^^^ this barkono sef! are u so dumb that u can't notice that other people's quotes have particular colouration and thus seem to be separated from their current comments? Or are u so much in a hurry to bash Igbos that u can't wait to click on d "insert quote" button? pls your comments are untidy and thus difficult to read. . .if u don't know how, ask and get help. Do d needful then continue making Igbo unity & disunity your bread and butter. u made mention of a well paid job and it made me wonder if it involves computer skills or usage. U erred in referring to Ekwueme, yet u are insulting him for pointing that out. People neglect what they ought to know and delve into what is beyond them. |
lol @ShangoThor; guy, ur naija map seems to divide naija into 2 equal parts with Abuja as boundary. |
I support Bode George serving out his jail term and becoming an ex-convict. . .increases d political space but I don't think corruption is PDP affair. he was not burn in PDP and was already old when PDP was formed moreover other parties are not immune to corruption. . .they simply have not found d opportunity to steal. So cut d crap about PDP, corruption and voting. |
^^ hmm, no comment on naija case lol. The southern sudanese have suffered in d hands of d north for far too long. They own the green vegetation. . .d oil and the food, yet they are 2nd-classed in their own country. I'm very happy for them and hope self rule won't be a problem for them. kai! hunger go kill northerners ooo. . .with all dz desert i'm seeing, Umar el- Bashir go soon beg for bread. ![]()

just a way of letting us into happenings around Africa 21 January 2011 Last updated at 13:28 GMThttp://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-12252699 |
Making peace with Atiku and ultimately incorporating him into GEJ's plans is good but making him a member, let alone d head of GEJ campaign team will backfire. Their will be principle and integrity issues raised on both sides. . .Gbawe took a lot of words from my mouth on this. . .let me no repeat them.
Lack of peace and enemity cost Soludo the Anambra governorship position.
Soludo was never good enough for Anambra governorship (structure- and campaign-wise). . .just like people saying Ribadu 2011, let's let that one rest |
namfav:
where is the ''like'' button ?
So how is it the igbo's fault that u can't prove ur bike was stolen (by him)? U shud go and study simple logic instead of spending ur entire life in d desert with ur cattle. that's y we have schools, even for almajiris.Bluetooth has found his kind of person/reasoning ![]() |
ok, may be i shud just hand u the link to d song on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fEMVFEVUElg enjoy. |
Igodomigodo has always been unique. . .his dressing, grammar, voice and body language, all make hi quite exceptional. Bankole doesn't shout him down but listens with rapt attention each time d man has d floor. . .i bet oda members wud just be scribbling notes of new words as we did in primary school. I will miss d guy joor |
This makes an interesting reading but all i will say is that both Igbos and Igbo-haters have made their points. My reply to all is contained in MI's track "Nobody" from his MI2 album. . .get it, listen, enjoy, learn and be wiser. I just cudnt upload it now but will try sha. |
I don't believe the foool shud rot in any jail. . .jails in yankee are more like comfortable homes in naija. the man shud face a slow, painful "public" death process that wud last no less than 48 hours. or to pity him, let him be sent down here to serve in kirikiri prisons. Next time people wud desist from raising arms against others. |
Nwodo is a threat to some people's interest according to d zoning formular, esp after the elections. . .they had to prune the competition down a little. He shud av got that into his brain b4 starting his childish war with Chime. . .he definitely put his cart b4 d horse. Now Ekweremadu has realised that Nwodo's continued stay as PDP chairman spelt doom for his ambition of retaining the DSP in the coming legislative cycle (with a GEJ president), hence the deadly blow. |

From violent on Today at 11:24:09 AM Silly damn silly mentality!. .Then Meldrick responded: Very myopic and shallow mentality. While I don't support INEC to single out corps members for blame in a collective failure, I wud also put down d following as per the above quotes. @Meldrick, I believe u to be a product of the Nigerian school system within the same generation as your friend who could not shut down your laptop. How come come u never studied computer science(which shud av exposed u to the nitty grtty of computer usage and programming) yet u can operate computers very well? Oh, may be u went to private schools (nursery, primary, secondary and tertiary) where, according to popular hype, the standards are heavenly. Let me inform u that I am a product of Naija public schools, primary to university (never attended nursery) and thus was not privy to any form of computer education until i made the effort to grow with time and this was in my final year in the university. What did I do? I registered for computer training when other students ran home to