I think the fbi does the one for US...check the thread or page 1. For Nigeria, Search for Inspector Rose's contact on the thread, she'll send everything via whatsapp. you take your prints and send to her, she'll process and send pdf to you which is all you need. It'll be ready in a day or two, cost 5-7k

biko do a new one and add to your profile. your ielts is meant to be valid at the time of submission/AOR and there's an argument that it expires on the day you wrote not the day of results. Your Profile may become invalid when your ielts expires so pls be fast about it. Since you have 600 points, You just need to have the required scores to allow u maintain a profile.

I got ITA on May 11, 2022 via SINP EE. Meanwhile, l wrote ielts on May 30, 2020 and the result came out in June 11, 2020.

The question is this, do l need to write another ielts before the submission as l have till July 9, 2022 or if l can submit before June 11, 2022.

Again, could it be that my ielts result is valid since l could get ITA.

My vo is Ottawa but it can take as long as 7days to 90days. My remedical request was passed in less than 5days after IOM uploaded it. And it more than 45days and no PR. All I got is additional documents for baby

Guys just my advice, always try and view your cic account using desktop view. I am in the process of adding my baby to my account, I initially sent all requested documents via webform, no communication from cic, untill today I got a request letter to upload my babies document in my cic account with a 30day deadline. I used phone view to access the website and I didnt see d place holder untill I switched to desktop view. After refreshing I am seeing the place holder with an upload overdue date of April 22 2022. I am even confused how I would get request letter for babies document dated today and its already showing overdue in the place holder

You can still show funds in his account o. I don't think it's necessary to do a gift deed. He just needs to write an authorisation letter saying you/kids/him have access to funds in his account for purpose of EE. Better still have him transfer to you and then you write an LOE stating who it's from.

Don't forget that you'll still include POF for him as well as medicals and PCC despite unaccompanying

Fingerprint is needed but she can do it herself with a stamp pad. Inspector rose assisted my colleague last week. She'll send the form with directions via whatsapp. All you have to do is take the prints, scan and send back to her along with data page of intl passport, pay and she'll forward completed copy via same platform. Logical solution but not ethical. Don’t mention the child. Apply and go to Canada. Husband can do DNA later and say he just confirmed the child is his and the mother wasn’t sure of the father then. Sponsor the child to Canada before he or she clocks 18. Shikena

It may not be similar but it may provide some clarity. I think it's up to you to convince your husband that it's better to know now than later because if there is one thing i know about this journey to Canada, its that timing is everything.

DNA is the answer...at least then you'll know. If the child isn't his; move on with your application of family of 5. If the child is; that one na family matter.

If DNA is still not done by the time you get ITA, you could assume that the child is your spouse's, then consider an LOE where you explain what hubby has said in red (especially if he does not know the whereabouts of the mother and child) but I don't know if it will fly with IRCC as a reason for excluding a dependent child of your spouse from your application. IRCC may say they must have the child's details; in which case your spouse decides which is more important, contacting the child or your family's immigration plans. The only fear is could IRCC decide to reject the application despite the LOE if the information that is required is missing. I really don't know.

I understand how you must feel after all the exams especially that TEF.

Ideally your passport should have up to 6months validity for stamping. If you can get the new one before the deadline, i'll advise to do that.

What matters really is your Job description outlined in the reference letter matching whatever NOC you chose and your reference letter coming out in the required format. So ensure that everything matches then it can fly and your Supervisor does not need company letterhead. what he needs is to write on plain paper a reference letter as your supervisor stating JD, annual or monthly salary, hours worked per week etc. They should sign and include contact info on the letter as well as a copy of their work ID card ( i assume they still have even though they no longer work for the org).

I worked in a company for 1 year and 9 months. I joined as a graduate trainee ( this was supposed to be for 11 months but due to COVID was extended to 1 year and 1 month unofficially). During my GT rotation, I mostly worked with Strategy team and after the GT program, i became a Strategy Analyst.


Late last year when I reached out to HR, I was told my reference letter would carry
Graduate trainee May 20xx-June 2020 and Strategy Analyst May 2020 - December 2020 ( the dates are for demo)
Strategy Analyst January 20xx - December 20xx

My supervisor said he would give me a letter with
Graduate trainee (Strategy Analyst) May 20xx-Jan 20xxx
Strategy Analyst Feb 20xx -june 20xx

Last night, I found out that my former supervisor has left the organisation.

My question is how do I make this Graduate Trainee Role Fly?
Is there anything my former supervisor can do given he does not have access to the companies letterheaded paper?

Totally agree. Just provide reference letter in required format but don't include method of payment.

All great advice however I don’t think he should state that he was paid in cash in his reference letter. If he gets an adr he can then go ahead and produce a salary certificate or payslips
