I weep for this country, n i dont knw y we cant get things right like other nations of the world. Nigeria, All my life time, its been same story, "we will get their, we re goin tru wilderness, pray hard, this n that yet nothin seemed to v changed. How can a sane mind say these judges to step down till their cases ar dispensed? I just cant stop laughing. If its in a sane clime where things re done properly, i wud v agreed but not in Naija. Unlike what happened in Ghana where d judges were caught red-handed in d act of bribery n with enough evidence they were removed frm d bench. But can that b saif of d situation in Nigeria? No. If these judges are asked to step aside, for how long, 1,2,5 or ten yrs before their cases re dispensed knowin d snail like nature of our court cases?

My galfrnd has this big tummy that iritates me, n like i said i had a big tummy as at about 3months ago. And since i got rid of it, i try to pity those with it. This my gal gets angry each time i tell her to work on hersef, she will tell me to go n get a flat tummy gal that she likes the way she is. I really dont knw how to make her work on hersef.

What we eat n drink contribute a to mrn having big belly, eating late at night is another contributing factor. Ad at June this yr, i had a big belly,waist at 38+, growing breast too. I had to stop the food i v been used to, rice , yam, processed, fried n junk food, no other drink except water, no whhite bread. Eating more of fruit, beans, wheat bread, vegies, water. excercise but not much, but i walk a lot, 5-6 km a day. Frm june to sept, the fat had gone, flat tummy, waist of 34+. Its amazing how i feel now, fit n agile.

@Keneking, like we enjoy d same songs. I listened to their songs most part of yesterday. Their songs lifts my spirit whenever am wearied.

Am sure this is one of the reasons they were raided, to put fear in them ao they wont rule against dss. I hope they remain impatial.