celebrate "graduation" (without even seeing their final results). I stayed back and committed two months to the course ( a sacrifice most youths won't dim fit to make without parental prompting). I will also add that i never tasked my parents for the cost of the training. . .it was my agenda and I pursued it without letting them know. I also ensured that I typed my project and that of my girl with my desktop. . .I felt fulfilled that I could do it. Today, my story wud av been like these corps members u are encouraging to fold their hands and wait for their corrupt governors give them laptops, and probably and sit down to teach them how to use them before making any effort at all at learning. there are things school will never teach u. A little effort is needed from our side. There is no possible excuse for a graduate not to be "basically" computer literate. NONE! your computer scientist friend is purely incurably lazy bro. . . Tell him that. |
Good one jarus. . .we can only bring about d change we advocate when we vote and can only vote when we register. Please guys, let's do it. daylae:I guess u must vote where u registered. . .they don't seem to be online. Endeavour to register for the sake of naija. |
honeric01:Who among the candidates today is TRULY different from "his mentors/cronies"? Mind u, they have/had the same mentors/cronies. . .with d exception of Buhari (u may say). When Ribadu was receiving triple promotion, it was very good by him and that was y he was biting some people so hard while appearing so toothless to others. . .whereas all had sinned and come short of the same threshold of glory. |
dayokanu:Someone is dragging Awo's name to the PIT LOO. that's unfair, Tinubu reppin Awo is impossible pls |
Kobojunkie:Punishment is a corrective measure not preventive. In the case of corruption, preventive measures would include but not limited to; -Youth empowerment. . .no one steals and launders these funds singlehandedly or rigs elections with his mother/father, they use gullible unemployed youths. -plucking administrative loopholes. . .occasions of sin -putting round pegs in round holes and vise-versa -moral suasion. . .we are religious in Nigeria but never repentant -provision of basic infrastructures. . .it aids empowerment I trust u can help me list others. If Ribadu fails to acknowledge our real problems and campaigns based on his love scenes with OBJ (whom he never cared to probe, even when everyone knows he's more corrupt than the scapegoats) then he is less than GEJ by a million measures. |
redsun:Fighting corruption goes beyond arresting corrupt elements and charging them to court (sometimes without conclusion). Corruption has root causes and I think we shud concentrate more on methods of preventing corruption than punishing corrupt elements. if ribadu fails to articulate these and relies on his voodoo biz with OBJ, then he loses the little respect I have for him plus a few thousand votes I can control. And I will gladly be d architect of my own woes. |
Akhenaten:Pls tell Gbawe and Oyb so they can fine tune their game plan. . .make the guy no go fall hand like his brother. GEJ seems determined to send all Adamawa politicians to an early political siberia. ![]() |
oyb:I will but let me first tell u that structures matter in politics both for the politician and the political party. You cannot compare PDP and ACN in terms of party structures nationwide. . .PDP is by far more grassroot-oriented than ACN; has more national spread and membership than ACN and GEJ has been in politics longer than Nuhu coupled with the fact that both GEJ and PDP are the incumbent. Ribadu is known by elites, how many of them will com and work for him, register, vote and stay behind to guard their votes - fighting when d need arises? GEJ and PDP have foot soldiers that can go the extra mile. How many people picked interest in the ACN primaries but I can tell u the old and young in most cities and villages in naija stayed glued to their TV sets, keeping vigil cos of PDP primaries. . .even ACN members . That's acknowledgment. The name ACN is not known by folks in some states but mention PDP anywhere and a 3 year old kid wud chorus POWER! People may not like d party but they know it exists and formidably too. That may explain y they went for GEJ; to silence those preaching generational CHANGE. |
He's welcome but as far as it gets, he's still a political neophyte. |
He's welcome but as far as it gets, he's still a political neophyte. |
blacksta:Who wud av given us all those good things that have eluded us all this while. . .Atiku? The same Atiku that had connived with his cohorts to deny us of these basic necessities. |
OBJ even responded to reporters today saying "I'm laughing". The man sabi naija politics no be small. . .he may have visited Ciroma to thank him for eliminating IBB and making Atiku a scapegoat. |
hmm, Nigeria, the air is finally FRESH! Breathe in some fresh air people, Goodluck Nigeria! Atiku, when next WITZAN (witches and wizards) warn u, pls for ur political sake, HEED their warning. They seem to have really sealed ur fate even ur state and katsina where u claim to have an occult followership. |
