Romance over between Okorocha and Awuzie. shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked

To acquire land for his private university, Gov. Okorocha pretended he wanted to relocate Imo state university to the Orlu area from where Awuzie and Okorocha come from.

Awuzie instantly organized a press conference and told the press - never, never shall the state university be a motor on wheels; that the state university must not be moved from Owerri. But Awuzie must have known before then that Okorocha never had any intention of moving the university. Shortly after, Okorocha appointed Awuzie as VC of IMo university.

Latter, Awuzie came to the Catholic Laity in their Orlu diocese and told them that only way for a tertiary institution to be in their diocese is if they contribute money to build a university.

One of GMB's steps even as President-elect was to go to Nigeria's colonial masters to negotiate for arms and ammunition and military ties between Nigeria and the colonial master.
What for?

Possible answer: these angry youths must be made to shut up by force; notwithstanding that about 32 years ago, GMB as HoS told the youths then that they were Nigeria's leaders of tomorrow. The youths still remain youths for GMB; the youths remain incapable of leadership.

However, where I do not agree with the op is on the issue of NOI whom majority know is part of those who have successfully run the Nation's economy aground, thus does not deserve any form of recognition at home or abroad in the opinion of most Nigerians which I think should be respected even if you do not agree with them.
You are a typical product made up by imbibing the falsehood dished out these days by ethnic bigots that mostly manage Nigeria's media today.
Politics › Re: Angry Letter To The Nigerian Youth-- Nailed It by discusant: 8:34pm On May 25, 2015
Nigeria's youths are youths forever; GMB made it more so.

About 32 years ago, Buhari as HoS told Nigeria's youths that they were Nigeria's future leaders.

And 32 years after, Nigeria's youths still called on Buhari to come and lead them, when other countries are calling upon people in their 30s and 40s for leadership.

Nigeria's youths were mostly bamboozled to do that by false media propaganda. They could not resist falsehood sold them by the country's media managers.

They were amping him up prior to the election despite his prior actions and statements in relation to Boko Haram.

It's quite clear that they (western nations) mean no good towards Nigeria and see Buhari as a pawn to be used. It's a pity that he does not seem to comprehend this stark fact in his old age. Only a very foolish man would keep rushing to London - it's not as if the UK is awash with money. If it's funds that he is looking for then he should be looking east.
Imagine a country's president-elect first act of rushing to London to negotiate for arms and ammunition and military ties; while his country has no fuel to move on.

And Buhari never made any request regarding how to curb the fuel crisis.

Rather, Buhari's business in London as president-elect was in search of arms and ammunition to keep noisy Nigerians shut up; to force oneness in Nigeria.

Buhari's idea on how to keep one Nigeria still remains that of the 1970s - weird.

Metu go home. During the campaign, you first mooted the idea that APC was "presenting a semi-literate Buhari for presidential candidate." After that you went to sleep.

Why did your party not use the law-enforcement agencies to verify if Buhari had O'level Certificate or not, verify if the certificates Buhari acquired in military schools abroad are equivalent to or superior to O'Level Certificate, verify if truly Buhari committed perjury?

Metuh go home. Buhari is about to be president. Buhari has already started to negotiate for arms and military ties from foreign powers to do you shut up if you talk further.

And why do you think the US or any world power will support a group they clearly can not benefit from. Have you forgotten the state of Pennsylvania has more coal than Biafra can offer or what else are you tabling for their support, cause I don't see them supporting d breakaway of another group, to form a country they may have to send aid to in the future.

Why should any world power support Biafra?
Without Biafra, Nigeria is a beggar country.

Why are you crying over the prospects of Biafra?

The US is a country where people cherish equality of races. But in Nigeria your Yoruba and Hausa/Fulani established an unwritten code of inequality for the tribes in Nigeria.

You think Americans support evil of inequality in a country. Obama emerged US president.

Americans must support the split of Nigeria because Nigeria has remained dysfunctional despite huge sums of oil revenues in decades.

The evil of inequality that has been going on in Nigeria must be broken by having those your groups in Nigeria who cherish inequality to have their own country.

Best thing for us is a federal system, non centralized with a figurehead president.
But because of crude oil in Lower Niger Area, north of Nigeria does not want a true federal structure in Nigeria.

