zealmatblog:Hi, I can see your payment is still shown as pending in our Voguepay account. This process can take upto 24 hours at the Voguepay and their Bank's end. Please note that we have also mentioned about this on our payment page where you found our bank account details. Here is the line from our bank payment instructions: "Note: It can take upto 20-24 hours for us to credit the payments made using this method." Normally the payment is approved in a few hours, but sometimes the payments are approved slower by our payment partner. So this can cause the delay. So we request your patience during that time. Please note that we set our domain prices according to the prices that we get from the Domain Registries and by also keeping in mind the forex market fluctuations in case of gtld domains like .com., .net, .org etc. for which the prices are paid in USD. And many times we offer discounts from our own end by cutting most of our profits & even taking a loss at our end when we feel that we should give an offer to our customers. But sometimes its not feasible for us to offer some discounts. In case of .com domain the registry Verisign rarely gives any discounts on the prices of .com domains set by them. And when we offered the .com domain for very low costs last year and in 2014, it was by taking a loss at our end. We have always tried to keep our domain prices very competitive, keeping our margin to the minimum. I hope you understand this. If the problem will still not resolve then from your description it is very likely that your issue could be due to your internet connectivity issues. It seems that your IP keeps changing while logging to cPanel. Please note for security reasons cPanel don't allow users to use dynamic IP within a session. During a login session, your internet connection has to maintain a same IP to validate a session. It could be due to poor internet connectivity which must be reported to the ISP. You can confirm this by going to: http://mxtoolbox.com/WhatIsMyIP/ Please check your IP when you are successfully logged into Control Panel and again when you are logged out of the Panel due to IP change error. If you notice that your IP has changed, please report it to your ISP. Please also try it by using different internet connection.
