You see the level of the daftness of some people who claim to be scientifically atheistic reader!

So, every information about evolution that is seen on google is now REAL? Bro just wake up please!
First,I would ask for you to be matured and respond with dignity instead of throwing insults the first chance you get...

Secondly, ANY information about evolution to you is not REAL, so how do you learn?

The question about how apes are not evolving to humans is a real silly question and as nothing to do with Evolution, and the simple fact that you cannot realize that, shows you know little to nothing about it, so learning the basics even if its googled would be an helpful start.

These still doesnt provide concrete evidence for Intelligent design. Just because you dont understand something doesnt mean it is evidence for a designer, please provide evidence that relates to the biological system and systems that affect it to shows in an undeniable way that intelligent design is the way to go and i would off my hat to you.

NB: Many of what you said can have its origins explained by evolution.

Nice thread!! kiss kiss

They are countless bro..( Honest scientists knows this)

For me, I'll drop five..

1. The DNA( An *engineering feat*)
2. The Natural cycles for life..
i. The water cycle.
ii. The carbon and oxygen cycle.
iii. The Nitrogen cycle.
3. Earth's perfect tilt nd spin.
4. Earth's magnetic field.
5. Earth's atmosphere.

Indeed it takes huge leap of faith to believe in Evolution!! cheesy grin
Now i would assume that the OP meant evidences for Intelligent Design as regarding Life, if thats the case, then you havent given a single evidence for that...

DNA- Funny enough, DNA is the evidence for evolution, because we can see changes happening in DNA when it gets replicated which are called mutations and these changes go ahead to affect the form of the organism, so you would have to be specific about how DNA is evidence for intelligent design.

The rest are external factors that has nothing to do with life, they are just geography, and cant be used as reasonable evidence for intelligent design. An evolutionist would say we were tuned by evolution to fit this conditions, so it does nothing significant to uphold your viewpoint.

I still wonder how science could say man evolved from ape, if truly man evolved from ape, why then do we still have apes in existence since evolution is a continuous process, it doesn't stop
Why haven't all apes evolved to man, or why has the evolution not moved past man??! Why haven't man evolved into some other thinq??!
The Fact that you are asking this question shows the level of sophistication and knowledge you have for basic science...

So to help you, i would paste a video for you, watch it, and get more articles about it online, google is your friend...

If atheism is true we are all this Indian on the raft. What awaits us, our civilisation, our race, our planet, indeed the universe as a whole, is destruction and extinction, no matter what we do.
Philosopher William Lane Craig puts it:
“If there is no God, then man and the universe are doomed. Like prisoners condemned to death, we await our unavoidable execution… If God does not exist, then life is futile”.
Now, because a plate of your favourite meal is inevitably going to finish when you start eating it, does that mean it is pointless to eat it?, it is meaningless and no point eating it?

Or

because a movie is going to end, does that mean it is pointless to watch it?, no point watching it...

we must first understand the hell....firstly, God never wished any human to Go to hell....its only the devil that is trying to push humans to hell so he will not be alone there....
Then why did he create the Hell and sends people there?

You cant always keep blaming the devil for every evil that happens when the one true creator of everything including evil was God. So dont tell me its the devil, thats just pushing the blame.
If God doesnt want hell to exist, all he has to do is to will it out of existence.
If God doesnt want evil in the world, all he has to do is to will it out of existence.
If he doesnt, like he is doing now, then he isnt all good and if he cant will it out of existence, then he isnt all powerful.
Either ways, the concept of God fails...

If the biblical god lives in another planet in another solar system in our galaxy (Jehovah's Witnesses actually believe this), then how many earth like planets should be in our milky way galaxy with at least 400 billion individual stars?

There are at least another 200 billion galaxies in the universe. This makes me wonder why a god who created 200 billion galaxies, each with at least 400 billion stars chose earth as where to place the egoistic human. And in that earth the same god chose the Israelites as his special people (apparently he made a mistake creating others). The idea of a god as promoted by the Jews don't actually check out.

Let's say your theory is right and that god can beat the speed of light while travelling through space and time (very possible, I'll admit), it means he is capable of anything. But then why is an all knowing god so averse to the hardship on earth; diseases, earthquakes, famine, wars, which mankind is solely trying to solve by himself? Why should we give thanksgiving to such a god who is so selective that one passenger out of fourteen survives a motor accident? Why can't he save the whole fourteen?

Must all the first born innocent children of the Egyptians be killed by his angel to prove a point? Must Uriah's wife child die for adulterous David's punishment? What crime did the child commit?

It stains my intellect to imagine that all these happened because a couple ate fruits deliberately put there by an all knowing god who already knew they will eat the fruit and who had created a hell for the couple for eating the fruit though he knew they will eat it because he is all knowing. What a god.

If there's a god behind the creation of the universe then that god is outside the universe and is not even aware of what the hydrogen atoms he made 14 billion years ago has turned into.
I dont know of any jehovah witness member that believes God lives on another planet in the galaxy, you might mean Mormons and i would agree but not jehovah witnesses

Its invalid because it does not compute. Same way physical parameters cannot be used to compute spiritual. Same way time cannot be used to measure infinity or eternal.

When something is divided by 0, why is the answer undefined? The reason is related to the associated multiplication question. If you divide 6 by 3 the answer is 2 because 2 times 3 IS 6. If you divide 6 by zero, then you are asking the question, "What number times zero gives 6?"

zero cannot be used to divide a number yet zero is a number Just like we cannot fathom God yet God is with us.

When we try to divide by zero, things stop making sense........When the Atheist tries to logically reason out God and explain the non existence of God things stop making sense.....Sound familiar?
I agree with alot of what you said...and i would speak for myself but i dont think i try to prove the non existence of God, i believe thats an impossible task rather i try to look for evidence for his existence both physical and logical and i have come on short, i havent had a very convincing argument for his existence.

