A clergywoman, Prophetess Patience Obi, has said that women should endeavor to submit their money to their husbands before they can think of spending out of it.
The Prophetess stated that the money belongs to the wife and her husband and that he has full authority over the money and how she should spend it.
She also stated that the husband is the head of the home and the wife should submit everything to him including the money "Their money"
''Your money should be submitted to your husband before you spend a dime out of it. Yes you heard me right. Your money belongs to both of you and he has the authority, full authority, over the money, over your resources, to tell you how to spend it and what to do with it. Remember he is the head of the home. You are to submit to him everything including ''My money''. The way we call it.

She added that if a wife does not submit to the husband, it can hinder her prayers.
An armed robbery suspect, Abdullahi Zakari aged 21 has been arrested by the Lagos State Police Command.
The suspect was arrested by the anti-crime patrol team of the Ojo Police Division on November 30, long NEPA Road, Alaba Rago Market, Ojo, Lagos during a routine patrol of the area. HGS Media Plus gathered.
The suspect was said to have confessed to being one of the men responsible for the robbery in traffic in Alaba, Ojo, and Iba area of Lagos.
Recovered from the suspect is two locally-made pistols and one live cartridge concealed in a bag.
Confirming the arrest, Commissioner of Police, CP Hakeem Odumosu said the suspect should be transferred to the Command's Tactical Team for diligent investigation and prosecution.
One Dare Adegoke, a head of crediting and marketing with a microfinance bank in Abeokuta has been arrested by the Ogun State police for working with an armed robbery syndicate to carry out attacks in the bank.
The state police public relations officer, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi said ''Our men at Ibara divisional headquarters received a distress call that some people who went to a commercial bank to withdraw certain amount of money were being attacked by armed robbers. The DPO in Ibara mobilised his men and they went after the hoodlums.
With the help of some members of the public, one of the armed robbers was apprehended.
It was during interrogation that the man informed the police that it was one of the victims who bargained with him to come and hijack the money his employers sent him to go and withdraw from the bank''
The suspects who is an electrician said that Dare offered to pay him N100, 000 for the operation.
''He invited me to fix electrical appliances in his new home. When I got there, he introduced robbery to me. I told him I had never done such a thing before in my life. He assured me nothing would go wrong. He promised to give me N100, 000.''he said
Upon interrogated, Dare said he ventured into crime because of the money he lost from a wrong investment he made.
''I am a person of Character. People know me.
I used to do online investment. I lost my money to it and together with the money I borrowed from people. I was scared. Nobody to talk to''
The police say both men would be charged to court soon.
A pastor identified as Chikordi of the Ancient of Days Healing Church located at Umunede in Ika North East LGA of Delta State has taken his own life and that of his wife, Prophetess Chikordi.
It was gathered that the middle-aged man jumped into a well after allegedly murdering his wife.
The deceased was said to have traveled to his hometown Ekwuoma, a neighbouring community to Umunede, on Sunday where he committed suicide.
Confirming the incident, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Edafe Bright said he is not aware that the man was a pastor. He said investigations into the matter is ongoing.

One Olanrewaju Adenike has been arrested by the for locking one Aishat Taiwo, age 6 inside a dirty room close to a toilet for months.
She was arrested after some residents at Isale-Osun Area of Osogbo alerted the Osun State police, HGS Media Plus gathered.
The state police spokesperson, Yemisi Opalola who confirmed the arrest told newsmen that the little girl had been subjected to a series of maltreatment by the suspect before help came her way.

An inspector attached to Special Protection Unit (SPU) Base 9 Umuahia of the Enugu State Police Command has been dismissed for killing five persons.
The police inspector is alleged to have shot and killed five persons and injured four others on June 20, 2021 at Golf Estate Enugu, for no justifiable reasons.

An Abuja-based man, Malachi Manasseh fondly called Obama has been killed in his farm by unknown gunmen in his hometown.

