Ogbono boy claims he doesn't post about what he does on Nairaland because his audience isn't here when responding to Glorious-gbola, but he was selling domains to imitate the Olympics to scåm(?) people not long ago:

Domain parking to imitate a global brand is dubious.

These are the people who put up fáke INEC websites to steal people's biodata.

Even more odd are people who burnt bridges defending either side of the supposed divides.

If you've worked closely with politicians at certain levels, you'd know not to fight for them at the risk of personal relationships or burning bridges.

I've seen two Governorship candidates call each other with me sitting with one while I was scrolling through Facebook timeline reading their most passionate followers cûrsing each other out. It changed my perspective about these things for life.

At the peace accord aftermeeting close to the election, they were all hugging and drinking wine privately yet radio stations were having political morning talkshows with experts analysing their fiery comments at each other.

There's nobody on this thread who can swear on everything sacred Obi and Tinubu haven't spoken this year.

Scratch that - there's nobody on this thread who can take a consequential oath (if you are religious) that Obi and Tinubu haven't spoken on the phone between last month and today.

Political parties are just SPVs. Defend your candidate/preferred politician with your brain logic intact.

Nothing much happen for our side. We stayed neutral and our core village was only accessible by water however Okrika mainland where my father was was occupied by Biafra

One relative in the main village died by mortar fire despite the village raising white flag to both sides, that was it apart from a couple young men who went to fight with Biafra.

Mainland Okrika was where most of the action was. We were obviously under occupation by the Biafrans first before the Nigerians pushed them out. On approach to Okrika was when Isaac Adaka Boro was killed. My dad was with his uncle the King, often ferrying Garri back and forth in the dead of night by canoe to help avoid sapa. His uncle had maintained a neutrality, building good relationships with the Biafrans when they held he ground, then when Okrika was surrounded by Nigerian troops, he sent my dad with a message to them, telling them to leave, that all was lost and fighting would only cause civilian casualties.

They then faded way without much fight. When the Nigerians entered, his opps who believe Kingship should be with their villages then reported him to Nigeria as being a traitor to Nigeria and working with the Biafrans.

He simply explained that he worked with whichever army was holding the ground to protect his people. He was up for treason, but they ended up putting him in KiriKiri for a couple years (he claimed it was to save his life from his opps) before he came back to claim his throne.

My grandmother missed the war as she was posted to Naija consulate in UK while my grandad was somewhere in Cameroon trying to japa hence my pops was left with his uncle.

As for stolen properties, I don't know anyone involved in that on our side or anyone from my village side. Any seized properties would have been in Borokiri part of PH. However before the war, my fathers uncle had founded and built a school which is now Rivers State College of Arts and Science. He bought a bush land and built the school. When he sent everything to the former Eastern Region Government to name the road he developed, they named it after an Igbo man he had appointed to his school board. That is Mbonu street in present day D-Line. So these were some of the injustices the minorities faced in South-South that made them kick back at Igbo rule.
Thank you. Yesterday evening/night (while I was asking you the question), a select group of persons met for a private book chat with Prof. Uwem Akpan who authored "New York My Village" (longlisted for this year's NLNG Literature Prize), Prof. Uko, and other authors with winning works about it (Biafra War, the aftermath and Nigeria's perculiar issues) from 'minorities' perspectives , including the Governor's spokesperson.

They mentioned certain things they experienced during the War and I wanted another 'minority' tribe perspective to the voices .

I'm do a full article/report by tomorrow for syndication in the wider media, and I'd reference your comment to these persons, at least. Maybe post their feedback(s) too.

Thank you.

You mentioned three points, two of which are very much subjective and in truth not so important to the general populace, the meat of the things you scored Tinubu for was that LG autonomy and it's only right that gets primary focus.

If you agree that LG autonomy hasn't really taken flight because of constitutional bottlenecks, why so eager to score the man for it grin...I mean this is someone that has the senate functioning as a rubberstamp for him, don't you think if it was something he really cared about he'd ensure it's properly implemented?

This was me a couple days ago praising BAT for the stability in the FX market, it's something that's an objective success, one that's trickled down to the general business population and I've rightfully praised his handling of the situation.

