Pending status mean your referred client has not yet paid after sign up. And similarly active means your referred user has paid for their service.

The "Commissions Pending Maturation" show pending payouts. After 45 days from the date of signup this will show as active. It is also described in our terms of affiliates programs.

Once your balance reaches N1000, you will be paid in 45 days to your bank account in Nigeria or Voguepay account whatever is your preference.

You can use your balance to buy or renew any of your product or service from us. You can also get your commission balance once you reached at N1000 through the bank transfer on your account. For that you need to send us your bank account details.

3) Click on email forwarding option which is there under management tools.
4) In the left field, enter the email name (for example, support,help or any name that you have created related to your domain)
5) In the right field, enter the recipient email address (for example, xyz@gmail.com).
6) Click on save changes.

After applying these changes all mail sent to the alias email address( for example, support,help or any name that you have created related to your domain ) will be forwarded to the actual email address.
