This gives me hope as I have an 11 years old lad similar to the poster. Let your sister that wants to benefit from the academics carry on' In all, I must remember to just chill, knowing that he'd be okay. They've been in Nigeria for 8wks, that's 8 weeks of me not picking clothes off the floor, happy days!

GLO has this bad habit of blocking some websites
You can try accessing the site with a different network provider

Use a VPN, or a proxy software to access the site

Opera for PC has an inbuilt VPN option

Being described as playful, forgetful, distracted isn't something a mother in this era will appreciate. During your time, parents were not as knowledgeable as they are now, I know someone who spent years suffering from depression and self harm but he was dismissed by his parent and today he's not able to achieve anything because his problem wasn't given proper attention as a teenager. Let her handle the boy properly don't tell her to ignore him, if he learns to be organized and look after himself now he will be better in future.

Most of what is on the API doc is not what the real implementation is, plus you would have to manually contact them almost every time something is wrong .
Their integration process is very stressful and cumbersome

Hmm being around toxic people is the quickest route to madness and failure in life.(I mean no disrespect by saying this)

A toxic partner can even make someone like Dangote lose his stability physically and psychologically and become poor .

This is why everyone who is not married, most importantly above anything, should pray and physically seek for a partner that would give you peace of mind. Because that is only when other things in your life can fall in place and stay in place.

Having said that, whether or not your case can be resolved is very dicey.Whether male or female, never take a threat lightly, but in this case the threat came with a condition she said she will stab you IF you lay your hands on her. So its as simple as not raising your hands on her, why would you want to do that ?. Would you be happy if she slaps you because you shouted on her ?. Do unto others especially your spouse as you want them to do unto you.

Also, you have to understand how to neutralize toxic people, in this case its a bit difficult because its your wife. One of the most effective resolution is silence, once she starts try not to trade words with her(trading words makes things worse with toxic people, its like feeding a fire with petrol), try to talk things through in a quiet manner, even if she is shouting, modulate the tone in your voice to make sure its soothing and calm, its hard but try.If it does not work, quietly leave the house and go for a walk.

When you come back and she is calm, try to talk things through, calmly.

Its important to note that a lot of people when settling disputes, whether its marital or business related only try to resolve the symptoms of the problems and not the root cause of the problems. As I said in a post some time ago, women tend to mostly lean on the emotional part of their brains than the logical.Dig deep to find out what is going on in your home. Women tend to nag a lot when there are financial difficulties or constraints.

If that is the case, you both should sit down and and map out a plan on how to improve your finances, you never know she might have a road map to help you grow .....We men sometimes underestimate the ability of women to help us grow...

If the root of the recurrent issues isn't financial, you still have to sit down and talk to each other .......Shouting and arguments never yields positive results.

Since its established that she is more on the aggressive and "toxic" side, understand that people like this are like Asthmatic patients(no offense intended to asthma patients), for them to go " off " , something has to trigger them. Avoid the triggers, correct her without raising your voice, without threatening her. When you are upset and you want to vent, learn to calm down and think of all the possible things that could go wrong.

When you can get her in a good mood, tell her how her actions towards you makes you feel, tell her how much you would like for both of you to have an argument free marriage, its very possible, but there has to be efforts from both sides to make it work.

I was reading something one day, 80% of divorces are as a result of issues that could have been resolved if only both parties were willingly to drop their guards, calm down and find a resolution or common ground.Mostly just communicate and help each other correct their flaws.

Hello, the laptop is not in perfect working condition

Here are some issues :

1.It has issues staying on, it goes off quite easily, after a massive spinning from the fan
2.It has an "ink" damage (at the top left hand corner), its round and quite small, about 2cm in diameter , it does not affect the functioning of the screen, everything displays properly when it comes on
3.I have removed the hard disk because I don't have another to back up the files in it

Benefits

I would be giving out two batteries with it , one lasts about 20-30 minutes, the other battery lasts about 45mins-1h:30mins (as at when last I used the laptop, not sure of its current capacity), depending on what I am using it for.

It has an NVIDIA graphics card