As for the spiritual, if it cant be proved, then there is no reason to argue wit it.

Unfortunately! the universe is enshrined all over with time space and matter.

Therefore it has to have a beginning.

I remember when our Mathematics teacher back then showed me something that changed my life forever.

He showed me the "weakness of mathematics", (at least thats what I could describe it as then)

He asked all of us the question "5 divided by zero?"

Many of us were quick to answer "zero" and some chorused "five".

What amazed me is when he told all of us we were wrong.

I quickly pressed my calculator and it showed "error" as the answer.

He then told us that the answer to the question was a "conventional" answer called "undefined"

That is when it dawned on me that there has to be an "undefined" for every other thing to be defined.

God is the undefined definer.

He exists before time began.

So he needs no "beginning" nor "end".

He himself is the beginning and the end.

Take your brainwork out and reason out of time and space. There you have God. Existing all by Himself.

-To be continued!

cool
I think your realization is a little bit off...@bolded

5 divided by 0 is undefined because it is an invalid question...and not because there is an undefined in every defined...smh

A supposedly Supreme Creator that was created, is not qualified to be called God in the first place.
If complex things have to be created, then you would agree that the creator also qualifies as a complex thing which in turn also has to be created...thats the logic and it would keep regressing infinitely

cause and effect applies to the universe and all that is within it.
The God I'm talking about exist outside of space and time and does not need to be
caused by any force. He has no beginning neither does he have an end.
Now because something is outside the universe doesnt mean it cant be caused, have space or time. There is no rule that says causation is only limited to the universe, its like saying because you created a box full of air, it means there is no air outside the box.

I don't know about you, but it sounds more logical to believe that an all powerful conscious being came from nothing and created the universe
than to believe that the material universe (which of course, needs be caused since it does not exist outside of space and time) came from nothing and created everything.
So its more logical for something as complex as the creator to come from nothing but it is impossible for a simple universe that started with one ingredient(Energy) and evolved to what it is now to come from nothing?

Really?

I consider other religious bodies even more logical than atheism. Atheists are actually after the logic that backs up religion, whereas atheism itself is not reasonable. Atheists believe that every effect has a cause except the universe!

So in essence, Atheists and theist have the same logic...which by your definition is not reasonable...

The concept of hell is such a stupid and appalling one that i even got rid of the idea while i was still a christian long before i became an atheist.

Bring the worst dictator in all of human history, and i mean the worst, make your pick, hitler, genghis khan, Stalin, e.t.c and i still dont think that person deserves an ETERNITY in hell.

Like seriously, what would anyone do in less than 120years that would warrant them that can of torturing for all of ETERNITY...i am emphasizing ETERNITY, life withoud end, which kind of sick God would do something like that?, now talkless of trivia sin.

What in the Universe meets your criteria for complexity?
If you noticed, i said your "idea" of complexity is far-fetched.

I do not claim the universe is overly simple, on the contrary, i believe it to be extremely beautiful even among the chaos, but i dont see any sign of intelligent work, for example, look at life, at first glance, you would argue that Life had to be the work of a designer, and so we thought for centuries, until Darwin showed us the wonderful work of Nature and its illusion of Design.

Now you cant argue that Life is the most complex Natural thing in the universe as we know it and still it came about Naturally without any intelligent help, now why now claim that the universe which in comparison with Life is far less complex and disordered was a product of intelligence?

Oh. The Milky Way is not complex enough for you, the rotation of the Earth isn't complex enough, what about the birth and death of stars; not complex enough? What then fits your criteria for complexity? An Iphone perhaps?
Why should the rotation of the earth be complex when its explained simply, Gravity...the Suns gravity is what is pull the earth around...whats so complex in that?

The birth of stars is all gravity, large gases of hydrogen collapse on their own gravity to create stars...the death of stars isnt that complex also, its hydrogen fuel finished at the core there by making the stars surface unstable...

We understand all these things, its a normal thing, no intelligence is needed for it, i dont get the complexity you are talking about o....

Na wa o. Is your anatomy not complex? I assume that you are a part of the Universe.
If life is your yardstick for complexity, then sorry but intelligence wasnt what was behind that complexity but Evolution.

It was discovered about 150years ago and the scientific consensus agrees on it because of the numerous wealth of evidence even if you might have a problem with it or reject it, but the truth remains that whether you accept it or not, it still doesnt change the fact that all life on earth evolved and ddnt require any intelligence at all.

Your idea of complex might be far-fetched...The universe is a very random and chaotic place with bodies colliding with one another, stars exploding, and black holes forming. 76% of its contents(Dark Energy) is expanding it at an exponential rate into Nothingness.

-The Universe had a beginning
- Meaning the universe must have a cause
- Therefore the cause of the universe must be intelligent

Do you see the flaw of that argument?

I said this Entity is CAUSELESS. The Universe has a beginning and something made it happen. The nature and workings of this Thing, I do not claim to know, but if you insist that nothing made the Universe, the burden of proof then falls on you...The Eternal Nature of this being is a logical assumption on my part.
If it is truly a logical assumption, then it is a big step from the universe must have a beginning to the creator is Eternal

What if the cause of the universe was impersonal, without an intention, an accident...

What if the cause of the universe was a community of Eternal beings working on a project just the same way groups of people build a space-craft or a skyscraper(which is far more logical than assuming the universe is created by one being, thats like saying a rocket was built by one person).

What if the cause of the universe is still subject to causality?, there is no rule that says everything outside the universe must be causeless and immaterial(its like saying because a locked room is full of air, if you step outside the room, you wouldnt find air anymore)

There are lots of logical assumptions that are far more reasonable than assuming that the cause of the universe is a timeless, immaterial, single being.