The community of Ewune-Egume in Dekina Local Government Area of Kogi State was attacked by unknown gunmen leaving several persons injured and properties worth millions of Naira destroyed.
The attacked happened on Saturday, November 20 when the gunmen who stormed the community with five trucks and AK 47 rifles started shooting sporadically, HGS Media Plus gathered.
Residents of the community was said to have abandoned their property and ran into the bush for safety.
The hoodlums however started destroying properties when they could not find anyone.
It also said that the hoodlums drank all the beers and beverages in some restaurants in the community before destroying the empty bottles.
It was said that the chief of the community, the Ochai Onu-Egume, Chief Olema Akpali, fainted on hearing gunshots and was rushed to a clinic in the area.
Speaking to news men, the community leader, Mr Matthew Audu, said the gunmen made away with some domestic animals, 200 Jericans of palm oil, 13 motorcycles and set ablaze other motorcycles while other valuable properties were destroyed.
He added that the attackers were suspected to be a group of saw millers working for an Ejule man in Ofu LGA in Kogi State.
Spokesperson of the State Police Command, DSP William Ayah, who confirmed the attack, said one person was shot and presently receiving attention.
Meanwhile the PPRO said the police are working assiduously to arrest the perpetrators of the dastardly act, assured calm has since returned to the community.
Suspected Ritualists Kill 11-Year-Old Almajiri Boy In Bauchi, Remove His Brain (Graphic Photos)
An 11-year-old boy, an Almajiri pupil identified as Muhd Yunusa has been killed by suspected ritualists and his brain removed in Bauchi State, HGS Media Plus reports.
The incident happened on Saturday, November 20 in Dutsen Kofar Wambai area of Bauchi State.
According to reports, the suspects lured two Almajiri pupils, Muhd Yunusa, age 11 and Aminu Yusuf, age 12 who went out to beg for alms into a dark corner pretending that they wanted to give them something.
The suspects were said to have smashed the skull of one of the boys, Muhd Yunusa and removed his brain before escaping.
Consequently, the second boy managed to escape from the assailants and narrated to residents what had happened.
Upon getting to the scene, residents discovered the body of the deceased and the police was immediately alerted.
Confirming the incident, spokesperson of the Bauchi State Police Command, SP Muhammad Ahmad Wakil, said they went to the scene of the incident where they met the body of the deceased lying in his blood after they received a distress call from a good Samaritan that an unknown persons have used a stone to break the skull of an Almajiri pupil.
He added that the State Commissioner of Police, Sylvester Abiodun Alabi has directed the Divisional Police Officer DPO, A Division, to act with immediate effect to bring the perpetrators of this dastardly act to book.
A man identified as Victor has expressed his disappointment at the United Parcel Service of America (UPS) after he used their service to send a Mac-Book Pro from London to Nigeria only for the receiver to find a doll inside the package when it arrived.
The man who shared the experience via his Twitter handle said that he bought the laptop for over 700,000 Naira, adding that he was also billed by Nigeria customs the sum of 55,000 Naira to clear the package.

Woman Killed, Five Others Injured After Container-Laden Truck Falls In Anambra (Photos)
A middle-aged woman has been crushed to death while five other persons injured after a container-laden truck fell in Anambra State.
The incident happened on Thursday, November 8 at Amansea junction by Hausa market along Awka-Enugu expressway in Anambra State, HGS Media Plus gathered.
It was gathered that the victims were inside a commercial bus heading towards Awka when the container from the truck fell on the bus and crashed, killing the woman and injuring several others.
It was said that the road was bad which made the truck unstable while moving and as a result, the container fell.
Confirmed the incident, the Sector Commander, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Corps Commander Adeoye Irelewuyi said the body of the deceased had been deposited at the hospital morgue.
“A fatal Road traffic crash Occurred at Amansea junction, Hausa Market by Awka-Enugu express way yesterday 18th November, 2021 at about 18:45hrs. The crash was between a green Toyota Hiace bus with registration number: FGG88YG (Commercial) and unidentified driver a red Mercedes Truck with no registration number (commercial).
The probable cause of the fatal crash was attributed to bad road. Seven person’s were involved in the crash, comprising 6 male adult, and 1 female adult. The female adult lost her life, 5 were injured, while one came out unhurt.
The corpse of the dead victim was taken to Amaku Mortuary Awka after being confirmed dead by the doctor on duty. The FRSC rescue team managed traffic and effort is being made to tow the vehicles off the road.” he said

The suspects identified as Hussaini Adamu, age 23, Mustapha Umar, age 17, Mande Magaji, age 17, Suleiman Zubairu, age 16, and Salisu Usman age 25, all of Kasuwan-Gwari, Minna were arrested on Tuesday, November 2 at Lapai-Gwari area along Building materials market road.
The suspects were said to have vandalized two transformers and made away with the electric cables.
The suspects who confessed to the crime upon interrogation took policemen to arrest One Salisu Usman who was said to have bought the stolen cables from them.

