I have not verified this claim by SR but given the fact that PDP delegates not collect between 5000 to 10,000 USD from each of the main presidential camps and they don't want to carry BULKY naira. . .nothing is impossible for today.

Who do I see addressing PDP delegates, Nigerians and the world at large - declaring the convention open? No other than Dr. Okwesileze Nwodo (not disputing the report though), the man still maintains he had not been served any court notice. d truth is most of the kids are not abandoned, if u look closely, u'll probably c d irresponsible, lazy, pathetic parent hanging around, they bloody play with our psychological emotions by sending innocent kids to beg. the ideal solution lies mostly with the Government i.e. a law and a committee(if not in existence already) should be passed and fully implemented, any child found begging on the streets or not properly taken care of i.e. abused can be taken from the undeserving parent and placed in a home/shelter were their educational, physical and emotional needs can be met, as individuals we would then be obliged to support these children positively through the homes/shelters that have been setup. Shikena!!!!

This will help d kids and and the society but will also create an avenue for the individuals (managing d homes) to swindle the govt and d general public. . .our people are not trustworthy.