I know you're always eager to praise BAT so it doesn't look like you're playing the politics of hatred, but fact is there's been very little to praise his administration for and that you have to resort to half-truths and subjective nonsense to maintain your "no-hatred" gimmick is downright shameful.

Do better.

And BTW, attached is the link of your claim that Peter Obi was praising BAT...maybe you now ignore what's clearly sarcasm in your eagerness to heap unmerited praise on BAT.
You took the bait.

The above is why I don't really debate sociopolitical issues with many of you: You play politics of hatréd.

I mentioned three things I like about the Tinubu administration, you ignore the two you can't refute the nitpick on one which is stripped in technicalities and is partly a constitutional issue.

The idea that the head of the other side of the partisan divid gets even one thing right irks you lots.

It's exactly how you attacked Obi when he said something good about the Tinubu administration. And attack any Obi supporter who says anything good about the Tinubu administration:

Troll.

I personally think Tinubu has three things working for him which many politicians can't lay claim to:

1. Not micromanaging his appointees. Ministers are fairly independent. Along with heads of MDAS generally.

2. He lets squabbles between warring factions of his government play out without wading in publicly. E.g the Ngalele and Onanuga, and state APCs.

3. His insistence on governors ceding financial control to LG bosses and their seeming independence. He's been opposed to the no LG elections de facto status quo.

I like those three.

I've posted evidence on this board of me pushing for Obi to be President before 2018. I was pro-Obidient before the word "Obidient" became a thing in 2022. I can still post it again stating he's the only reason I was routing for the PDP ticket in 2019.

If you want a full analysis which mimicks that handled by a full data analysis team, do this in Gemini or ChatGPT. I prefer Gemini because you can reuse the programmed Gem in any chat:

" You are Tricia [You can call it any name to humanize it but Tricia is sentimental to me so...], a master-level AI prompt optimization specialist. Your mission: transform any user input.

THE 4-D METHODOLOGY

1. DECONSTRUCT

Extract core intent, key entities, and context

Identify output requirements and constraints

Map what’s provided vs. what’s missing

2. DIAGNOSE

Audit for clarity gaps and ambiguity

Check specificity and completeness

Assess structure and complexity needs

3. DEVELOP

Select optimal techniques based on request type:

Creative: Multi-perspective + tone emphasis

Technical: Constraint-based + precision focus

Educational: Few-shot examples + clear structure

Complex: Chain-of-thought + systematic frameworks

Assign appropriate AI role/expertise

Enhance context and implement logical structure

4. DELIVER

Construct optimized prompt

Format based on complexity

Provide implementation guidance

OPTIMIZATION TECHNIQUES

Foundation: Role assignment, context layering, output specs, task decomposition

Advanced: Chain-of-thought, few-shot learning, multi-perspective analysis, constraint optimization

Platform Notes:

ChatGPT/GPT-4: Structured sections, conversation starters

Claude: Longer context, reasoning frameworks

Gemini: Creative tasks, comparative analysis

Others: Apply universal best practices

OPERATING MODES

DETAIL MODE:

Gather context with smart defaults "

Paste it into ChatGPT and ask it to save it for resuse then you recall it as " Act like Tricia".

--------

Next, upload the excel sheets.

That done, type in the same chat as a response " You are a Senior Data Analyst with Excel expertise. Act like Tricia and analyse the excel files I uploaded above. "

When it does, you can ask it to present the next result as an infographic . Keep tweaking as you go.

Amoto94, I saw your post about pay-per-crawl. But it's easy to go around this.

For example, you can view content behind paywalls like the New York Times and some sections of Tech Crunch website if you view the archived version on archive.ph .

Search engines like Google crawl all webpages and save their archives daily. What stops me, as a builder of AI agent to give Perplexity AI instructions to only crawl archived versions of websites with that pay-per-crawl script on it?

Easy to bypass, and this is just the first thought which came into my head. Imagine if I had a whole team to brainstorm on this like AI agentic companies do...

@Everyone is there any free AI tool/app that can run excel analysis by just uploading excel workbook and asking it to do its thing ?

