I eat indomie only as an appetizer.

I'm a medical doctor specialized in O&G and I can tell you that we have many incompetent doctors out there. This is not to shade my colleagues but truth must be told.

In medical practice, a good doctor is one who knows his or her limits. I know my limits and I'm very careful not to cause any harm to my patients. Unfortunately, many doctors don't know how to come about a diagnosis, most just write routine tests/investigations and end up treating symptomatology rather than the root cause. Many also use polypharmacy which is also wrong. While the majority just give iv infusion and treat typhoid and malaria. The health system in Nigeria is very very bad, avoid government or public hospitals. The doctors there will just use the patient to teach the medical students and your treatment if you're a patient can be delayed. Many patients die preventable deaths and it's very painful and alarming.

About using Google, the truth is that most doctors use Google either to confirm a diagnosis or consider other options that may not readily come to their minds however the difference between a medical doctor using Google and a layman using Google is that a well trained medical doctor can easily identify and filter out the wrong informations online that the layman can't. There are a lot of wrong informations on google that are not backed up by scientific study and I see a lot of patients present to me and ask concerning questions because of what they found on google whereas it's wrong. If you use google to Google your symptoms, your mind no go touch ground however it's good to use google to not to be left in the dark.

I was still smiling, I thought it was a joke,
Long story short, he chased me out of the office.
The matron outside signaled another woman to enter his office, elderly woman, probably 70's, the surgeon started shouting she's walking too slow, and it's like she's not serious.
Other patients were replying

"doctor take it easy na, don't you have a mother?, this is a government hospital na, take it easy doctor"

He started shouting to the matron to call another patient.

UPTH will humble you in this life. I kept wondering if I went ahead with the surgery there, the man can even slap me on the hospital bed.

This period was a very depressing period in my life. Low self esteem at its lowest ever. I couldn't even speak back. Zero confidence. No job. I regret leaving the hospital like a coward till today. Especially after the surgeon shouted at the elderly woman.

Most surgeons are hot tempered with bad manners, they are usually toxic and treat patients like trash which is very wrong

Normal thing for me in the past.

While in Medical school, I taught in many secondary schools during my holiday periods and my eyes saw things. These young girls with matured bodies were legit seducing me but I never gave in. No matter how enticing and amazing your body is, if I find out that you're a minor, it's a turn off for me.

If you're a teacher teaching in a secondary school, you've to learn to protect yourself from seducers.

1. Don't stay alone in the staff room attending to female students. But if you've no option, always put your phone on record to have an handy evidence with you, because some female students can lie and implicate a teacher they deem difficult and people will listen to the female more than they will listen to you.

2. Never get too close to a female student. You don't need her WhatsApp number or her Facebook name. Keep your interaction professional.

3. Never pass innocuous remarks or sexual innuendos to save yourself from misunderstandings.

Science is best known for despiritualizing phenomena by giving some scientific or medical term to them. I've known about sleep paralysis for a long time but only realised its not as simple as science tried to put it. Over ten years ago I was in my bed drifting off to sleep when I lost control over my physical body. I struggled to move in vain. Now of course one would say that's how sleep paralysis works but here's the twist. I could see the everything in the room. My elder brother walked in, looked around, ĺooked at me and kept searching for whatever. I could see him 100% but guess what, my eyes were closed. I struggled to call his name but he obviously couldn't hear me. I was praying in my heart when he turned around and shook me. That was when I woke up and realised my eyes had been closed all the while. I was shook. That was my first experience but not the last. I never knew that my spirit was struggling to leave my body. If I had known what I know now I would have freed my mind and let metaphysics take its course. There are lots of mysteries about this world that the blind(those who don't believe in the spiritual and metaphysical) will never see. I rest my case.

The phenomenon behind it is that your brain wakes up before your body, your body can't move even if your brain tells your body to move, your brain then sends an alarm that your body is in danger because it's not responding to it's command, you scream but even that it's not audible, only you can hear yourself scream, when your eyes open and your body is still asleep, you'll almost freak out. Some experience astral projection at this stage and see other people and even their body lying still on the bed. After a while, the body wakes and you breathe heavily and sometimes scream. Many attribute it to a demonic attack but it's not.


How do I solve this issue.
When my brain is awake and my body is alseep, I know it's sleep paralysis. I calm myself down and focus on one part of my body either my leg or my hand and try and move it. It doesn't move immediately at first, I calm myself again and close my eyes shutting the danger system ringing in my brain, then I try and focus on one finger or one toe, usually this time it moves, then I picture myself sitting up on the bed and visualize it like three times, after that, my body wakes and can obey the command of my brain. I steady my breathing and realize I just had a sleep paralysis and I smile.

Sometimes, I use that opportunity to astral projection and I see in details things that are outside or within the next room before I get back to my body and wake up.

I have learnt to overcome sleep paralysis because I know one day I'll die And leave this temporary vessel called the body!

When u suppose go one private hospital see your 10 to 20 patients per day and even earn the same or more and prepare for your exams and japa go better country..when the govt is serious let the Dr's know

Exercise right, drink water above carbonated drinks, shun alcohol, avoid smokes of first and second class, reduce sugar, reduce sun exposure, check your vitals regularly, think less to avoid hypertension but don't come out here constituting nuisance, reduce fatty consumables...
