Politics › Re: Atiku Met Three APC Governors In Dubai, Plots To Manipulate BVAS - Afegbua by DMerciful(m): 5:11pm On Jan 01, 2023
If Obi does not win the SS/SE are ok with Atiku. If South does not get the presidency, the blame is on SW! SW has ruined southern unity
astonished:
I always tell people, if Atiku win this election, Nigeria will break within 3 months,

If you think southern Nigeria can withstand another Fulani ruling us after 8 years of Fulani regime which cause lots of agony, and full of nepotism, barbarism.

This time around 98% percent of big big southern politicians will give go ahead, since they can't get the power & there will be unity in the south, not even military weapons can't stop it,

Endsars will become child play, and all southern will come out with their full chest to demand for real independent country from the hand of oligarchy who

Politics › Re: 2023: President Buhari’s Successor Should Come From South East ― Edwin Clark by DMerciful(m): 9:36am On Jan 01, 2023
Presidency is just bragging rights, doesn't guarantee good future. Work hard to succeed! Katsina people are no better since Bubu became president
worksmart:
I am an Igbo, we need to start thinking issues out as individuals rather than always having a herd mentality. Igbos have given PDP unwavering support since 1999 yet PDP cannot even once give Igbos the presidential ticket. Meanwhile we are not building any political bridges of other parties or with the North or West. We have not come together to strategize politically on how to try to actualize an Igbo presidency. Politically we are running around like headless chickens.

The undisputed heavyweight champion of incompetence!

Worst president ever in the history of Nigeria

Politics › Re: 2023: President Buhari’s Successor Should Come From South East ― Edwin Clark by DMerciful(m): 5:44am On Jan 01, 2023
You think your life is better than that of the Igbos? You guys are not wise, you mistake bragging rights for good life
worksmart:
So when the primaries were holding you forgot that the next president should be Igbo?

Igbos are politically naive, when Gen Abdulsalami and Obasanjo ditched Abacha's draft constitution in 1999, Igbos said nothing possibly not aware that Obasanjo had discarded a constitution that would have guaranteed an Igbo presidency.

The likes of Edwin Clark kept mute.
Family › Re: My Mother Threatens To Commit Suicide If I Don't Leave The House by DMerciful(m): 9:38pm On Dec 31, 2022
The boy might be too old but that information was not given so we cannot work with assumptions. If not the uncle that supported him( because clearly he doesn't have the means), he may be thinking of joining bad gangs just to survive.

Ofcourse, the mother deserve to have a man but why can't they do their intimacy in the man's house because thats the only hindrance I see.
SucrePlum:
I'm not trying to defend her my dear, I'm just saying it as it is. Yes, the mom is to be held responsible but we both know that people have influence on their spouses. The guy in question may be too old to even be living with his mom and the poor woman has needs. That's what I'm saying
Family › Re: My Mother Threatens To Commit Suicide If I Don't Leave The House by DMerciful(m): 9:13pm On Dec 31, 2022
You're trying to defend the woman because you're a woman but if you look at it critically, that man owes him nothing. It is only his mother that owes him protection
SucrePlum:
Me, hold me responsible grin

Why should it come to the South if its by might?
Pakute:
It's coming to the South and the strongest of the South will take it. It's coming home to the SW.
Family › Re: My Mother Threatens To Commit Suicide If I Don't Leave The House by DMerciful(m): 8:14pm On Dec 31, 2022
So who will he hold responsible? The stranger or the woman who gave birth to him?