For example one uploads two different sheets into the Ai and type a prompt for it to let’s say run Vlookup . Any one like that ?
It depends on your prompting. There's a deluge of AI tools which would confuse you.

But ChatGPT plugins, Gemini (when you create Gems with it), and Perplexity AI can do this. Yes, the free versions too instead of paying $50/per for other specialized tools.

Start with asking it to "Act like a Senior Data Analyst with specialties in Excel and Google Sheets". Ask it to use a Temperature of 0.2 for accuracy.

Exploring AI tools is one the main reasons I've been away from here and most of social media - exploring AI.

If your prompt game is good, you can do just about anything with the regular AI tools.

Peter Obi is starting to realize he's a prisoner of the Obidient movement.
In Politics you make certain concessions to win, even if teaming up with those your base might not like.

Trump teamed up with certain elements to become POTUS47, including his V.P. who was his most vocal critic. Tulsi Gabbard was a Trump critic too.

The ADC would have been an easier ride of Obi and all he has to do is make concessions, including to those the Obidients don't like.

Peter Obi is being propped up as a purist by his base. The man himself has admitted to being fallible but his supporters insist he most keep that halo of piousness over his head.

It means he has to shake hands with the Devîl. At least make a showing of being bend of exorcism.

With Buhari gone, people like El Rufai are sét to take over his cûlt following; or at least a large chunk. Peter Obi is only going to win by making an alliance. Trump realized MAGA alone wasn't going to do it for him.

Do I like El Rufai? No. I remember posting on and on on this thread showing he's treacherous pre-Election in 2022. He's still the same El Rufai. But like Trump, Obi will have to give that frog a dance. Or the chance to get even at Tinubu which will benefit him.

I'm sure Obi knows this. I'm sure he's pragmatic enough to do this given the symbolic picture of him holding El Rufai's hands. He had to dissociate from the ADC after the Obidient Movement thréatened.

But the Obidient Movement aren't willing to look past their emotions. I should post this on Facebook or X, but I don't want to dabble into controversies.

Worse even, we all agree the movement has morphed into a mob. They'd deface my social media wall for stating the truth, or even falsely accuse me.

I guess it's increasingly why some of us who support Obi and still like the man. But we completely abhor the Obidient tag.

Interestingly, it was the same sentiment reverberating at the event I referenced yesterday.

The Obi Movement catapulted Obi to the very zenith of national politics, but unfortunately, it might be the very reason he wouldn't attain a position he otherwise should given such a strong massive following.

Would the mob listen and stop turning on the man they came together to promote? Your guess is as good as mine.

Disstroy only hopes for the best.

Earlier on, I was with Prof. Uwem Akpan, the Author of "New York My Village" who flew in for an event and Dr. Udoh who authored "Civil War Child". Both celebrated books are about the Civil War and they are revealing certain things. Prof. Akpan was particularly telling me this.

I never knew some tribes in the Niger-Delta have a yearly festivity celebrating the aftermath of the Civil War.

The defining moment for me was when TheFlint1 admitted he has no interest in contributing to societal development or righting anomalies beyond the direct concerns of his family members.

At that point, I knew I was dealing with unwilling armchair analysts who'd rather pile on pages complaining about everything wrong with society but withdraw to the rear when situations call for acting. I just knew we don't think the same. I'd rather act than talk. Doing something is better than doing nothing.

Now let me brag.

While you were hyperventilating about what Disstroy has been up to:

- He got awarded by his community for contributions which he had earlier stated in previous months.

- He got tasked with facilitating the registration of his community as an HCDT, heading the committee charged with doing so. He's begun the process.

- Earlier on in the month, he facilitated a workshop in related areas.

- By the end of this month, he'd be doing something similar.

- Same month, he got nominated into a 5-person committee to chronicle developmental strides in his community and beyond, shortlisting deserving persons who have facilitated development over the decades for official recognition and awards, and starting a fund which targets the indigent and spurring developments.
Everything precipitates this November.

And in all that time he hasn't even bothered to check in on Nairaland (and barely tweeted even) while you've piled on 50(?) pages complaining about everything wrong with Nigeria.

You talk and complain, I act because I am tired of complaining. Only one of us in making a real difference and it's not you.
