It is clear you don’t know the difference between pre and post election matters. I have done several election Petitions. Let me school you. The issue of qualification is an internal affair of APC and cannot be challenged by a non member. This applies to pre election matters. See Dangana v Usman, Hashidu v Goje etc. It can only be challenged after the main election, because it is in the electoral act. “That the candidate is at the time of contesting the election not qualified to contest the election…” Shettima nomination has been invalidated by operation of law because of double nomination.

Neglect of duty is not a criminal offense or criminal conviction. The CJC gave three distinct instances that can lead to forfeiture. In Tinubu’s case, the forfeiture was as a result of neglect of duty and it was even a civil case. Forfeiture of property as a result of neglect of duty in a civil case is not a criminal conviction.

The reason for the forfeiture is drug related. Therefore his property is being forfeited for a crime. I am privileged to have a copy of the US court ruling having worked with Obi’s legal team.
