5thNOTE: u want to monopolize the site.
Monopolize? How?

Admit it! Sometimes we submit post(s) that at the end we regret and wish we could take down but nothing like that here. Most social sites got something like that.
Nairaland GeneralRe: Post Sharing On Nairaland (Shared Posts) by Djicemob: 10:20am On Aug 29, 2014
A "dislike" feature would turn nairaland to a circus.Sadist and paranoid peeps would go round disliking anything in their paths thereby hurting feelings and as a result creating more sadists to dislike more comments. slowly affecting almost everyone.Imagine a forum like that.Plus Nobody comments on a topic again, either u like or dislike and go ur way. Boring init?

I'm still not gettin the hang of this share buttonhuh ...Is it supposed to be like the "like" feature? If yes why can't i see the number of people that share(d) my post? And y do i tend to mistakenly share some post when i intend to like them? Instead of the share button,i would have preferred a "vote"/"recommend" button which u can vote or recommend which topic u'll like to see on the frontpage,u can give ur vote for the topic while the moderators take note. That is y its called a forum right?

I might be wrong tho...
BTW good job seun.

I understand.Well then Can we have the answers more promptly?
Nairaland GeneralRe: Interactive Thread With Nairaland Owner. Come In With Your Questions! by Djicemob: 11:55am On Aug 28, 2014
Perhaps Seun should not be the only one answering all these questions, they are obviously too much for one man.I suggest the OP should call/mention the supermods on nairaland to assist Seun with some of the questions.Thanks.

No offense but i do feel the idea of sharing post is kinda pointless if we can't choose the people we share our post to.Someone suggested a feature in which we can delete our own unwanted post.I think that one is better.Or something more cooler than this.Just my opinion tho.
FamilyIs Feminism Sexist? by Djicemob(op): 2:13pm On Aug 27, 2014
Basically yes, but a lot of men give knee jerk reactions to feminism. Ultimately the word Feminism is sexist, the same as Masculism. However, women should be able to get jobs, along with anti-gender discrimination laws etc.But some points in feminism are purely materialistic and self centered. And puts out propaganda, most of the time it is implied, that men are the oppressors. One major problem with feminism is it's mostly an entitlement mentality embedded in selfishness hence putting the MAN in various tight corner, further making it disadvantageous to be a man.

Such that:
* they receive a longer jail sentence than
women.
* they have to pay more child support than the
woman(if they even pay at all).
* they(men) “cannot be raped”(atleast that's what the make us believe while playing the victim card)
* they are expected to “man up” and internalize
their problems.
* men are the last ones to leave when it comes
to life threatening situations.
* better treatment of women regarding false
accusations- false accusations of rape and
domestic violence occur often in men
* the majority of domestic violence programs
are targeted toward women than men.
* in a 1977 novel, The Women’s Room, author
Marilyn French wrote a line of dialog in which a
female rape victim says, “All men are rapists,
and that’s all they are.
*its completely fine for a woman to hit a man,
but if a man hits a woman everyone flips out.
*women consciously or unconsciously expect chivalry from men(not vice versa) but advocate equality.

Its amzing that feminist only fight for the rights of women? Which in actual sense should advocate for equality/equal-right for men and women? (Human rights).

Well, these are my opinions, lets have your say on this issue NAIRALANDERS...

Funny how some people think everything is a battle.
EducationRe: 10 Common Grammatical Errors We Must Avoid by Djicemob(op):
hardbody: I understand your issues. What do you mean by ...is been used always....

As basic as this is and indeed the OP suggested this correction in at least one paragraph, you are still neck deep in English illiteracy that you still cannot and may never comprehend it.

If you ever had the misfortune of working FOR me, i would have fired you this minute.

An advice....demand for your tuition fees from your illiterate teachers and NEVER in the life of you ever join issues with me. I will thoroughly m.es.s you up.
Am i "joining issues with you?" Say am doing so,what are gonna do? e-punch me in the face? Lol.You came here first and try to talk down someones effort to inform and enlighten and you wonder who is being disrespectful here.It wouldn't have cost u anything to read and ignore since you feel its elementary stuff. But u chose to talk down the whole thread which many people are finding very helpful.Well,This would be my last post to you on this cos i think having exchanges with u would seem kinda worthless so i would just be me and ignore u.Thanks.
EducationRe: 10 Common Grammatical Errors We Must Avoid by Djicemob(op): 4:06pm On Aug 26, 2014
hardbody: These are mere basic and perhaps elementary english grammar. Thank God i have not used my personal data to read this, i would have been very annoyed.

Office things no ni.
Mr smart dat is why its called "common" Grammatical errors and not complex grammatical errors. We see em as elementary grammar but we mistake them every now and then. Its much easier to get a common grammatical structure wrong than the complex one because the common structure is been used always and we tend to misuse it most times hence it has become part of our every day speech and often seen as the correct usage. That is the reason for the thread...And u couldn't comprehend this? SMH.So much for a supposedly employed fellow.
EducationRe: 10 Common Grammatical Errors We Must Avoid by Djicemob(op): 3:20pm On Aug 26, 2014
Gboliwe: I saw those but I still "dunget". Use more sentences, please.
We all know who/whom pulled that prank.
This sentence contains two clauses:
We all know and who / whom pulled
that prank. We are interested in the
second clause because it contains
the who / whom . 'He' pulled that
prank. Therefore, who is correct.(Remember he = who)

We want to know on who/ whom the prank was pulled. This sentence contains two clauses:We want to know and the prank was pulled on who / whom . Again, we are interested in the second clause
because it contains the who / whom .The prank was pulled on 'him'.Therefore, whom is correct.(And this..Him = whom)
EducationRe: 10 Common Grammatical Errors We Must Avoid by Djicemob(op): 3:00pm On Aug 26, 2014
Gboliwe: Thank you. But, please use sentences to further drive it home.
Done that already.Someone requested same and i obliged.
