I put one round in myself and yet,I'm still living.. Coward, Bastard...You can put 2 rounds in another person but hand pain you when e reach your turn. Na this kain soldier go see Boko Haram, off shirt..anuofia P.s,nobody should play the "mentally unstable" card here, abeg. He knew exactly what he was doing when he did it. |
Freeze has bad mouth sha |
I'm yet to see any guy show off the gifts he got from his girlfriend/wife. Are our ladies that stingy? |
enygmababe:thanks for the advice...the transfer is a scam, she is not going to Abuja..the problem is,she has no money, hasn't paid her share of the light and lawma bill this month. she just wants to use sense for me and stay in the house without paying. that is what I want to avoid. |
lastpage:. I have a similar case but I'm the landlord. My tenant moved in Jan 2015,paid for a year's rent. this year, she promised to pay me by January ending. Jan 31st, she then told me that she might be transferred to Abuja by 2nd week in February. I told her to still pay and if she gets transferred, I will refund her money. My agent then called her this Monday when she did not pay to ask about the money. she then told the agent that she does not have money and after all, she should be given 3 months quit notice by law. Now,I don't even want her in the house again, want her to leave by February ending whether she pays or not and I have told her. what are my options pls? Can I evict her by month end? remember,I didn't have any issue with her till she made that statement. sorry for the epistle and quoting you. thanks |
cramjones:oga, you have come with your madness this morning..A society is "primitive" filled with "inept" doctors and you expect it to work? You think that by throwing the few medical terms u know around, you will effect a change? luckily for you,you have found a woman to support your foolish argument here,as you always do. continue |
Boss13:I laughed so much at your comment..look at you foaming at the mouth..I would advise you to ask your doc coming to see you today to please check your blood pressure..Strokes are caused by HBP you know..let's avoid stories that touch. Are you not part of the problem we have? you have seen doctors do wrong yet have done nothing about it. Expose us na and stop talking about it. Anuofia |
Boss13:it is too early on a Sunday morning to be this stupid..are we even supposed to strike for our salaries? now according to you,we should strike for good healthcare system.as if the bad system does not affect us too. I had an S.R whose father was admitted in Lasuth for prostatic cancer. the doc paid for ALL bills incurred by his father. The hospital management refused to pay for even give him a discount.. yet.when Fashola's father was admitted in Lasuth, everything was free..or is it the case of OJB that got free dialysis in Lasuth because he is a celebrity? the change should come from doctors abi? and your politicians feeding fat in Abuja should do what? stay there and be ranting. |
safepassage2015:I'm tired of explaining to you people. I did not exonerate the op from blame..read my first post. However, health services is not free anywhere in the world and emergency health services is not an exception. Somebody has to pay for it,be it the patient or the Govt. that's the ugly truth. A good system is one in which the Govt pays for such services because it has the interest of it's citizens at heart. Problem with Nigerians is that we like free things and expect emergency treatment to be free because a life is at stake. Blood transfusions would have kept that lady and others like her alive pending definitive treatment but will the op put his own blood into her veins? or because he is earning 150k/month(money that people spend in one night at clubs) he is supposed to pay for the blood? stop being emotional about this issue and think rationally. You either continue ranting online or proffer solutions to the problem. I can assure you that these cases will continue to happen till we as a people demand a change from the policy makers. p.s don't quote me again pls |
Crocz:Go read my first post on this topic and stop being emotional. There is a problem in our Health sector and I have offered what I think is the solution. if you cry online from now till 2026,nothing will change and I will still sleep well at night. It's your type that will impregnate a lady, sit on his ass for 9 months without making provisions for the baby and start fighting when they tell him to pay for C/S.. please, don't quote me again. anuofia |
Crocz:Oga,go and sleep.. |
cramjones:I did not say the op is blameless. he is a green HO in what is probably his first posting. The bulk of the blame is on the Govt and the society at large that allows this kind of scenario to occur time and again. I have donated my own blood 3 times for patients, paid for patient's food and drugs..in a system that does not care.I'm sure my colleagues have their stories too. Before you paint us as heartless beings, tell us what you have done to help. lots of people castigating the op can't lift their finger to help.I have seen where sons refuse to donate blood for their fathers before. so,I beg u again, take your stupidity away from me. p.s,the op does not deserve jail time.a week's extension in A &E maybe. you, definitely deserve it. |
as expected, the idiot called Cramjones has pulled up a story in the UK to back up his points. like we all don't know the difference between Nigeria and UK is night and day. If you are who you say you are, then you should be grateful you are in a country that lets you roam the streets and not be in jail. Rabid dog. As if it's not you and your ilk that turned Nigeria to the pitiful state it is now. Anuofia |
[quote author=cramjones post=41373401]Shut up! Start the treatment first! You are asking for payment when patients are dying? Don't tell me you are this stupiid! -CramJones[/quote take your stupidity away from my post,I beg of you. |
Granted the op should have done better(set up a line, rush normal saline etc) but the blame ultimately lies on the Government.. The victims were brought in by policemen who dumped them there, meaning there was no family member to pay for treatment. The lady that died would have been kept alive with blood transfusions at least..But who will pay for the pints of blood? This is where our govt is at fault..Emergency kits should be provided in all govt hospitals which would be used in cases like this and should be replaced by the patient's relatives before discharge.Ditto for blood. However, with my experience, I can boldly say that 75% of Nigerians will not replace it. If the patient dies, then 100% won't. In summary, these occurrences will continue to happen until we all wake up and demand that the Govt does the proper thing instead of harassing the op on a faceless forum. |
The bottom line is that Nigerians are a stupid set of people..The problems we have in the health sector is basically due to government apathy and by government, I mean politicians..We read every day in the news about how they fly outside the country to treat themselves for common cold and has there been a protest once by the populace? no. Yet, let a patient in a emergency situation die due to lack of drugs or staff, the doctors and nurses get vilified. A working health system would have drugs, facilities, etc in place for emergencies.I can't count the number of times I have delivered babies with torch light, carried patients in my own car at 12 midnight to Lautech because we didn't have facilities in my own center..did I ask for thanks? no..did I even get the thank you? Things won't change till our policy makers start dying in our so called "death traps" or the people start asking for what is right, instead of collecting bags of rice during campaign. I just hope that by then, we would still have health workers in this country because the brain drain that's happening at the moment no be small.. By the way,I'm a doctor and I know some fools will start to wail at my comment.

