According to the IRCC agent I spoke to two weeks ago, he said the criminality was passed and eligibility is not started. But when I called yesterday, another agent said eligibility is passed and criminality is not started. What does this mean?

Good morning guys, please i have been waiting for a new passport for a long time now because mine has expired but they keep responding no paper. Now my profile is expiring tomorrow and with the draw resuming in july i can't risk being without a profile.

please what can i do? can i create another profile with the expired passport? please someone help.

Hello all,

Please I need urgent advise; I was asked for new passport ADR yesterday as the current one expires 1st week in December, I have already captured for renewal even before the ADR but words reaching me now is that there is no availability of booklets and that there is no timeline as to when I'd be able to get the new passport because there is a backlog that extends all the way back to March. I obviously can't meet up with the 30-day timeline and availability period for new passport seems indefinite. Please what can I do?

Hello house please I need your advice I am confused. I got an email from “Do Not Reply CPC-O / Ne Pas Repondre CTD-O” with a subject line “ready for visa”. But I have logged into my profile and there is no update there. Other than my medicals passed update every other aspect (eligibility, background and final decision) still shows processing.

I have all the details for passport submission on the email should I go ahead to send my passport or should I wait for an update on my portal?

Has anyone here experienced this?

The email does not have a pdf attachment I could just print the email right? Thanks in advance for your response.

Her international passport is still valid till January 2023, however she got married sometime last year and has done name change so she applied for a new passport very recently(expedited/fast tracked). The issue is she just got PPR today so she wants confirmation on whether she can send the old one for CoPR and whenever the new one comes, she’ll attach both and travel without issues or should she wait for the new one and send to Accra.

IMO, it is only information that's needed to confirm if the spouse is truly unaccompanying. My concern however is, why would they want to confirm again since the application already stated it?

I have read that draws will start again this July, my fear is what if my profile expires before the draws. Re applying would mean that I will be apply with age 30 (my birthday is June 23rd). This wait can be quite depressing. Its now about 2 years post AOR and there's no hope my application will be finalised anytime soon. I already plan to withdraw my application by June 2022 if I don't get any feedback from these people. I need to plan my life. Cant wait in perpetuity for something that may never come.

These people need to realise that the waiting game does a lot of havoc to people. I should have started a project a long time ago, but I keep postponing it on the basis that it will be a waste of funds if I eventually relocate to Canada. I think I will just terminate the process in June next year. Canada is not all there is to life abeg