North of Nigeria does not want a non-centralized federal government with a figure head president.

Northern wants the present 36 states+Abuja through which north smiles home every Abuja federal allocation day with most of Nigeria's revenues; north wants the continuation of its whooping 19 states plus Abuja through which north contributes most members of the National Assembly.
In other words, with a conntinuation of the present political structure, there can never be a time when true federalism and political restructuring can be obtained in Nigeria's National Assembly.

Don't split Naija please
But Naija split long ago when northern Nigeria Boko Haram chased away non-northerners from the north of Nigeria.

That was after 12 ,northern Nigeria states adopted use of sharia criminal laws which include stoning women to death for adultery and chopping off hands of petty thieves, etc.

Boko Haram has consistently maintained that it is fighting for a country friendly with sharia criminal laws.

Only solution to Boko Haram violence is give 12 sharia states their own sharia country.

Christians, let me be your true pastor. The Bible teaches you the Golden Rule: Do to others what you will not feel offended if some one does the same thing to you.
Doing this, you don't need any pastor in your life.

I therefore say unto you: ignore these pastors.

This type of pastor could be using his feet in shoes to dip inside the private part of women in his church. He would first misinterprete one verse in the Bible to convince his congregation that they must strip naked before worshipping God.

Advice to Igbos: retreat and plan for next action, not too much talk talk complaining about Nigeria in the www.

You don't see Yoruba and north talking much again since they joined and sacked Jonthan and the Igbos whom SW believed were steering Jonathan government.

Igbos must now concentrate on arguing for a referendum in the former southeast region for either return to regional government system or complete separation from Nigeria.

Northern Nigeria cannot sack most southerners that used to live in the north, yet expects Nigeria to remain one country; yet Buhari comes here to tell us that Niger Republic and Nigeria are nearly one.
Politics › Re: Nigeria Would’ve Been In Crisis If Jonathan Disputed Elections – Buhari by discusant: 11:16pm On May 21, 2015
Jonathan conceded power to Buhari and his nearby Niger Republic - shikena. When Yar'Adua beacame president, one of his earliest foreign trips was for Nigeria/Niger/Chad related business.

Buhari as HoS refused to vote an Igboman as OAU Secretary but voted for a Niger Republic candidate.

Lol just wait till 2019 or whenever APC would be stupid enough to present Osibanjo or anyother sw candidate to know how relevant PDP or this two regions are. You think the north cares about political parties
No, the north does not care about political parties, the north cares only about political power. The north created the 36 states + Abuja political structure with 19 states+Abuja in the once one region north, but only 17 states in the once three regoons south of Nigeria. This political structure guarantees that north can have what it wants from Nigeria by merely moving to any strong political party and co-opting a few states in the south in north's pursuit of apex political power.

Worse is that each time talk is from the SE about restructuring the polity, many Yoruba misconstrue the talk as restructuring Nigeria to gi've Igbo more states.

Sorry PDP fans and sympathisers, we will obey the Bible that says we should mourn with those that are mourning and rejoice with those rejoicing. Politics › Re: I Resigned As PDP Bot Chair To Allow Jonathan Take Over – Tony Anenih by discusant: 7:31am On May 21, 2015
While reforming PDP to have base in the south of Nigeria, the APC thing in Imo state must be considered a one man show - an aberration.

Insiders said governor Okorocha was returned for second term purely to enable him finish the projects he abandoned since he joined APC when development projects he started in the state started to be in standstill position till today. If he was voted out this year, a new govt may not be interested in the projects, hence the state must incur huge loses.

By next election, governor Okorocha must have gone away with his APC, the party will have little or no trace in the southsouth and southeast.
Politics › Re: I Resigned As PDP Bot Chair To Allow Jonathan Take Over – Tony Anenih by discusant: 7:01am On May 21, 2015
The new PDP ought to be a regional political party with base in the southsouth and southeast, perhaps with Ekiti and Ondo states.

The Scottish National Party - SNP - in the UK now controls all of Scotland. SNP can now afford to negotiate and get whatever Scotland wants from the UK, including referendum for any policy - including referendum for secession from the UK.

If the Southsouth and southeast are in different political parties, the two areas must continue to be exploited; with their environment laid nearly unhabitable by oil ccmpanies to sustain the rest of Nigeria with good liveable and fast developing environments.
