Also, I can see that you have made payment via Bank deposit & our billing team has already forwarded your payment details to our payment partner for checking. Please note that we use Voguepay as our partner for accepting bank payments in Nigeria. After you send us your payment details we forward these details to our payment partner for tracking. But this tracking process can take few hours or upto 24 hours max. at the Voguepay and their Bank's end. And we add the payment almost as soon as the payment is approved by our payment partner. OTP code is set on your card by your bank as a security check, so that no one can use your card without your permission.
