Some angry youths destroyed a Corolla vehicle with plate number GRA 680RL after it knocked down a woman in Oghara, Delta State. HGS Media Plus reports.
The incident happened last night, February 2 in Oghara after Western Delta University law campus.
It was gathered that the woman was retuning home from the farm when she was knocked down by the vehicle.
The youths who heard about the accident this morning immediately mobilized themselves and butchered the vehicle involved into pieces.
A man has been caught in possession of bullets in Delta State. HGS Media Plus reports.
The unidentified man was caught this morning at Oghara express, opposite cattle market area in Delta State.
HGS Media Plus reports that the man who was on a bike had a road accident, when residents rushed out to help, they discovered bullets falling out from the man's pocket.
When the man was asked how he got possession of the bullets, he claimed one Sariki sent him to purchase it.
The man has however been handed over to the police for further investigation.
A 65-year-old man identified as Uchechukwu Nweke has murdered his wife, one Mrs Patricia Nweke, 55 alongside his 29-year-old son, Obinna Nweke in Anambra State. HGS Media Plus reports.
The incident happened in the early hours of Thursdays morning around 3am in Amanunike community, Awka North LGA of Anambra State.
HGS Media Plus gathered that the man who was a hunter in Amanunike community shot his wife with a barrel gun and burnt his house along with his son before killing himself.
The reason for the man’s action is yet to be ascertained as at the time of filling this report.
The Corpses of the victims have been deposited at the morgue for autopsy as investigation is being carried out to ascertain the cause.
A Nigeria soldiers named Sire Eneh Gozieboy serving in Borno State celebrated his birthday with a big loaf of bread and two plastic drinks.
The soldier took to his Facebook and shared pictures of himself and the bread with a candle light at the middle as he celebrates his birthday.
He stated that he has never had the chance to celebrate his birthday with a cake and he presently can not afford one, hence the reason he used a bread since they are all made from floor.
Sharing the pictures, he wrote:

As for the cake, all my life i never had the chance to cut a cake, and presently i can't afford to bake one now so i decided to cut bread, besides all na floor"

A 12-year-old girl identified as Blessing Ineh who has been missing for days has been found. HGS Media Plus reports.
HGS Media Plus report that the girl was found at Abraka, Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State.
According to report gathered by HGS Media Plus, the victim was found inside a soakaway pit on Tuesday, January 5 at the back of her family house.
It was gathered that three young men rape and stabbed her in the back and then slit her throat before throwing her into the pit.
HGS Media Plus learnt that Blessing went missing on New Year day, January 1 when her parents sent her on an errant.
It was also gathered that a child alerted the neighbors after hearing the cry of the victim from inside the soakaway.
The body of the victim was said to have been covered with native chalk which made people believe she might have been kidnapped for ritual purpose.
Meanwhile, HGS Media Plus also learnt that a suspect identified as 'General' was arrested. He was said to be the victim's neighbor.
Report gathered that the victim mentioned the suspect's name as one of the three men that kidnapped her
The suspect was said to have called the victim and then lured her before kidnapping her. She was however dumped Inside the soakaway after they were done with what they needed her for.
The victim is currently receiving treatment in an undisclosed hospital.

6 Robbers Attack Policeman, 3 Arrested After Gun Battle In Calabar (Graphic Photo)
Three out of six robbers have been arrested by Operation Akpakwu unit after attacking a policeman on gun point in Calabar, Cross River State Capital. HGS Media Plus reports.
The incident happened on Sunday night, December 27 at Chief Obot street, the State housing Estate in Municipal Local Government Area of Calabar.
HGS Media Plus gathered that Operation Akpakwu unit confronted the robbers in a gun battle which led to the arrest of three of the gang members.
According to eyewitness report, the robbers were pursuit by the Operations Akpakwu unit as they exchange bullets.
While trying to escape from the policemen, one of the robbers driving lost control and fell into a deep gutter.
HGS Media Plus learnt that the driver of the armed robbers was a son to a former House Of Assembly Member in the State.
However, three of the robbers were arrested, one of them with bullet wound, while the three others escaped.

A bar owner was shot in the hand and thigh last night by unknown gunmen at Amukpe LGA area of Delta State. HGS Media Plus reports.
HGS Media Plus report that the incident happened at around 2am on Sunday morning, 13 December.
HGS Media Plus gathered that the bar owner was shot with a cut to size local made pistol in the hand and thigh.
It was learnt that vigilante in the area pursued the suspects, but they escaped leaving their weapon behind.
While vigilante were searching the area for the suspected gunmen, a bike thief was caught. The thief was said to have been terrorising one Ekwegu community.
Information got to the vigilante group that the Ekwegu community have been hiding the boy, but they denied the claim.
Meanwhile the bar owner has been rushed to the hospital and is currently receiving treatment.
Man Stabbed Multiple Times Trying To Help A Gateman From Hoodlums Attack (Photos)
A man has been stabbed multiple times while trying to help a gateman attached to a hotel from some hoodlums attack in Delta State. HGS Media Plus reports.
The incident happened on Sunday night, 22 November at 'K Lounge', Delta State.
HGS Media Plus gathered that the man identified as Olu Anirenta saw some suspected hoodlums attacking a gateman of 'K Lounge' hotel and decided to help.
While he was trying to rescue the gateman from the attack, the hoodlums attacked him instead and stabbed him multiple times.
The hotel management however came to his rescue and took him to the hospital were he was treated and discharged that same night. HGS Media Plus understands.

The incident happened on Saturday night, November 21 at Yoruba axis, Delta State.
According to HGS Media Plus report, the man identified as Mr Joseph, was shot by two guys who accosted him from a motorcycle while he was trying to cross the road.

Moment A Fuel Attendant Stood Still While His Customer Gets Robbed By Armed Robbers
A trending CCTV footage has stirred reactions from internet users after seeing the moment a fuel attendant stood still while his customer got robbed by armed robbers.
Apparently, the fuel attendant and his colleague was filing the vehicle of their customer when two unknown gunmen attacked the customer.
As seen in the footage, the other fuel attendant who was standing ran away on sighting the gunmen while his colleague just stood there filling up the vehicle as the robbers robbed the customer's belongings.
The video according to the date from the CCTV footage happened on Friday, 6 November 2020. But the location of the incident is yet to be known.
Horse racing has been a traditional sport in the northern part of Nigerian for more than 400 years.
It is said to be called 'Durbar' which is an event of showcasing the coloration of horses to display sportsmanship in traditional chivalry.
In a recent video currently making rounds on social media shows the moment horse riders from the northern part were racing in Kano.
The race was presume to be a traditional sport for an event that could be ongoing in the state, but the race didn't go as one would seem it to be.
According to the video captured by residents in he area where the race was conducted, the horse seem to have lost control while trying to take a turn and as a result, clashed some of the riders on a building wall.
It could not be ascertained how many riders were injured during the race, but as seen in the video, a rider wearing a white shirt seem to have hit his head so hard directly on the wall resulting him to collapse instantly.

A suspected armed robber was killed by the State Police Command, Katsina on Tuesday, 3 November at Bakori-Kabomo road, HGS Media Plus Reports.
According to report, a gang of armed robbers blocked Bakori- Kabomo road and was robbing at about 8:30pm before the police was alerted.
Report gathered that there was a fire fight between the robbers and the police which led to the killing of one of the gang member while others escaped.
