PoliticsRe: Chei! See My Brother For Sudan  by dinggle: 12:46pm On Nov 12, 2009
He shouldnt pretend like he didnt know what to expect, why would he break the laws in sudan?? but he should also be considered a foreigner and give an option of a hefty fine instead of lashes. I am sure d sudan economy can make do with a $1,000 or $2,000 dollar fine.
SportsRe: Spain Vs Nigeria U-17 Semi Final. Nigeria Wins 3 - 1. by dinggle: 11:26am On Nov 12, 2009
It is going to be a tuff match infact its the final before the final. Those thinking Nigeria will win by 3-0 are day dreaming not with our pepeye goalie. Spain is very good in goal. I predict a 2-1,3-2, 4-2,4-3,5-3,5-4 in favor of Nigeria or a penalty (which could end up being any body's game).

I also predict the swiss for finals also the columbees are good, but swiss can score def goals from any angle. Both matches are gonna be interesting.

I'm not trying to be T.B Joshua but I think the trophy is for the swiss.

PoliticsRe: Real Solution To Nigeria Epileptic Power Supply by dinggle: 8:57pm On Nov 10, 2009
The simplest solution is tht the FG should encourage every Nigerian to generate electricity via wind & solar energy. tax breaks should be given to anyone importing solar equipment, N100,000 naira incentive to anyone capable of not only generating enough solar for self consumption but also enough to add to the national grid, we are looking for electricity in all the wrong place that is why we will never get there. Electricity generation should be decentralised. Individual states should take care of their power supply, so that any state who want to use generators like its done in Gambia can do same.
I thot Yaradua read Chemistryhuh abi na hausa chemistry for the production of fura de nunu him read??

PoliticsRe: Why Are Diasporic Nigerians Envious Of Nigerians Back Home? by dinggle: 8:11pm On Nov 10, 2009
I feel your anger and pains, if I where in your shoes I would probably respond in same manner, this is what Nigeria has done to you, lack of electricity, go-slow and arguments here and there brings out the anger in you, you have lost your calmness and the ability to see things objectively.
Not everyone loan money to travel, some go on scholarships and others are opportuned either via greencard, visit visa, etc. You have so soon forgotten that alot of Nigerians abroad invested in the NSE, during the global recession alot of you at home were quick to sell your shares, some of us abroad due to distance were unable to do same and some of our funds were the last funds standing!!! I personally couldnt sell mine even tho!, I knew before hand that the bubble burst was gonna affect Nigeria.

Secondly, you have forgotten too soon that many of those buying lands and building houses especially in this difficult times are Nigerian abroad through trusted relatives, and it is the shortfall in available trusted relatives that is slowing down the pace of property investment by Nigerians abroad. You have forgotten that if Nigerian would develop into what it should be in the 21st century it will take Nigerians abroad who have seen first hand and have learnt the skills, to come and set things in order don't be decieve you guys at home aint seen nothing, and I dont mean that as a down-talk but in reality, Nigeria compared to the west and even some third word countries can be said to be living in the 1920s, the way Nigeria is now was what the USA was in the 1920s and 1930s and back then the USA was vision and purpose driven cos that was when they built the hoover dam in Kentury for electricity generation and Fort Knox to safe keep their gold wealth.

So pls, lets put sentiments aside for a moment and be realistic after all tho!, I'm away I aint happy that others back at home cant enjoy common basic facilities that shouldnt even have been a subject for discussion in the first place.

If you castigate Nigerians abroad who should come join hands to rebuild the nation, then you dont love your country!, simple as ABC, because we are far from starting not to talk of getting there. Ghana called upon their diasporan world wide to join hands see what it has achieved! You remind me of the everyday politicians, now you can see why they say people get the kind of leaders they deserve.
PoliticsRe: Why Are Diasporic Nigerians Envious Of Nigerians Back Home? by dinggle: 7:38pm On Nov 10, 2009
@poster
No one is dragging or bragging Nigeria with u fellas back home!, don't forget that tho! we work our asses out! it is our money that is mostly circulating in your economy, and gives the small man a breathing opportunity. So!, think before the talk and dont talk out of anger, I can understand the fact that you were refused visa multiple times or you are one of the unfortunate deportees.

