BusinessRe: "We Are Not Saboteurs" - ASSBIFI Seeks Safety Of Banks’ Staff, Property by dochenaj: 10:48pm On Feb 08, 2023
The banks sabotaged CBN's masterplan. But CBN was foolish to have failed to install systems in place early on to forestall the sabotage.

Another indication of Emefiele's cluelessness.

Again, the staff are Nigerians and I don't expect any differently from them.

Because the average Nigerian is an opportunist and innately corrupt.
PoliticsRe: INEC Twitter Handler Caught Liking News Post Against Peter Obi. Sparks Reactions by dochenaj: 10:33pm On Feb 08, 2023
INEC has always been compromised from the INEC chairman down to the polling unit officers.

INEC are Nigerians and the average Nigerian is an opportunist and innately corrupt.

So, what did you expect?

A girl who posts such pictures in her status update is still advertising. She is still in the market.

It is one thing to wear such in public, and it is yet another thing to take a picture of it to upload on your whatsapp status.

If you understand the difference then you know the answer.
Car TalkRe: I Went To Driving School Today And I'm Really Giving Up. by dochenaj: 10:01pm On Feb 08, 2023
How will you accept to pay for damages incurred while you are learning to drive?

Any serious driving school should have insurance that covers for damages.

You cannot learn to drive without having an accident; either you bash or you be bashed is the right of passage.

If not for the corruption in the banking industry this cash scarcity would not have been this bad.

Money is supposed to be used and in circulation not stashed in bags in some people's houses.

I can guarantee you there are people that earlier on received the new notes and stashed it somewhere. Billions of the notes CBN released are stashed away.

Like the governor El-Rufai claims has 500 million of the new notes. There will be more of such people.

Guys I just received a revelation right now that the next president of Federal Republic of Nigeria is ALHAJI ATIKU ABUBAKAR.

This is not politically motivated in any way, I know I have this gift. Let's all prepare and welcome him post Feb 29th.

Long live the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

You can chronicle this post for future reference!
If you were going to vote Tinubu and had this revelation, the I will say it is close to being authentic.

But let me ask, did he win in first ballot or was there a rerun?

Makes sense, the woman sitting behind a man, that means she is older, they are related and she is protecting him.

So either she is an elder sister or a mother.

If there is a groom among them, it sure is the one in white. And the biker is either his father or brother-in-law.

Give us the methodology for your polls. Not just print numbers that make no sense.

When I knew they were full of crap was when I saw the poor representation of the bar chart, very laughable.

But Atiku is favourite to win this election, that they got right but not with that margin though.

PoliticsRe: Who Told El-rufai North Behind Tinubu, Bafarawa Asks by dochenaj: 10:35pm On Feb 04, 2023
MikeofAfrica:
Buhari and the north has already reciprocate the support that he got from SW.

The Vice president is from SW. The Speaker is from SW. The Chief Justice of the Federation is from SW.

The SW got lucrative ministerial portfolios like Work and Housing, Power, Finance, Solid Minerals and Interior.

Buhari would have fully supported Osinbajo had Tinubu allowed him get the APC ticket. A man with good conscience will never support a demented sick drug baron that has been looting Lagos for over 20 years to succeed him in office.
This is a similar response they give when you ask them why Amaechi should not have been rewarded with the ticket for going against Jonathan and supporting Buhari.

Many people don't understand that Amaechi was a better nail in the coffin of Jonathan.

Tinubu played a great role by agreeing to the merger but there were people who were more instrumental in ensuring Buhari won an incumbent president.

youngpresidooo:
let tinubu enter villa before making mouth. Tinubu is only sure of SW supporting him now
Unfortunately, the polls show the SW is a swing zone.

He needs to do better, if he wants to win at least 70% votes in the SW.

And without that, his chances are growing slimmer by the day.

I pity anyone that truthfully believes the man can win because the election will shock them.

