Earlier this week a king cobra was caught in my home town with a wire trap. This was an unintentional catch. The wire trap was set to catch a rabbit popularly known as ewii in igbo.

You've been feeding me with lies and misinformations. I've spent thousands calling your lines since last week Monday. This is not the first time this sort of nonsense is happening. I could spend the whole day posting screenshots here to show the whole world how inefficient you guys are, it still won't change you guys for the better. You say you never delayed my item? An item that was delivered to you guys on 12/07/2019, was supposed to ship out on 17/07/2019. I even called your US office on 16/07/2019 and begged them not to repeat what happened the last time, and they assured me it would be shipped the next day. You guys left that item in your warehouse for no just cause. Shipped it out on 24/07/2019 and had no tangible reason for doing this. Okay let me post some screenshots. If you still try to lie after this, I'll post screenshots for the delay before this one and the ones before that. This is supposed to be a 3-5 working days "DHL" shipping according to you guys, but it has turned into a never ending nightmare. My item shipped on 16/07/2019 has been undergoing "customs clearance" since 23/07/2019! The one shipped on 24/07/2019 is still undergoing "customs clearance". I have an item that has been accumulating storage charge since 01/08/2019, you guys won't pause that one, it never misses its count. You'll want me to pay demurrage on an item I've been waiting for those ones to join so I can have them all waybilled together. I get to pay for your delay! Get all 4 items updated today, so I can pay and get this nonsense over with. Na me find una trouble, carry my business come meet una. Make una no just try charge me at your new "DHL shipping" rate. They have been acting up with charges and delays, and I have been playing along. But this time, I won't. I bought 2 portable hard disks from WD. Instead of consolidating both, they separated them into different shipments. They then proceeded to slam 2lbs on the 1TB hard disk. And it took series of back and forth before they corrected the value of the 2TB hard disk. Theirs is supposed to be a worry-free shipping experience, but that has never been the case, not even once. Shoptomydoor, consolidate my hard disks, there are no lithium batteries in any of them. "Dimensional weight" is not in play here, where you guys got 2.01lbs(for the 1TB) and 1.04lbs(for the 2TB) from, I wonder.

As I type this now, Shoptomydoor is trying to rip me off. The money in question is small, but business is business and when a company has a policy that guides it, they should stick to it. Let me see how it goes, before I bring everything on here; screenshots, chats, e.t.c.
I'll also take it to Twitter, Facebook, LIB, Google. It's high time they are brought to book. This nonsense must stop.

Whenever ur phone gives error or error update package, check ur SD card, or give at least 4gb free for update on both the phone and mcard, mine happened like 2ice before I change my mcard and it worked. Thus I got advice from infinix forum and that did the magic. So sometimes it's our fault.

I have 5gb free internal storage and more than 7gb free in my 128gb microsd.

After an endless wait, Tecno finally decided to release an update that has been around for close to a year now to their Phantom 6 Plus!
I had to search for the update for hours, before I finally got access!
My average download speed on 9mobile is 2Mb/s, but Tecno's update server was pushing the update to my phone at snail speed, it took more than 11hours to get the complete update package from them.
After all the time I wasted, the data I spent, and the electricity I burned, the update refused to run. It even started from the beginning!

I took screenshots of all the stages of the process. I will upload more photos later. I am not in a very good mood at the moment!
