Please my people, I need your advice.
A friend applied for his passport at Ibadan since January and till date no booklet. The immigration officer said their Ogas went to Abuja last week and were told the booklets are still unavailable.
Lagos is issuing passports but the Ibadan officer said it’s harmonised passport and he cannot reapply elsewhere cos he already applied/ did biometrics in Ibadan for the old passport.
Is it possible for him to change his application to harmonised/Lagos?

I was born and raised and I schooled in the north I am still working in the north. It we southerners that love to acquire landed properties here.