10-Year Old Reportedly killed, 3 Others In Gas Explosion In Ladipo, Lagos
A 10-year-old child has reportedly been killed in the gas explosion that happened on Tuesday morning, November 16 at around 8:30am in Ojekunle street, ladipo, Lagos. HGS Media Plus gathered.
Three persons were also confirmed dead from the explosion which damaged cars and shattered glasses of nearby buildings.
Ojekunle, Bello, Fatai Atere were said to have been affected by the explosion.

Fifteen persons have reportedly been killed in a bandits attack that occurred in Goronyo and Illela local government areas of Sokoto State.

It was said that Twelve people were killed in Munwadata town and Kamalo in Illela and three others lost their lives in Goronyo.

The incident happened on Thursday evening, November 11 along IIorin-jebba expressway near Shao junction in Kwara State.
The incident which was said to be caused by a speed violation between two vehicles involved seven persons including five males and two females.
The vehicles involves a white colour commercial Iveco trailer with the registration number T-0341KT and a red colour commercial salon Toyota Corolla car with registration number AFN 274 NY. The drivers of this vehicles were said to have either have no national driver’s licence or were not available.
Confirming the incident, Jonathan Owoade, the state sector commander of (FRSC), said that the victims of the crash had been taken to a nearby clinic, while the corpses were deposited at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH) morgue.
A generator thief has been arrested by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps in IIlorin, Kwara State Capital. HGS Media Plus gathered.
The suspect identified as Abdulwasiu Sulaiman, age 21 was arrested by Vigilante members of Oke Foma Phase 3 Estate in Ilorin, while trying to escape with a generating set he had stolen from one of the houses in the estate.
The suspects is said to have scaled a fence into the compound of a neighbor to steal the generator worth N150,000, belonging to one Moshood Otubu, who resides at Oke Foma Phase 2 in IIorin. HGS Media Plus gathered.

Vigilante Member Accidentally Kills Woman, Injures 7-Month-Old Baby At Funeral In Edo
One 37-year-old Chigozie Nwaneri who is a member of the Edo State Vigilante Group has been arrested by the State police for accidentally killing a woman and also injuring a 7-month-old baby in a funeral, HGS Media Plus gathered.
The incident happened in Upper Mission extension of Edo State.
It was gathered that the suspect joined his members to attend a funeral service of one of their colleague who recently passed away.
It was said that the suspect fired several gun shot into the air as a sign of respect for their fallen colleague when the bullets hit the victim, a 27-year-old woman who happens to be one of the mourners and a baby.
Consequently, she died on the spot while the baby is in critical condition at the hospital.
It was also gathered that the victim is a relation to the deceased vigilante whose funeral turned into an unfortunate tragedy.
The suspect said the unfortunate incident was a result of accidental discharge.
Confirming the arrest, Spokesperson of the Edo State Police Command, SP Bello Kontongs said the suspect would be charged to court for murder, adding that other vigilante members should be careful with weapons.
Deputy Commissioner of Police, DCP Bassey Ewah, on Wednesday warned Nigerians not to give any policeman who stopped them at the checkpoint their phones without a warrant.
He noted that if the police were on an investigation, they would present a warrant and then demand for the phone.
Ewah disclosed this while answering questions during a programme organised by the Police Community Relation Committee in Lagos State.
“I am stand to be corrected; please do not give any policeman who stopped you on the checkpoint your phones; it’s not our schedule. If we are investigating you, we will present a warrant and then demand for your phone. Please take note," he said.
The police boss also spoke on the Federal Government’s signal that stops any tinted vehicle that arrives in the country to be touched by police.
Ewah said, “Tell your associates and friends on the street, if you present your papers and they (the policemen) say they are not okay; just tell them, police take me to your Divisional Police Officer. There is no point arguing with them because the man is deaf.”
In 2019, the Nigerian police had issued some tips to Nigerians on how to avoid clashes with officers at a police checkpoint.
The tips came after the reported killing and brutality of citizens by police officers. The police gave the tips via their verified Twitter handle, @PoliceNG, in May, urging Nigerians to avoid an unnecessary argument or challenging armed personnel on duty. They advised Nigerians to avoid giving an unhappy impression when encountering an officer on their beat.