Don't you think that the man has negative influences on your mom? Maybe he's the one who convinced her to send you out
Politics › Re: What's The Secret Behind Nairaland Zombieesm? by DMerciful(m): 7:54pm On Dec 31, 2022
Driven totally by Igbo hate. If it'd make Igbos angry, even if they benefit nothing, they're happy
Politics › Re: The Origin Of Agbor And The Obi Of Agbor by DMerciful(m): 7:51pm On Dec 31, 2022
You're not ready for peace. I want peace and I have taken a path to peace. Continue in your tribal supremacy contest
omonnakoda:
what is fair?
How is that defined 1:1rotation of presidency?
So we need quota system?
Should that apply to importation and commerce, education or just the president?
Do ibos have more than a fair share of electronic and spare parts business?
Politics › Re: The Origin Of Agbor And The Obi Of Agbor by DMerciful(m): 7:43pm On Dec 31, 2022
When they start killing Igbos in the North, you as an Agbor man, dont run! They'll treat you in the language you'll understand grin
Ghostwon822:
Agbor is definitely not Igbo, whether you like it or not.
By the way, wasntyit your own people who complained that buhari nominated no Igbo in security positions eventhough he had nominated General Irabor ?
Politics › Re: The Origin Of Agbor And The Obi Of Agbor by DMerciful(m): 7:37pm On Dec 31, 2022
Like i said, in a situation where one group think they have the advantage of getting more than their fair share, there will always be friction and retrogression.

You allude that Nigeria did not start in 1999, which shows that you're not ready for peace but wanna continue the old ways. I have said that the worst thing that happened to Igbos and Yorubas is bringing Biafra back into Nigeria. They would have moved on as separate countries by now

Agbor is Igbo whether we like it or not and whatever prejudices Igbos face, Ika people are lumped into those prejudices
omonnakoda:
Let me genuinely remove you from what I will say next
No insult to you.
But what you said is extremely stupid. What has that got to do with Agbor
First you want to pretend Nigeria started in 1999.It did not
The history of Igbo attitude to Yoruba in the first republic is well documented. There is no need reopening wounds
So because Obasanjo has been president once Igbo must be once? It cannot rotate 1:1
There is not a statistical basis to talk of inequity after just one presidency
There have been 3 elected president s from the North all Fulani.non Hausa or Kanuri they are united
The ibos really need to look at their attitude .This notion Yoruba have it once we must have it once only makes sense to Ibos.
It was not gifted to Yoruba they worked toward it .Abiola won and did so even though Ibos voted

You complain about quota system in education but want it in politics
Is that not hypocrisy
Presidential system is not right for Nigeria and under such a system Job cannot be president
What you need to do is obvious but you are too arrogant
Politics › Re: Phrank Shaibu: PDP Confident Of Atiku’s Chances In 2023 by DMerciful(m): 7:18pm On Dec 31, 2022
You're to exposed to insist on the failed status quo. We need a disruptive change and only Obi among the leading candidates can do this. If it means wasting our votes, we've said from the beginning that we're vote wasters
ochejoseph:
Don't waste your vote or help Tinubu become president by voting for Peter Obi ......God willing H.E Atiku and Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa are Nigeria's incoming President and vice President by the Grace of the King of Kings
Politics › Re: The Origin Of Agbor And The Obi Of Agbor by DMerciful(m): 7:12pm On Dec 31, 2022
Which point? The Igbos and Yorubas are the people holding Nigeria down due to their continuous fight for tribal supremacy but an unbiased observer will put more blame on the Yorubas. Yorubas already did 8yrs presidency and 8yrs vice presidency...its equitable to say since its coming to South, it should go to SE. That kind of gesture would bring cooperation among them which ultimately benefits Nigeria.

I have always said in my signature that only the cooperation of Igbos and Yorubas can move Nigeria forward
omonnakoda:
yes it is not working but you need to clarify the previous point
Don't chicken out
Politics › Re: The Origin Of Agbor And The Obi Of Agbor by DMerciful(m): 7:03pm On Dec 31, 2022

Nigeria needs Peter Obi at a time like this
Politics › Re: The Origin Of Agbor And The Obi Of Agbor by DMerciful(m): 6:55pm On Dec 31, 2022
Why do you think the major ethnic groups in Nigeria are having so much friction? Its lack of equity, some groups feel they have the advantage of getting more than their fair share. Ofcourse, you can't have peace and harmony in situations where some groups wanna cheat others.