But if they are only doing wishful thinking, then the shock will be ameliorated.
PoliticsRe: How Wike Deceived G5 Into Believing He Was Supporting Obi – Bwala by dochenaj: 10:21pm On Feb 04, 2023
Wike would have successfully dug 6ft for himself, when Atiku wins the elections and APC wins Rivers Guber elections.

It will be the quickest path to political oblivion

Wike should have been smart, and aired his grievances towards Atiku but stopped all these berating of Atiku and anti party politics he is playing.

The Guber elections come 2 weeks after the Presidential elections. And anything that happens on 25th will influence the 11th.

EducationRe: “i’m Slipping Into Depression” Student In ‘séx-for-grade’ Video Finally Reacted by dochenaj: 12:58pm On Feb 04, 2023
She is bereft of moral virtue and shamefacedness to publicly say what she said, even if it were the case that her p*ssy helped her graduate.

And it is even a bigger insult to share your appreciation for your success between God and your life of sin. It is akin to mocking God in His very face.

But outside of the aforementioned I personally don't understand why the school is making a mountain out of a molehill.

That her p*ssy helped her graduate could be an indication that she slept with men for money which she used in paying her fees, and other expenses she had to make as a student.

However, sex for grades is not new to Nigerian institutions. And in most cases the schools involved are even so quick to sweep it under the carpet and pretend it didn't happen, especially when female students come out to make such claims of assault and constantly being failed by male lecturers for refusal to cave in to their perverted proposals.

So I find all these "holier than thou" disposition by the school in question very dumb and stupid.
PoliticsRe: Terrorism Charges Against Emefiele By DSS (Full Details) by dochenaj: 12:42pm On Feb 04, 2023
Corrinthians:
When the policy was first announced, the same people supporting him today cried that it was a plot to starve the opposition of funds for the election and favour the ruling party. Once Tinubu began voicing against it, they turned around that the policy was fashioned against Tinubu that's why he's crying. Now that they see even they themselves are feeling the pinch, they're looking for the next person to pour their frustration on.

Igbos are very weird people.🥺
Can you reference one person with evidence that said the naira design and cash limits was meant to starve opposition parties?

Most of Obi's supporters have been on the mantra "we no dey give shishi". So how will the same person who makes that claim bewail cash limits as a tact to affect them?

But of course, you'll twist the narrative as many times as you like to support your confusion.
PoliticsRe: Terrorism Charges Against Emefiele By DSS (Full Details) by dochenaj: 12:36pm On Feb 04, 2023
Emefiele is clueless and a terrible CBN governor, there is no doubt of that.

But a terrorist financier, that's very laughable.

If you believe that, then you can believe I've travelled to Mars.

If Tinubu isn’t winning it, then it’s Atiku. Obi is just a middle man. Is it the North that want to leave there’s and vote Obi or the south west? Or didn’t you hear that Borno alone is 4 times bigger than the entire South east and one local government in north is bigger than Anambra. Where is Obi’s block vote gonna come? Pls let’s be realistic, just like Soludo said, Obi has no chance of becoming of winning the election.
It is bloc votes not block votes.

The fact that you didn't know that, shows me you don't understand what it means either, hence what you said in the bolded section.

lansile:
They are just making it easier for Oyetola's lawyers to finish off Adeleke, this statement by REC alone has stopped any music Adeleke might be willing to dance to.
It doesn't matter.

If there was over voting. The law mandates that such votes not only be cancelled but that elections should be conducted fresh in those areas especially if the polling units involved can sway the election results.

So the Tribunal failed by not directing that rerun be done in those polling units canceled.

It is either the judges are clueless and don't know what the Electoral Act 2022 says or they are corrupt. I'm leaning towards the latter though.
PoliticsRe: The INEC’s “BVAS-Report” Versus The “Synchronised BVAS-Report” by dochenaj:
Afamed:
Those who say, there should be rerun are just clever by half,

May be they have not updated themselves with new electoral law.

The new electoral law is clear enough in English language

Electoral Act, 2022 Section 51 (2)

under the Electoral Act, 2022 Section 51 (2) says over-voting occurs “where the number of votes cast at an election in any polling unit exceeds the number of accredited voters in that polling unit, the presiding officer shall cancel the result of the election in that polling unit.”
You're actually the one who is being clever by half.

