Whose fault is it that he didn't invest in a property when he was making a lot of money? If the state government gives him a house, they should give other veteran artists houses as well.

Was it not one of you that posted here that she wants to join Nollywood? Whether or not you admit it, it pains you people just as much as it pains her that a few celebs relate with her. She has already seen herself as a celebrity while in the house, the way she pushes herself at the celebrity visitors while in the house one can see she wants to be in their league. You people thought celebs and big brands will be rushing her after the show was over. Sadly most of them didn't send her to the point of some of her fans begging for endorsements. The way you celebrate and dance for joy the few times celebs relate with her shows how much you crave that recognition. She is coming to learn that the relevance in the industry she so desperately wants to be a part of is determined by a bunch of noisemaker fanbase, that's why she's trying to appear humble. Too bad her fans are yet to get the memo

Are unverified people not human beings? It's this arrogance and superiority complex displayed by Tacha and her fans that turns people off her. Very few A-list celebs relates with her. The few that do, you people make it look like such a big achievement as if she has won Oscar, Grammy and Nobel awards combined. How many high profile events does she get invited to? For someone that wants to join Nollywood, how many A list movie premieres has she been invited to? Even Ike whose acting was woeful while in the house is on the radar of the likes of AY Making and Funke Akindele. She is starting to realize that that one's fansbase can't take one very far in the industry but it seems you fans are yet to get the memo.

It happens like that everywhere. If you check Unilag's convocation list, you'd see best graduating students of some departments having medical student's matric numbers. Medicine is a lot of parents wish for their children but not all these kids are interested in studying it. They should allow their kids study courses they're comfortable with

Khafi, Anto and (I think) Tobi will also feature on the movie but it's only Mercy the blogs are talking about.

Had same issue with my cousin sister, I borrowed her hubby 3m, since 2018 they're yet to pay me, I have involved families and I was told to give them time, till today I am yet to see 1kobo, rather my so called cousin sister stopped talking to me, she even blocked me on social media. Rumour has it that she and her hubby used it to take chieftaincy title. I have been calling her husband to pay me my money and he doesn't pick my call. The 3million was my life savings then, since then I have been struggling in my business. I learned my lesson in a hard way.

I know of someone who stood as guarantor for a neighbour to take a microfinance loan. The neighbour bought two Nigerian used cars for cab business and started paying the loan. After about the second installment, the neighbour abruptly moved out of the area with his family to an unknown location and became unreachable. The bank came for the man and he had to pay the remaining instalments, he and his wife's businesses crumbled as a result. Now they literally live from hand to mouth, the wife's shop that was very a attractive one-stop provision store is now a shadow of itself. Saddest thing is we that didn't know the story had already judged the couple as wasteful and unable to manage their businesses till we heard the full story.

Our people are getting more and more heartless when it comes to borrowing. I've also had my own experience but it's with small sums of cash I could afford to let go. Nigerians should better wise up, don't lend out what you can't afford to lose. Don't ever stand as guarantor or use your property for anybody's collateral. The only person you can trust these days is you, don't trust anybody not even your shadow.

He can explain to the buyer, the buyer gives him upfront with signed agreement, he pays the bank, gets the documents back, give the buyer and collect the balance, I don't think it's illegal, all the bank cares about is getting their money back.

The bank gets to sell the house without involving him if the loan conditions are is not met. He'll have to vacate the property without ever knowing who the buyer is

That's illegal, besides which documents will he use to sell it? The house documents are in the bank's possession now.

Yes I did. She was charged with money laundering and mismanagement during her tenure in her country's version of NNPC between 2016 and 2017. She was already a billionaire in dollars at the time, yet she was still stashing away dollars from her country's oil reserves. Money is never enough for some people

For someone that has coached different players at different levels have no one turn up for him when he was in a financial crisis speaks volumes about the type of person he is. Even before the FIFA ban, we've been hearing unpalatable stories about him collecting bribes from national team hopefuls. His selection was never based on merit but on the highest bidder, little wonder his under 17 team had one of the worst outings in recent history. Lord knows if I'm one of the 200k Nigerians to donate N500 for him, I'd rather add N500 to it and buy myself a jumbo sharwarma than donate towards such a useless cause.