teeowl:eating too much protein does not cause kidney problem in someone whose kidneys are fine...the excess protein will be excreted in the urine..however, in someone who already has renal impairment, eating protein can worsen the condition. this is because the end product of protein breakdown in the body is urea, which the kidney cannot excrete. so,people with renal(kidney) impairment are advised to markedly reduce the protein in their diet. hope I answered your question? |
someone said buruji should jump fence...lmao. can he even jump over a stool? Sebi he has been claiming for weeks that he is innocent of all charges,no wahala na..see free ticket and visa to go substantiate the claims. One down, many others to follow come May 29th,hopefully. |
TeHN:OK, thanks for your response.. |
greetings TeHN, I have a colleague who has a malignancy in his jaw and desperately need 13million naira or so..how do I contact the moderators to help push his case forward? thank you |
dovelike:I called them some days back,I was put on hold for 30minutes..yesterday,I called again, was told all agents were busy and I should call back..called 2 hours later, they had closed for the day...lol I have decided not to give myself Hbp over the matter..it will sort itself out. |
dovelike:WES is presently doing me strong thing...deadline is on the 15th,WES says my evaluation won't be ready till 23rd,this is despite me sending numerous mails to them..It's not their fault sha,na USPS wey no gree deliver transcript that had been posted since 3rd of February. |
Tinubu is corrupt, true..we have known this for years but Jonathan has taken corruption on a federal level to new heights... This is why personally I'm voting Agbaje for Lagos and Buhari for president... This is the choice I can sleep comfortably with. |
190....this list cant be complete without that moniker for old timers like me. |
Good to see you here NSG. I've been following your blog for some time now. The memes that you post in your stories makes them really funny. Isn't there a way you could put them here too? |
I'm interested. Here's my email doink12ng@yahoo.com . Thanks |
This is sad and equally stupid at the same time..This reflects badly on the entire Nigerian contingent..I just watched a clip of segun toriola's 41rally in table tennis in this games and I felt so proud, only to come here and see this.. There's no excuse for this..You don't as an athelete at this level, take or eat anything anyhow. The coaches know the list of banned foods or drugs even if the athlete claims not to know it.They will now say she used cough syrup or some rubbish like they don't know better. Sadly,I heard Maurice Green is part our coaching crew for tracks..Let's just keep for fingers crossed in tracks. Hope she learns her lesson. |
Comparing Eminem and Lil Wayne is like comparing a Rolls Royce with a Toyota. Lil Wayne doesn't even come close to DMX, who is my own favourite rapper of all time. |
Something similar happened to me this morning..I got to Ibadan around 7pm yesterday and decided to stay at hotel influential, close to premier hotel.. I was told that the room was 6500n,paid but wasn't given the receipt..On checking out this morning,I asked for my reciept but the receptionist who attended to me last night was not available. The manager then called him and he told the manager where he kept the reciept.. To my utmost surprise, the amount on it was 5000n.I told the manager and he showed me a copy of the hotel rates which indicated that truly, the room was 5k..The paper I was shown last night was laminated and when I mentioned this to the manager,he said that that was the old rate.He then tried calling th receptionist and another co-worker who was there when I checked in last night but their phones were switched off.. I waited for close to an hour but I made sure I got my money back.I do hope the guy is sacked because I'm pretty sure this is not the first time such would happen..Things like this hurt the business and eventually, the employees too.. @op,corruption is deep-rooted in the average Nigerian's DNA and reading comments of people like arcbabe makes one doubt that there's hope for this nation. |
I'm not surprised about this..there's one APC at alausa, ikeja on the street leading to shop rite which I initially thought was for shop rite but now, it seems it's been guarding tinubu's late mom ever since..so, abuse of power is everywhere. It's just that some politicians are more lavish with it than others. |

Have some compassion.
If she is transfered, she will need to settle down there too. How will she be discussing refund and looking for money to move at the same time? I am certain she replied that she is entitled to that notice because of your demand. It is better that both of you meet in the middle.
