The banks sabotaged CBN's masterplan. But CBN was foolish to have failed to install systems in place early on to forestall the sabotage. Another indication of Emefiele's cluelessness. Again, the staff are Nigerians and I don't expect any differently from them. Because the average Nigerian is an opportunist and innately corrupt. |
INEC has always been compromised from the INEC chairman down to the polling unit officers. INEC are Nigerians and the average Nigerian is an opportunist and innately corrupt. So, what did you expect? |
A girl who posts such pictures in her status update is still advertising. She is still in the market. It is one thing to wear such in public, and it is yet another thing to take a picture of it to upload on your whatsapp status. If you understand the difference then you know the answer. |
How will you accept to pay for damages incurred while you are learning to drive? Any serious driving school should have insurance that covers for damages. You cannot learn to drive without having an accident; either you bash or you be bashed is the right of passage. |
If not for the corruption in the banking industry this cash scarcity would not have been this bad. Money is supposed to be used and in circulation not stashed in bags in some people's houses. I can guarantee you there are people that earlier on received the new notes and stashed it somewhere. Billions of the notes CBN released are stashed away. Like the governor El-Rufai claims has 500 million of the new notes. There will be more of such people. |
Tinubu step down for Obi. An example of future impossible tense |
charles009:If you were going to vote Tinubu and had this revelation, the I will say it is close to being authentic. But let me ask, did he win in first ballot or was there a rerun? |
PerfectMan24:Makes sense, the woman sitting behind a man, that means she is older, they are related and she is protecting him. So either she is an elder sister or a mother. If there is a groom among them, it sure is the one in white. And the biker is either his father or brother-in-law. |
Give us the methodology for your polls. Not just print numbers that make no sense. When I knew they were full of crap was when I saw the poor representation of the bar chart, very laughable. But Atiku is favourite to win this election, that they got right but not with that margin though. |
So a governor can just proscribe a Union just like that? |
The business na for him to Japa. You just helped him complete his flight ticket. Don't worry, he will pay you back in 3 months time with interest. About 1,000 CAD will take care of your loan. |
MikeofAfrica:This is a similar response they give when you ask them why Amaechi should not have been rewarded with the ticket for going against Jonathan and supporting Buhari. Many people don't understand that Amaechi was a better nail in the coffin of Jonathan. Tinubu played a great role by agreeing to the merger but there were people who were more instrumental in ensuring Buhari won an incumbent president. |
youngpresidooo:Unfortunately, the polls show the SW is a swing zone. He needs to do better, if he wants to win at least 70% votes in the SW. And without that, his chances are growing slimmer by the day. I pity anyone that truthfully believes the man can win because the election will shock them. But if they are only doing wishful thinking, then the shock will be ameliorated. |
Wike would have successfully dug 6ft for himself, when Atiku wins the elections and APC wins Rivers Guber elections. It will be the quickest path to political oblivion Wike should have been smart, and aired his grievances towards Atiku but stopped all these berating of Atiku and anti party politics he is playing. The Guber elections come 2 weeks after the Presidential elections. And anything that happens on 25th will influence the 11th. |
This just reminded me that I have old notes of dowry paid to me stashed in a box in the village. 😂😂😂 |
She is bereft of moral virtue and shamefacedness to publicly say what she said, even if it were the case that her p*ssy helped her graduate. And it is even a bigger insult to share your appreciation for your success between God and your life of sin. It is akin to mocking God in His very face. But outside of the aforementioned I personally don't understand why the school is making a mountain out of a molehill. That her p*ssy helped her graduate could be an indication that she slept with men for money which she used in paying her fees, and other expenses she had to make as a student. However, sex for grades is not new to Nigerian institutions. And in most cases the schools involved are even so quick to sweep it under the carpet and pretend it didn't happen, especially when female students come out to make such claims of assault and constantly being failed by male lecturers for refusal to cave in to their perverted proposals. So I find all these "holier than thou" disposition by the school in question very dumb and stupid. |
Corrinthians:Can you reference one person with evidence that said the naira design and cash limits was meant to starve opposition parties? Most of Obi's supporters have been on the mantra "we no dey give shishi". So how will the same person who makes that claim bewail cash limits as a tact to affect them? But of course, you'll twist the narrative as many times as you like to support your confusion. |
Emefiele is clueless and a terrible CBN governor, there is no doubt of that. But a terrorist financier, that's very laughable. If you believe that, then you can believe I've travelled to Mars. |
hopexter:It is bloc votes not block votes. The fact that you didn't know that, shows me you don't understand what it means either, hence what you said in the bolded section. Pick up a dictionary, check up the word and come back and ask that question again. |
This man basically said nothing. |
vastolord4:You mean Red? |
lansile:It doesn't matter. If there was over voting. The law mandates that such votes not only be cancelled but that elections should be conducted fresh in those areas especially if the polling units involved can sway the election results. So the Tribunal failed by not directing that rerun be done in those polling units canceled. It is either the judges are clueless and don't know what the Electoral Act 2022 says or they are corrupt. I'm leaning towards the latter though. |
Afamed:You're actually the one who is being clever by half. Below is an excerpt of the Regulations and Guidelines for the conduct of elections 2022, as published by INEC talking about over voting and what should happen to such polling units. Over Voting Supplementary Election Due to Over VotingHowever here is how it us presented in Part IV Section 51 of the Electoral Act. 51.—(1) No voter shall vote for more than one candidate or recordWith the results from the affected polling units cancelled. The margin between Oyetola and Adeleke is much much less than the number of registered voters in those units, hence a rerun is mandated. For instance, if Oyetola was leading with 100,000 votes and the affected polling units only have 99,999 registered voters. Even if we award all of them to Adeleke he will still not be able to win, hence invalidating a need for a rerun. The tribunal judges were either clueless or corrupt, either way they have shown their true colours with this ruling. There is no malfeasance in saying "Oh! We believe this is over voting and hence will cancel these polling units", but their failure to mandate a rerun in these units knowing fully well that the results can significantly impact on the final results reeks of mischief. |
There is difference between scarcity and total absence of it. So here NNPC is making a pledge to INEC that they will ensure that about 100,000 vehicles they will need for the electioneering logistics will get fuel. It is all about priority. But some will take it as an indication that the Cabal is fighting their candidate. |
Kizyte:No country has the kind of data on it's citizens that the Nigerian government agencies have. Starting from NIS (Passport), NIMC, CBN (BVN), INEC (Voters Card). 9 out of 10 Nigerian adult have their fingerprints and headshots logged in some government database somewhere. What the NPF should do is coordinate to have access to all these data. The day they do, if you finish drinking bottle water and toss it out the window of a moving car, they can pick it up know exactly who did it. |
Luxuryyy1:Unfortunately, these are not the real policemen. The real policemen are the ones you see on the road. The ones on patrol, in checkpoints, and in the police stations. |
It looks like this cash scarcity is driving price inflation down. To sustain it will be the major work now. |
Atiku the guy man. Atiku don collect all the money he needs for the election process. He must be chuckling while his PA read this brief to him, and thinking "as e dey pain them, e dey sweet us" |
Igboslayer:Stop painting a picture that the problem with Nigeria's economy and the swelling insecurity just started. It has been there even 4 years back. Why, suddenly are you noticing it? |
If you believe this story. Then you can believe I am Aliko Dangote. |
I will only be willing to vote for the president that will build us a high electrified barb wire fence all along the Northern border. |
