He needs to remain in the election and build his support base in this election and probably in the next.

Howbeit, it will be in his favour that a Southerner win this election hence making him very appropriate for next time.

But that is not going to change anything even if Atiku wins as he is poised to win, because that will further indicate the Northern supremacy and ensure the North remains in power as the South will never unite behind one candidate.

The Northern votes will be in the favour of Atiku, then followed by Kwankwaso or Tinubu with Obi coming 4th.

If Kwankwaso steps down it will mean more votes for Atiku and maybe Tinubu. And Atiku wins the 2023 general elections.

The NC will always be swing zones and sadly for Tinubu the SW too.

Atiku is still favorite to win in my opinion and more so if the election ends in a runoff.
