There is actually a time-frame within which elections must be conducted. that is why they said dates had been set up to 20150 or something to that effect about the time the NASS wanted to amend the Electoral Act and change the order of elections. I'll search the Act and post it here. It doesn't validate the bunch of excuses this APC apologist is rendering here in the name of INEC Insider.

If the elections were to be held 2 weeks after, it would have still been within the timeframe.

It's annoying when these APC guys churn out this type of things. I really don't blame them though because their supporters have suspended the use of their thinking faculties.

I know a lot of Yoruba's are not tribalistic and as such will chose objectivity over tribalism. As a result, AA will get substantial votes in SW. AA is a northerner and to be honest, if he doesn't get between 30-40% of northern votes, he doesn't deserve to be president (if a reasonable number of your people don't like you then you must be a terrible person). But I know he will get reasonable votes.

Though I think it's a bit exergerated, but Buhari is definitely getting more votes than Atiku amongst the Yoruba's.

It shouldn't be much of a bother for team AA because all imbalances from the SouthWest will be adequately compensated for (with plenty jara) by SE votes.

Without any form of exergeration, of 200 igbos maybe one will be willing to vote for Buhari. I am fully igbo and I relate with my people a lot. I have only met 2 people willing to vote Buhari. Even APC candidates in the east are not willing to associate with Buhari.

It's worthy to note however that it has nothing to do with Peter Obi as against Osibanjo, or 2023 presidency. A lot of Igbos voted Abiola in 1993 (so many), voted Obasanjo in 1999 and 2003 against Ojukwu and Okadigbo (and please let no one say Obasanjo was not the Yoruba's choice because in 2003 he won SW landslide).

In a nutshell, our support for AA has nothing to do with hatred for Yoruba's or our desire to become president in 2023 (for that purpose, I particularly don't give a damn because no tribe in Nigeria has gained Jack from their tribesman being president) but everything to do with the person of Buhari.

Igbos detest Buhari to extents unknown. He has done sufficient though to show his hatred for igbos as well.

So among Igbos, it's like 200:1 it could be more.
