This is something I do albeit, pro Bono.
It's good but as a lady going into something like this, you just have to be very careful because ladies can get so emotional (so work on that aspect)

You may not really make much but if you've good contents, I think it's a viable and profitable idea.

Infact, I agree with you that Doctors should be punished for negligence because they're dealing with human life.

In a normal intra-op setting, there's a board in which all the surgical materials in the theater are written on and as they're being used and discarded, it is ticked off. Infact even from the time of knife on skin, it's written on the board.

At the end of the surgery, all the materials are now crossed checked again to ensure no equipment or materials are forgotten inside the patient.

That's the normal protocol that I follow unfortunately many doctors don't follow these protocols and they end up making avoidable and careless mistakes.

Interestingly the father may have been in the situation trying to avert this but mum may have stopped and challenged him to give their child a breathing space. Can't fathom why the mum will hide this at this critical time, she needs all the love she could get.

Why not refer this patient for expert management as this patient has already develope fistula(rectovaginal fistula)

She's being managed in an FMC.
She was referred here.

You brought yourself low by apologizing by text and sending her multiple messages, (you placed her on a pedestral putting yourself at a disadvantage)

She's only trying to manipulate you, she wants to be in charge (hence saying you should ask for her permission first, that's bullshit)

The best thing to do is to ignore her for now (although she'll most likely have other simps giving her attention)

Your aim of ignoring her is to grow your abundance mentality and groom your masculinity.

Ladies are very cheap and majority of them act in similar ways.

What I still can't fathom is the zeal of ladies who mostly bear the brunt of sexual intercourse not insisting on the use of condoms. It baffled me, their health is the least of their worries. All of these is usually avoidable.

Abortion is illegal in Nigeria. If you try and do it yourself or engage a quack to do it for you, you may likely come down with complications...

I'm currently managing a 16year old girl who had criminal abortion (D&C @ 5months) she presented to my facility as Septic abortion.
I did an ex-lap few days ago and intraop findings were crazy. This girl had a laceration from the anterior surface of her uterus down to the posterior fornix of her vagina, there were gangrenous bowels in her uterus, the left side of her uterus, fallopian tubes, broad ligament couldn't be debrided so I had to take them out. Infact my assistant was agitating for a hysterectomy (removal of the uterus) because of the extent of the damage but I had compassion on the girl and tried to salvage as much as possible.

Such a young girl but she's gotten her life almost destroyed by engaging in criminal abortion.