I'm far from being an hypocrite
omonnakoda:
Who are
YOU GUYS?
YOU are a hypocrite.
What are you talking about? Equity? You are not making sense
Politics › Re: The Origin Of Agbor And The Obi Of Agbor by DMerciful(m): 6:45pm On Dec 31, 2022
The reason I get angry with you guys is because of your lack of equity. I'm a strong believer of equity and I know a just and peaceful society must be based on equity.

In real life, i treat everybody thesame whther from my place or not.
omonnakoda:
How is asserting ones identity " tribal nonsense "
Besides you are tribal champion so do not be a hypocrite
Politics › Re: The Origin Of Agbor And The Obi Of Agbor by DMerciful(m): 6:30pm On Dec 31, 2022
Yes some but not all of us. I'm too exposed to hold unto tribal nonsense. Life expectancy is too short to be holding unto that besides if you consider the size of Earth in the universe and considering the whole of humanity is in the pale blue dot, we have no reason to be fighting. I'm not even in Nigeria and to see how people from different countries live happily together here while my country people keep hating on one another is pitiable

Don't twist it, humans are not designed to remain single for life. You can try to twist things but it cannot change this fact!
Kobojunkie:
ROFLMAO!
grin cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy grin cheesy grin cheesy grin

The fact that you believe you are not complete as a human unless you are attached in marriage or relationships instead speaks volumes of your mental state. You are packing lots of delusions and those fears and anxieties are what drive your existence rather than reality. undecided
Romance › Re: I Don’t Want To Die Unmarried – Single Woman Cries Out by DMerciful(m): 6:01pm On Dec 31, 2022
Humans are not designed to remain single! If you're single, its because your weird character is preventing you from having a relationship
Kobojunkie:
But he is right. The reason the majority of you folks believe marriage to be do or die stems from the fact that you were fed that nonsense idea from your childhood and so you are no longer able to reason past that delusion at this point. If you sat down and did the math for your self -- retrained your brain even ---- you would see marriage for what it truly is, a choice , like buying of a car or new shoes or even a house. It is nothing but a choice.. undecided

Life doesn't end because you aren't able to afford a particular brand or style car, it doesn't end because you can't drive a particular car so why should it end because you no marry? undecided

Politics › Re: I Foresee 30th May 2025 As The Date Igbos Legally Gain Independence From Nigeria by DMerciful(m): 4:40pm On Dec 31, 2022
If a country is to be divided and you decide to stay behind, over time you'll be dealt with. Politically, you'd be a super minority and would be oppressed, they will even taunt you why you didn't go with your kits and kin. The Iraqi kurds in Turkey are a clear example
SilverOrLead:
And I can tell you that majority of delta igbos will rather remain in Delta or be given their own sperate state .

Bendel Igbo

Delta Igbo

Anioma Igbo

They will always prefer a distinctive qualifier than be lumped as Igbo .

You are either a brainwashed minority among the Delta Igbo or a fraud from Ekwensu land claiming Delta Igbo.

I will go for the latter.
Politics › Re: I Foresee 30th May 2025 As The Date Igbos Legally Gain Independence From Nigeria by DMerciful(m): 4:36pm On Dec 31, 2022
But if the country was to be divided and we stay with SS, we would be a super minority and suffer politically just like Igbanke is suffering in Edo State and the Igbos in Benue today.
wirinet:
Igbo in Delta had never, and I repeat NEVER been part of the larger Igbo nationality politically.

In 1939 when the British divided the southern protectorate into Western and Eastern provinces, Asaba was put into the Western province. Also when the provinces were converted to regions in 1954 in preparation for independence, Asaba remained with western Nigeria. After the referendum of 1963, Asaba choose to go with Mid-Western Nigera instead of joining the Igbos in Eastern Nigeria. Separating the Aniomaa from their Western Nigeria/Mid-Western Nigeria/ Delta political brothers will be complicated.
