I still have screenshots from WhatsApp messages from 12 years ago. I never delete messages I have ever had with any female I have had:
- Financial dealings with, and;
- Intimacy with.

Chatlogs plus images and other files shared. All backuped.

There's no such thing as LP as a movement. I still have an email of initiating registration on their website then refusing to follow it through.

LP doesn't exist as a movement. It was basically a beneficiary of a man with a cult following, Peter Obi, who platformed the party.

Everything was basically about installing Peter Obi and the movement was willing to cut deals - vote APC or PDP at lower tiers while voting LP aka Obi at the Presidential level.

It had no structure other than the bonding wax Obi was to it. How many people collapsed their structures for the LP?

Whereas from 2012 to 2014, people collapsed structures and parties merged to form the APC.

It also explains the reason many parties (including the ADC) were wooing Obi to join them.

You remember the GTB service outage from last year? It was caused by an #85,000 mistake - Domain + add-ons.

While they focused on their Fintech and trying to improve it, they didn't have a dedicated web development and management team - their domain wasn't renewed.

Typically, domain and web hosting companies send reminders of renewals two months, a month, and daily every single day in two weeks leading up to it.

You know who is suppose to be responsible for such things? Your guess is as good as mine.

Similar thing once happened to Dangote.

So if individually you folks as business men here contract web development agencies, listen to them. Keep them close. They architect the portal to your business/brand digital reputation/outlook.

Else it'd cause your brand a reputational damage you might not be able to quantify.

Many expect us to build, they pay the one-time fee, and that's it. Some do not honour the monthly retainer clauses we state at the onset so we let the website be.

We only just ensure bugs and bots do not crawl over the websites as we include a few of them in our portfolios as proof of our work. But, contractually, we aren't obliged to do so.

But web content management and security is a periodically paid service in itself which I am almost certain Suji Moto Group didn't put the guys maintaining their websites on. They have few blog posts and some of the last 7 are from 2021/2022.

MDAs do the same thing too unless dealing with a honest middleman.

Minister/Commissioner/Executive Director puts millions are their websites' budget. The head of IT (who's usually middle-age man who can't tell CSS code from JS code) subcontracts to a web development and brand identity firm.

Between the official budget and eventual outsourcing, a huge chunk has been embezzled.

Then they corner the retainer/maintenance fees too.

In October 2022, I raised an alarm the Rivers State Government website was going to be hàckëd (I do periodical assessments of government websites).
On Facebook and X. I tagged Wike and Rivers State Government. Bots were crawling all over. It's still on both platforms.

I also stated ways to solve the problem even if I am not contracted. No official response or action.

Eventually, in no less than 15 days, the subdomain for Rivers State Judiciary workers was exposed and the Chinese bots took over the Rivers State Government main website.

Millions were certainly budgeted for the new one. The new look isn't even as elegant as the previous hãckëd.

If the web development agency or person they subcontracted had been put on a retainer, it'd have saved the Government money and the eventual data breach.

I'd check my archives to find screenshots of Judiciary workers' details being exposed too.