Below is an excerpt of the Regulations and Guidelines for the conduct of elections 2022, as published by INEC talking about over voting and what should happen to such polling units.

Over Voting
Where the total number of votes cast at a Polling Unit exceeds the number of accredited voters at the Polling Unit, the result of the election for that Polling Unit shall be declared null and void, and a report in that regard shall be made to the Collation Officer.
Supplementary Election Due to Over Voting
Where an election is declared null and void in one or more Polling Units for over voting in line with Clause 39 of these Regulations and Guidelines, another date shall be fixed for supplementary election in the affected Polling Units and returns for the affected constituencies shall not be made until polls are conducted in the affected Polling Units.
However here is how it us presented in Part IV Section 51 of the Electoral Act.

51.—(1) No voter shall vote for more than one candidate or record
more than one vote in favour of any candidate at any one election.

(2) Where the number of votes cast at an election in any polling unit
exceeds the number of accredited voters in that polling unit, the Presiding
officer shall cancel the result of the election in that polling unit.

(3) Where the result of an election is cancelled in accordance with
subsection (2), there shall be no return for the election until another poll has taken place in the affected polling unit.

(4) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsections (2) and (3) the
Commission may, if satisfied that the result of the election will not substantially
be affected by voting in the area where the election is cancelled, direct that a
return of the election be made.
With the results from the affected polling units cancelled. The margin between Oyetola and Adeleke is much much less than the number of registered voters in those units, hence a rerun is mandated.

For instance, if Oyetola was leading with 100,000 votes and the affected polling units only have 99,999 registered voters. Even if we award all of them to Adeleke he will still not be able to win, hence invalidating a need for a rerun.

The tribunal judges were either clueless or corrupt, either way they have shown their true colours with this ruling.

There is no malfeasance in saying "Oh! We believe this is over voting and hence will cancel these polling units", but their failure to mandate a rerun in these units knowing fully well that the results can significantly impact on the final results reeks of mischief.
PoliticsRe: NNPC To INEC: We’ll Make Sure Petrol Is Available During Elections by dochenaj: 10:42pm On Feb 01, 2023
There is difference between scarcity and total absence of it.

So here NNPC is making a pledge to INEC that they will ensure that about 100,000 vehicles they will need for the electioneering logistics will get fuel.

It is all about priority.

But some will take it as an indication that the Cabal is fighting their candidate.

If to sey una get sense, na to first create database for the Nigeria citizens, if una ready to fight crime.

A country where anyone can commit crime and get away with it, that one na country?
No country has the kind of data on it's citizens that the Nigerian government agencies have.

Starting from NIS (Passport), NIMC, CBN (BVN), INEC (Voters Card).

9 out of 10 Nigerian adult have their fingerprints and headshots logged in some government database somewhere.

What the NPF should do is coordinate to have access to all these data.

The day they do, if you finish drinking bottle water and toss it out the window of a moving car, they can pick it up know exactly who did it.

Igboslayer:
In Nigeria Buhari’s economic smartness and Emeifele monetary wisdom, we have to do the following to survive.

1. Buy the money we spend. You must now buy Naira to be able to spend it. Is this not madness. Banks APPs and USSD for transactions is comatose when they rarely work.

2. Nigerians now buy fuel gruesomely at N350 per liter

3. Right now NEPA is totally useless, so no succor, people hardly have any fall back option. The suffering is becoming real.

4. High inflation rate with severe food shortage. Will be worsened by inability of farmers to access money to buy seeds, fertilizers and other essential farming implements.

Right now there is sudden high cost of living with difficulties of the average Nigerians to access their funds to solve many of these problems occasioned by this Naira re-coloration.

I smell serious civil disobedience and the anger will be against the banks. Very soon if Buhari continues and sustain this reckless art self destruct.
Stop painting a picture that the problem with Nigeria's economy and the swelling insecurity just started.

It has been there even 4 years back.

Why, suddenly are you noticing it?
