Jewessgratitude: So it is paying your bills that does the trick for you? Pity!
Let me tell you what she did before you simply get carried away for nothing. She simply entertained you cos she invited you or asked to see you which is normal, so don count on it. Mind you shes in a relationship so she did not do that as a duty to you or to impress you, but as a kind gesture. Cos while you guys were trying to strike off something, she never offered to pay your bills. So that someone entertained you doesn't mean shes an angel or other girls are the devil.
Anyways, even if she had agreed to roll with you, you would have still found another fault in her judging from your edgy attitude and your inability to tolerate the opposite sex when they start their "shakara" and youll call it off with 24hrs.
I'm sure the girl must have put 2 and 2 together based on your attitude and decided not to even hit it off with you.

Why should I be carried away by a plate of something I could afford over 20 at that time? She was the first and the last to have done that to me. So yeah, I appreciate it and it's not my business if you read another meaning to it. I have been spending and still spending. However, the cancer ravaging nairaland also affects other online platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. But I think Nairaland is more pronounced because it is a faceless forum.
There is also hate speech on Facebook but people are a lil not cautious on those platform that can reveal their identities. With IP ban, it will minimise it drastically. There is an international forum where I belong.. If you create a different account using same IP, they will close it and warn you with your first account. |

LegendHero: Brother, I understand you perfectly and you’re right with your assertions. However none of most guys on Nairaland started like this, if we are not setting some record straight then our history will be re-written by other people.
Most times on here, I’m always drafted to situations where I think some people are misinforming people about some pertinent issues. An example is the Muslim-Christian Yoruba separation induced by some Igbo folks on Nairaland. If we continue to keep shut, they will somehow polarize the mind of the Christian Yorubas against the Muslims coz propaganda is a dangerous weapon that can set brothers against one another. People like us are here to at least set some narratives right and try to be a voice of reason.
I won’t say I don’t come up as tribalistic in some of my posts coz sometimes you can only engage people by talking like them. Well by nature all Nigerians are tribalist. Just that the Yorubas and Igbos never took the tribalism to mortal aggressions, we only create problems online while in physical world we all co-exist peacefully.
I’ve seen the thread you directed me to. You would agree with me that the thread was borne out of the fact that some Igbo guys were trying to condemn Yorubas as poor and unsuccessful. If not for the creation of that thread that outlined Yorubas achievement, some independent observers would have believed the initial statements. That shows you the importance of setting records straight, which is what I do sometimes.
Most times I always try to restrain myself from commenting but I haven’t yet gotten that personal restraint to remain calm in the face of outright provocation. You might have gotten that but I’m still working on mine. With time things will change.
@the last question, NO. There hasn’t been cases of that and I appreciate them for that. Your first paragraph is a pointer to the fact that this thing started and spread everywhere. Thankfully, a Yoruba man owns this forum. I have created a thread several times to call Seun so he can put a stop to this nuisance but he wouldn't do anything about it. It's either he has an evil agenda which he wishes to accomplish or he is being paid for it...he wants to see the country burn. Though I am not surprised because he is someone that is very rigid to the core. We need to put pressure on Seun to put an end t this for good. That is the way I see it. By the time people get 10 years ban for constituting tribal nuisance and their IP banned, they will adjust. But Seun does not want it. If he is not benefiting from it, he would have done something about it long ago. |

