And till this moment I have been checking my mail box repeatedly but I have not gotten any pick up email from TLS. And it was last week Thursday I called UKVI last. What cud probably be the cause of the delay from TLS

I did my biometrics for a 6 month visitor visa on June 12 to visit my brother in the UK enroute to starting school in Canada. Thankfully, the visa was granted and I just picked up my stamped passport.

Oh,ok. He won't be charged for subsequent mails to them and he doesn't have to use the link again. Let him just reply their mails as they come.

it is the person's passport that has the issue i stated, he collected today. they have replied his mail but how can he do a follow up mail to them because following the link means he would be charged again.

Ukvi did wrong calculation on someone's salary and he was denied base on ukvi typo error. The person stated that he earns 24M a year which is £50,097.78 but ukvi wrongly quoted £5,009.78 a year even after stating the 24M in naira on his refusal paper. I never knew they could make such mistake. Has anyone witnessed such? The guy needs ukvi email urgently to mail them of the error or what do you think the person should do?

I expected people to abuse the hospital and doctors and I was not disappointed.
Still,I implore you to take a moment and think,look at the pictures above.
In one of the pictures, you can see a chest tube in place. In another,you can see a green cannula at the elbow with blood running into her vein.
Does this not show that she was being treated before she died? Even segalink has come out to say that a police report was not asked for before treatment commenced.

I know the next thing is that the doctors are not competent abi?

We both have similar case.. I did my biometrics on the 10th of May and I got an email for survey and till this moment I have not received any email for pick up.

I went to their office at Ikeja 2 weeks ago, I have called UKVI 3 times already and I went to TLS Ikeja today still my passport is not there. I called UKVI again to update them of my situation and they said they are going to expedite my case and get back to me but it's going to take approximately another 15 working days. I really don't know what is happening.. cos o was told dat the passports are sent to Sheffield and I was informed dat a decision has been made on my application since the beginning of this month being June... so we just relax, trust God dat everything is going to be fine and hope for the best.

I know someone who submitted the same day as yours that her application reads something like **Your application is now with UK Visas for a decision.** I think the counting starts from biometric date.

Mayweather is retired... still to answer your question, they fight in different weight categories. I can't remember Mayweathe category right now but looking at him,he's much smaller in size compared to AJ therefore, AJ fighting him won't be a fair fight because his(AJ) punch would carry a bigger "blow".

The email came from TLS. It was addressed as "dear applicant " and it had my GWF reference number.

I reapplied for a 6month visa and got the same email now. First time I applied, the email came addressed to me personally. Anyways, I just picked up the Visa now,so I don't think the way the email was addressed matters. Hope you get yours.

It had only my GWF number and not a different reference number and it was addressed as dear applicant not my full name. I can't tell if I've gotten the visa. Good day house, I mentioned earlier that I applied for a visiting visa and I got it in June.
My issue is this,I was supposed to travel to UK for 2 weeks in June during my leave and my documents from work supported that. However my visa came out 3 days after I was supposed to have traveled. So I deferred the trip to Sept.
Do I need to get a letter from work indicating this and that I'll be on leave in Sept instead? I'm a first time traveler,don't want to have issues with their immigration there. Thank you

Well,I submitted on May12th,decision was made June 1st but I got the mail to come pick the passport up yesterday. That's roughly 24 working days.

Hi...much thanks to all the gurus in the house. I've been following this thread silently for a while but used the tips therein..I just picked up my 6months visit visa after being rejected twice by UK and once by US.
Anyways,to add to the tax debate,I only used my payslips from work,don't have tax clearance certificate.

It's grace, u know.. Not that blood transfusion.

You call it Grace. I say it's common sense.

My main grouse with Jehovah's witnesses is this blood transfusion issue..I work with patients that have Chronic Kidney Disease and they usually require blood transfusion due to the nature of the disease.
When a new patient comes and I see the person is a JW,I know his/her time on this earth is not long again.I've seen at least 5 patients die due to refusal to take blood. Last one was one fine 23 yr lady. Both she and her husband adamantly refused blood. She died on the dialysis machine.
The only one that I know survived was because the husband loved her more than their religion. She was unconscious on the machine,we told him her only saving grace was blood. He thought long and hard and agreed. He however said we shouldn't put the blood transfusion sticker in her case note and throughout the process,no family member came to see her on the machine.
Till today,even the woman does not know she had blood..thinks her faith made her whole.

Best thing is to buy brand new tires...it's expensive but it's better..I bought infinity tires all 4 brand new in Sept 2015. No issues since then except for the occasional nail.
If you can afford it,buy brand new.
