Bring your king and let me slap him... rubbish coming from people who say igbos kick their elders with left leg. In Benin, the king is respected... if you do not respect your king or traditional rulers, benin do not do so. |

AMZYMAYO: People asking for my sales letter. I use the same sales letter that Iyke gave. Of course with a little edit, which I believe everyone should be able to handle.
I currently have 250 (com) and 40 (co) names.
My outbound is in 3 sequence for now (planning to add a forth and fifth to it.
I send the first one with my asking price.
2 weeks later (that's to give them enough room to deliberate), I send the followup, asking them to submit their offer if they are not comfortable with my asking price
2 months later, I send the third one, giving them a ridiculously low price
My project is to:
Make my 3rd mail serve as a reminder for them to buy
4th mail to be sent after 6 months
And 5th and final mail to be sent a month before domain expiration (offering low price)
I hope you grab? love this... |

tysonnn: Work on your sales letter... Scrutinize it. And make sure your mails aren't landing in spam. The more mails you send for a domain, the more your chances of getting a response. The more response you get, the more your chances of getting an interested prospect. The more interested prospects you get, the more you're likely to sell the domain.
Get to work... Some people have claimed to say just one line in their outbound: "XYZ.com is for sale. Will you be interested to acquire it?" and still get some domains sold. Sales letter is just 5% of the job... the rest is highly dependent on the domain name. |

Raysleek: Pipeline vandalism is a steady source of income criminals in that area, even the police and soldiers are involved. Technology needs to be incorporated in pipeline monitoring. We can invent things like conductor strips that will run along the pipe na, any tampering will easily be noticeable and the exact location will be known also. Nigerian Government are allergic to technology. In a technology focused and driven country, a lot of them will be rendered powerless and they know it. |

@IdeasPro or IdeaPro, happy Sunday fam. Have you ever sold a freshly built website without traffic to an end user?
I have this domain name that I registered recently. Looking at my niche properly, I am wondering whether building a website on it without traffic would make better choice.
Here is another thing, the niche is HOT for the selected keyword that DEFINES them. My google search, by the time I was done counting on page 13 of the google result, I had 69 real and solid end users offering the service with majority of them. This is the highest number I have ever seen for a GEO domain name.
So, what brought me here is, I am wondering whether to sell it as a website within a few days or I should sell it as domain name. I have it priced at $2500 already on afternic. Though not a guarantee it would sell for that price but looking at the end users and number of them offering this service the chances are high.
If a website would suffice, then we may be looking $5000. It is all theory as nobody can say for sure.
What is your thought? |

I think we should applaud the federal government on this because a Nigerian can not be racially abused in his or her own country.

2buffagain: Paraguay and that judge should go and sit down. They want to use them to flex. Nobody gives a phuck about paraguay, and no one still will.
It is highly possible that these guys did not know anything about what is going on. These WAS multi-millionaires. These things are handled for them by agencies and staff. It is very possible that they were not parties to the issue. The agencies or "handlers" of these things should be questioned.
There is no need to put undue strain on these guys especially if they have offered to give to charity and be self-arrested. They have NOT been proven guilty as it is still undergoing investigation so they should be put on bail till investigation subsides, not paraded around and humiliated. By all indications...The judge is just a poverty-stricken hater using the small small power he managed to have in a shit country, to feel big. FIXED... DINO is BROKE... There is every possibility that you are richer than him as we speak. |

sexylassie: I don't blame her, I blame the company and other companies drained by her.
Most of the companies complaining aren't professional, you don't do business without contract, also you must also put in the contract, the penalty for breaking the contract.
They should stop complaining and start acting responsible.. People will take advantage of you when you don't have contract.
This is a lesson to the party involved
Act professionally Always have contract in place for any stuff you are doing with another business. Please do you have any soft copy for contract that I could use? I am due for meeting in a few weeks and I wouldn't want to be stupid. |
