PLS can someone tell APC, CPC, ACN, APGA to pack well? If they are not tired of this there baseless crying, Nigerians are.
take this clue: if Isreal drop their arms it will cease to exist, but if the surrounding islam nations drop arms, the war will end. if Buhari calls his goons to other, there will be no BOKO HARAM

The obvious in this write-up is the motive. you dont give such statement without comparism from what was obtainable before hand,if the report gave comparism it will be showing GEJ in good light, thats why it carefully avoided fact like
1 the susidy scam as been on for decades no administration checked it,
2 police curruption was higher than it is today
3 looting in public office was higher in all the prevous administrations
4 the legal system is more independent now than ever before and so on

all these leads me to see holes in the writeup, so i want to agree with all the nairalanders that fualt the report, its pure gabbage

Delafruita:
i have to confess this is the most ridiculous criticism i have come across.the bolded is evidence that some people will never recognise progress even when it stares them in the face.

the short stretch at ozumba mbadiwe has been under construction but isnt abandoned and is infact almost completed.to ease traffic, those coming from bonny camp are diverted towards kofo abayomi.enlightenment was made as regards alternative routes which abound aplenty.

when you say they have avoided the roads that truly need attention, would you be kind enough to list a few?

i havent been to nassarawa so i am not privy to the activities of al-makura.however,the incident with the students was unfortunate.but it will be an injustice to lay the blame for the actions of policemen who are controlled by the FG at the feet of the governor who has no power over them.

as for what they will do differently,we can see evidence in lago, ekiti, osun, oyo, ogun, edo and as they say, actions speak louder than words

what evidence are u talking about in the state mentioned?
My brother are u trying to say there are no bad roads there?
is unemployment less in the states mentioned?
is security any better?just at least visit this states, n stop judging with what u read online.
ALL POLITICIAN ARE THE SAME. THEY WILL PROMISE TO PUT AIR CONDITIONAL ON YOUR STREETS

Well the speach is suppose to be as it is or even better, how else do you expect the despirate political criminal to win the heart of the people? The truth must be told, this crazy thieves dont mean well for our nation.
my question are:
1 In view of your speach, is any ACN state not having all the problems you listed? if you and your rubber-stamp Governor could not change or improve the south west, how do you hope to improve the whole of NIGERIA?
2 On what statistics are u seeing Nigeria as stagnant? if the external world sees improvement?
3 Can you mention any ACN or APC politician that is clean? I mean who is not part of the mindless looting of our common wealth?
4 how long can u fool the masses? what you are doing now is not different from what you did before the last election. will you sell out again?
5 I hear that APC will disintegrate, will it be as a result of your selling out or as a result of despiration of Buhari and the rest of your power hungry friends?

The you in my post represent TINUBU
Beware of fake progressives.
He who ask for equity must come with clean hands. am sure Tinubu has his hands full of stains, Buhari has is hand full of blood stains.

I will never waste my vote on a thief or a vampi-re. The vampi-re is a serial looser he will loose again. The thief will play the bride of both side like he did in the past election, but he is got just one vote.
Pls watch what they are doing now, no grass root politics just media gossips, and when they loose as i expect, they will instigate violence to waste the lives of innocent(illiterate) Nigerian they claim they want to protect. they are very laughable.

Raji Fash, you don't have to criticize every move of The President to prove you are in opposition. personally, most of the project (completed and ongoing) showcased in the good governance tour surprised me, i never knew or heard of them. thanks to our media who hide everything good because they have been paid to do so. but float a flood of bad and evil cos they are paid even more to present the present administration in bad light.
Let respectable men respect themselves. Thanks all-the-same we need a sound opposition for the betterment of our dear country.

ROSSIKE:

On the contrary, we ABSOLUTELY DO need a 'good governance tour' for the public to know about these projects, as the media is so terribly inept at reporting anything else apart from politics.

Fantastic images. Kudos to poster.

Politics / Re: Buhari To Run For President In 2015 by dirifred(m): 10:45am On Jan 10, 2013
It painful we don't give history any use in Nigeria. Buhari has promised it was his last attempt at presidency three times or even more, the last one was just a disgrace to his military title(General), he cried while saying it was his last attempt. (crying General is quiet ironic if u ask me)
He uses harsh statement which cause disaffection that lead to many deaths of innocent Nigerians. he is not consistent on anything, he cannot be trusted. try to listen to his public statements from time past u will understand what i mean. if he love our dear country, he will be talking differently.

But what is the s-east doing in preparation of 2015. Its high time the igbos act and embroid the mantle of leadership from all this goons..... ANW i rest my case here.

Politics / Re: Are We Moving Forward Or Backwards. by dirifred(m): 2:03pm On Nov 27, 2012
This your observation is very key to sustainable development.
1 The sincerity of the Executive(Federal or State) is what matters. most of those project are abandoned projects. they award fresh project as a cover-up for not completing the former project.
2 Continuity : every Executive want to make a mark, but only by abandoning what he me on ground or destroying them for fresh ideas. this can be taken care of if the legislative arm know their job. i mean what will it cost to develop a twenty year development plan for any state or country? even if developed will it be followed?
3 Over politicization of project: the need of the people does not matter, what will be more beneficial to their political needs at the moment is their priority.
sorry if the lines are disjointed,i wrote in a hurry, no time to edit. but that's about the picture in my mind

Louis88: You know I can remember some months back when all this brouhaha began, there were many cynics here on nairaland who said that the case against these subsidy thieves was just a ruse and that it would soon fizzle out,but yoohoo!!the criminals are in court, almost fifty of them, their cases have been taken to court and they have been summoned, but they in return have hired the best lawyers in the land to defend them, imagine where the EFCC alone has to hire lawyers to battle these men who are ready to spend hundreds of millions to remain free, and so hire lawyers that will find the slightest loophole in the law to draw out the case, that is the system we have, but imagine if the CJN were to listen to the presidency and set up special courts for corruption, that way corruption cases brought before these specials corts would be dealt with and expedited on immediately.that is what we should be canvassing for right now,the president needs our solidarity now because this is one president who is secluding himself away from power brokers and sticks to mainly the technical team he is running the country with.
God bless you a million times over. at least no matter how few, some people still look at the issues with a clear mind. believe me when i say this "NIGERIA MUST MOVE FORWARD"

you are so obsessed with bad news that good news makes no sense. since you can prove they are meeting, are you the secretary in their meetings? how is the minutes you took during the last meeting?. well you are not alone, that's whats on the mind of majority of Nigerians.we must start believing in Nigeria. NIGERIA MUST MOVE FORWARD
Family / Re: Children And Their Parent's unclothedness by dirifred(m): 3:00pm On Oct 31, 2012
The mind of children ask a lot of probing questions, the kind of questions your exposing your nude can generate in their mind have a lot of negative consequence. you can show them love and freedom in many other ways, this very act of letting your children see your nude should stop, think beyond their innocence to what they may imagine in their heart, and as the saying goes, as he thinks in his heart, so is he.

It should cross your mind also that the rate at which our governor and other elites are buying private jet,is a clear indication that effort to upgrade our aviation industry to international standards is not in view. the cost of flight in Nigeria too high, the quality of service is too low. if our elite use our commercial flights, even if they fly first-class they will at least speak to the power brokers for improvement of that industry.if we have cheaper and safer flight, we the industry will boom, and we will save millions of man-hours for better use
