The SARS problem has been there since decades in Nigeria. Then there was no SARS, the problem was simply the Nigerian Police.
Lets face it, there are a lot of criminal elements in the Nigerian police and these idle minds use the opportunity to harass and rob and kill innocent citizens.
Banning SARS will encourage robbers and kidnappers to have a field day. What is best that can happen is a complete re-orientation of the police force and a watch dog within the police system that deals ruthlessly with erring officers.

People shouting End SARS don't know what they are yearning for. You need to see when these people are chasing robbers and hunting down kidnappers. Those videos don't get posted.

SARS should be banned from road checks and reformed to carry out anti robbery and kidnapping cases ONLY.

You don't need ip address when creating Lesotho paypal.
You can use the Lesotho paypal for virtually anything but it's kinda stressful sometimes but I will advise you get the south African paypal instead. I know someone that provides the number for just 650 naira.

You can't use paypal of this category to handle big funds. You have to build history. I started with 30 USD on the one I'm using now and I don't do more than 120 USD. Paypal can block you at anytime if you are not careful and just buying big funds.