If the $10 billion Nigerians abroad currently remit home should stop flowing, think of what will happen!!! ritual killing will increase, police brutality will increase, political tugery will increase, criminal activity increase, Kidnappings will increase. What you should be posting here is why yearly budget fail to circulate where diaspora remmittance circulate. Freedom can not be priced, or quantified??, ask the east Germans who risk their lives after the second world war to cross to the west, it wasnt because they didnt have good paying jobs or they were hungry, it was because they were limited in their "travel ability", can you believe that?? a blind man does not know how bad blindness is until he is given the ability to see for a day. I rather live as a poor man and have my freedom that live a rich without my freedom, do u think Bankole and co riding bullet proof cars are happyhuh, they still have that fear factor in them. Check them they all have foreign accounts, that alone tells the Nigerian story, they are all pretenders of wealth and freedom.

PoliticsRe: Fashola, whats All D Hype About by dinggle: 11:51pm On Nov 02, 2009
We are so different in Nigeria.
We always do the last things first and the first things last.
Go to the west and ask them to pay tax without providing basic facilities to make life worth living,
Govt invest in infastructure and the people pay tax to maintain the investment. That can not be said of Nigeria, all of a sudden we have started copying the west upside down same thing we did in copying democracy, we copy it upside down now we cant hold a credible election.

Fashola should invest in solar to provide electricity for Lagosian and ensure that police and military are held accountable for their bad deeds. The cameras he installed in Lagos should not only be used for criminals but should be beamed on corrupt police officers. He should press forward for state police and clean of lasma, cos lasma is an example why state police could be bad for the state. Once these are done, he need to provide the job for people to pay their taxes u cant tax people when they dont have a jobs, STUPID! where did they get their education fromhuh, infact by providing ur citizens with jobs you are doing the govt more good than the citizens, cos' thro' their taxes they will make govt. richer, OLODO RABATA!

This is an example of why people who copy at exams still fail because they never ready at all, copying only helps if you study alittle, Fashola should study the system in the west completely and not just copy tax policies, otherwise despite his efforts he will go down as a failed gov. Remember Nigerian are difficult to please and he can only fool those that are at home, those of us who knw how d system works over here cant be blind folded.

Yeye man because he provided BRT buses he thinks he has landed??, there are people better than him with better ideas, If dis guy is gonna start throwing taxes on people without jobs or for riding a car, he should prepare leave that place come 2011. You can throw akara at us while you keep the cakes made from seasoned chocolate for yourself.

The money they intend to use for so called atlantic city should have been used to create an electricity & an auto manufacturing industry in the state! which would employ the whole jobless youths and make lagos state richer than Nigeria.

Dem no know now, where dem wan pass when oil don blind dem finish. You dey create mega city for people wen no get light or education to maintain the city, or wen no go fit work there dem go finish now carry oyinbo come work there just as oyinbo full Niger delta dey work for oil installation while Niger-delta people sitdon dey consume the hazardeous gas wen dey comot from there. Where the west dey train their citizens to take on complex jobs, Nigeria go say him citizens no dey trainable.
Car TalkRe: Driving Overseas Vs Driving In Nigeria: Which Is Better? by dinggle: 11:12pm On Nov 02, 2009
your friend must me insane, ,  this is a totally unimaginative post.

Whats he doing overseas?, let him go to Nigeria and drive where he loves the most, it is people like him that needs to be extricated from Nigeria if progress is to be achieve. We have so many people like him that is why even when looking through the tunnel there seem to be no light in the distant future. It is people like him who enjoy the positives abroad and come home to preach the negatives in order to forever keep Nigeria in darkness.

*How can anyone prefer a death trap to a safe heaven when it comes to drivinghuh
EventsRe: Why Don't We Celebrate Halloween In Nigeria? by dinggle: 1:12am On Nov 02, 2009
Halloween are for those who can manage their evil ways, can we manage ours??, If halloween is celebrated in Nigeria, it will be a day of rituals and killings, a day that children go missing etc, noway Nigeria isn't fit for halloween celebration.
