@poster, i know exactly where you were posted to, i was posted to the same place some years Federal college of fishery and research in Baga under mongonu. O boy that place na hell, I learnt that the place was establish by Buhari govt to prevent Chad fron taken over those part of Nigeria. I spent two weeks there before i run come Lagos. Night robbing and incidents like this has been in our society even while the police blocks or better called extortion gates are still functioning.
I understand how you feel but returning thode police back is not the solution. We need committed and devoted police officers with kin intertest in crime investigation and detection.

Make up the story, that is not possible. Friends and family member travel to cross river when they received a call from the hospital they were taking too.I was personally waiting for him in Lagos on the day of the incident, he supposed to stay over at my place in Lagos when he arrive. unfortunately evening psssed and i didn't here from him,all the phones where switch off and all effort to reach him prove abortive.

Disclosing Ekene Dili Chukwu name is wrong or not is what i can't say but how do you validate the story if necessary information are not given.

Going through all the replies so far i could see that some people don't believe what i have posted, i agreed there was an initial error of calabar to lagos instead of Abuja to Lagos but sincerly this is not a forged story, this trully happen.
I don't used to believe any story myself because nowadays nairaland is full of fake stories that people imagine, i must agree and assuming someone else has put off this incident for public view i might not have believe it myself but this really happen to someone i reall really know.

The bus was travelling from Abuja to Lagos not Calabar to lagos, it was a mixed up error
