parties finally agreed on N559m figure.GTB refused to pay that, ended up in court and lost, both at the High Court,Awka and Court of Appeal,Enugu.
Case is now waiting for judgement at the Supreme Court.
Judgement debt as at 2018 is N14bn,against GTB,kindly note that.

2.The second case pending between Innoson and GTB,is a N30bn defamation suit, pending at the FHC Lagos.Innoson slammed that on GTB,as a fallout of the 'forgery' allegation suit of GTB,which has been withdrawn by the police and EFCC from court, for 'further investigations',euphemism for no case.

In essence,GTB is at risk of a further 14bn lien on its assets, should the Supreme Court uphold the judgments of the lower courts already in favour of Innoson.
It's mentality cum stupidity like yours that pushed GTB to this sorry pass now

This just proofs the kind of person you are. I never knew that, I've been engaging an Illiterate in a Political debate.

Quote the relevant sections of the Constitution to proof your claims. You and your master Wike, are Wawayu. grin grin grin grin
Just as I thought, idiot can neither read nor comprehend.
The relevant section is right there in the comment you quoted, yet you can't help but make an ass of yourself

Bighead9:

Wike's tenure ends on may 29th except if he win his re-election bid, which is unlikely.
Your big head really is filled with soap bubbles.
Wike's tenure ends the day his successor in office takes the oath of office and allegiance.
Other than that, only death, impeachment or resignation can remove him from office prior to that.
Read Section 180(1)a of the CFRN.
That is,if you can read at all and can afford a copy
Politics / Re: Rivers Polls: INEC Releases List Of Collated LGA Results by Dhugal: 7:37pm On Mar 30, 2019
Bighead9:

You don't know nothing about Politics. The reason is this, he wanted an avenue where the court will entertain the case and he will make sure it drags till May 28th. By then, Wike will sieze to be Governor of Rivers and the new Speaker of the State Assembly will become the Acting Governor.

When the rerun take place, Wike will have no access to the State funds to buy his way to victory. If that happens, the AAC candidate will sweep the entire votes from the Local Governments where the rerun took place.

Any which way, wicked Wike must go.
Even if he loses the election,Wike will remain in office until his elected successor is sworn in.
They really should give you lots basic education, before releasing you to plague the public.

Truth234:

Because it is fake news sponsored by Innoson, and GTB has responded that they had no case in court with Innoson on Friday, that it was between Innoson and another company that has an account with GTB. Innoson is misleading people and this is not the first time.
You know you sound stupid,right?
If it's a case between Innoson and 'another company',why then did the court issue a garnishee order absolute/writ of FiFa on GT banks properties only,in order to offset the judgment debt?

garfield1:

Your answer exposes your dumbness.that section you quoted stopped tribunals from collating and declaring winners.i can post it to burst you more.
How can you say tribunals duty is not to order elections? What if the whole election was canceled, what would happen? Would the state remain ungoverned? Think before typing

*sigh*

Your ignorance reeks to high heavens,or you're just being conscientiously stupid?
I asked that you do a community reading of S.140(2) and (3) to cure your ignorance, yet like a dumb mule, you persist in your foolishness.
For those of you who don't know,S.140(2) talked about a situation where the actual winner is found not qualified for one reason or the other to stand for election. The NASS ousted the powers of the Tribunal to then confer victory on the runner up,a move declared null and void by the FHC,Abuja as it goes against Chapter 7 III of the Constitution.
S.140(3),however,deals with where the Tribunal finds that the declared winner turn out not to be the actual winner,as is the case with the Osun election here.It mandated the Tribunal to nullify that declaration and return the actual winner as elected.
I've taken time out to explain this, and also attached screenshot of those particular subsections.Let no one be deceived or misinformed here,as this paid hack has been trying to do.
In any event, the appellate courts won't re litigate this case, they will only check if the Tribunal's decision has basis in law, which it most assuredly does.

Liar.
Go back and check S.140(2) and (3) again
Politics / Re: Osun Election Tribunal’s Judgment: Live Update by Dhugal: 1:50pm On Mar 23, 2019

That cancelling of 7 units will take a back seat but the court should have looked at the results from those 7 units if it met the provisions of the law or was in compliance with the electoral act.the main issue is why cancel results from 17 units without ordering a return, secondly the results of those units that were said to be altered, what was the final decision on them ?
The units with altered results were the ones cancelled by the Tribunal.
BTW,all your rants,S.140 (2) and (3) of the Electoral Act,plus the Constitution gives the Tribunal power to tabulate, add and subtract figures from electoral returns.
That should have been your first port of call before coming here to disturb.
And no,the tribunal wouldn't call for re-run in units they canceled cos elections are over. The duty of tribunals is not to order elections, but either to uphold one already held, cancel it or make sure nobody enjoys proceeds of infractions during the process

I guess the PDP were granted this prayer because they proved their case beyond reasonable doubt..
I'm still wondering what noncompliance means too..
Things like overvoting, tampering with result sheets.......
For example,if total number of votes recorded in a unit exceeds number of accredited voters, that constitutes non compliance and ground for cancelation of that unit.
It doesn't matter if the votes did not exceed number of registered voters in that unit
Before you ask,I've worked for INEC and I'm also conversant with the law

OlujobaSamuel:

The power to cancel, declare inconclusive and order a rerun has been affirmed by SC in various rulings, one of such is Kogi state.
The major premise on which this ruling is found is that rerun was illegal, if subsequently affirmed by CA or SC to be legal, the judgement will retain Oyetola.
I think the PDP should start working on how the rerun was rigged because I don't think the ruling today will stand further judicial test, else, we have so many election overturned except presidential and very few gubernatorial election. We might have to start preparing for election every quarter in one state or the other, as so many shall be overturned.
The premise for declaring the rerun illegal was that the State Returning Officer had no power to cancel results from polling units, and that PDP proved that it was the RO that cancelled results of those 7 units where the rerun held.
You can't build something on nothing. If he has no power to cancel those 7 units, then the rerun was built on an illegality, hence its cancellation.
That's a sound judgment any appellate court would uphold

Atiku's grandfather was from Wurno.
He moved and settled in Adamawa upon being invited by the then Lamido of Adamawa.
Not that I blame the so-called youths, history is not being taught in Nigerian schools.
BTW,Mohammed Bello was from Rabah not Wurno town.