LegendHero: @the first bolded, living in the USA does not grant one absolute knowledge over their peers in Nigeria.
@second bolded, I don’t hate the Igbos, I swear by God’s honor, I have one Igbo guy (a FUTA graduate) employed in my non-banking MFI in Akure back in Nigeria. What I hate is when some of you guys attack the Yorubas online un-provoked. I always make sure I put those people in their place if I have the time. That’s not hate!
@the third bolded, you are right, the moniker of that bro is Fergie. He’s is my accountability partner on here coz he always caution me a lot. However read this thread from the front page and you’ll see I was just responding to the Igbo guys on here bent on rubbishing the new Amotekun’s image.
@the last bolded, I don’t know which of your monikers you used to create that thread, but I think I already apologized for what I did on that thread. Someone provoked me on there which was why I went off point to derail the essence of that said thread.
If you can’t caution your kinsmen on here to stop attacking Yoruba ideology on here, you don’t have the moral authority to condemn my reply to the folks.
It is only hate, if I go on Igbo thread and start attacking them unjustly, but it’s not hate it I’m on a Yoruba thread and they suddenly start abusing us for no just reason. Even I as an Igbo person always call those guys out who do what you mentioned. Igbos generally are hard working people but they are very arrogant and boastful... but trust me, igbos hardly hate anyone. All the noise and talks ends here and other online fora but they will still go out and do business with a yoruba person. There was a thread about the wealth and prosperity of the Yoruba race, which I must admit was birthed due to the boastful arrogance of igbos on here and that thread did a justice in putting the record straight. I also commented on the thread to call the igbos out. I believe some of your brothers should know that thread. Few weeks ago when an igbo person was boasting on twitter about the riches of the Igbos, I told her the Yorubas are richer but but do not make noise about it and that there is prove to back this up. she requested for it, to which i sent the nairaland link. Till now, she has not replied me. Here it is https://www.nairaland.com/3918290/yorubas-most-industriousrichest-educated-tribe and you will find my comment on that thread in page 3 and above with over 70 likes or so So next time they boast to you about being to rich or being the richest, just refer them to the link above and watch them never reply you again. Igbos are rich and wealthy in their numbers but that boasting is due to the kind of society they grew up in the East, which dates back to precolonial eras. You will understand this if you read more igbo history. There some revelation of it in Things Fall Apart novel, written by late Prof, Achebe. You should understand that this country is already divided more than ever before. You live in a peaceful country but often engage in this tribal wars that makes it even hard for one to believe you live in the US. So when war breaks out, you will be at the beach in California while we here will be fighting to keep our live. I have no problem if you identify the very person who started the tribal rubbish but when you lumb an entire race, you would definitely get a response from me. A yoruba guy I met on twitter gave me a task to handle for him as his eyes and ears while he is the US. The guy does not even share the same ideologies as most you and I am sure he has been in the US longer than yourself. He understand that igbos are not the problem of the South. The task I am handling for him is close to a Billion Naira and I pray we are able to complete everything in 2020 as we are about to finish the first one. I have a Yoruba lady I met on Nairaland here and we have been friends ever since... when she needed help, I gave without even meeting her. When I needed medical attention, she used her husband to help me get care at Ife Teaching Hospital in less than 5 days, I was done with all the stuff ( something that would have taken months). She told her husband how I was so good to her before she met him. A few weeks back, due to her complaints, I came up with a business model and I pushed it to her to explore (even in all the entire state) as much as she can because she is hard working and very determined. if done well, she will get nothing less than 500k per successful execution as her commission. And you say Igbos hate yorubas? In the thread I referred you to where you ruined, I didn't fail to mention to you that my igbo friend is in a mess because he gave a yoruba man 2M loan.... the man has been wickedly refusing to pay the money and till this minute he is still owing 350k, after 2 years plus. When you engage in some talks, always remember life goes beyond nairaland... Despite all the notion that Igbos hate yoruba, have you ever seen or heard they went out in their hundreds, fighting and killing yorubas? I need answers to this very question. |

LegendHero: Well your guys claimed they developed Ogun State right on this Nairaland and also claimed they dominate commercial activities in the whole SW on this present thread. Chestbeating gone too far.
However I responded on this thread to the rubbish one of you said on here so how am I a tribalist?
Why can’t you tell the first responder that made this thread turned to a tribal bashing thread to shut up, why must it be me?
I should have reported you for calling me an Idiot, but I’ll just let it slide. You can report me for all i care, you will be surprise I will attack you more with anothern handle from over 20 I own. You once claim to be in US but that has not rob off you because you still act like a willing tool for dividing the country even more because you can hardly hide your urge to engage tribal dissonance. or how else can one dismiss your misguided hasty generalization that all igbos told you they own South West... Open admit it that you hate igbos and let us take it from there instead of lumping everyone into your nuisance. I was reading one of the thread when a fellow Igbo cautioned you and even shocked that you are product of UI because according to him, they are less likely to engage in tribal tones... Even though the news is all over that Ritual Killings is so high in South West, It will be wrong of me to say all yorubas are ritual killers... Your Sojourn to the US has not shown in virtually all the threads where igbos comment or has their names mentioned. you still act like crass unexposed tribal bigot. It is your DNA and it is that same excitement you used to ruin my thread even when I called for the unification of the South... because it is over your dead body to see such happen. |

If anyone of you do anyhow, they will deal with you to make your legs more hairy and use their onde (charm) to flatten some heads.
Instead of you to be clamoring for replication of Amotekun in the SE you’re here disturbing sane minds online.
Now I’ve replied your mention. Will you leave me alone now? Why do you like lying? where have igbos claimed to own South West aside from Lagos that a few called No Mans Land, and how as that constitute to owing SW.
