Rhino.5dm:Ur very much right, thts not the only issue with the software; my major problem is with the mass modeling; revit is very poor when it comes to mass modeling, just wished the mass modeling environment was made to look like its sister auto cad. |
This current project is a 4 bedroom duplex which would sit on 1 and hlf plot of land, would mke the model as simple as possible and also tech at the same time...let's get started.... Step 1: I started by creating my levels from an elevation view ( created 6 levels namely; 00foundation foot, 01 floor level, 02 entry level, 04 first floor, 05 second floor finally 06 roof top) Step 2: marked out the portion of land required to place my model using grid line. Step 3: placed my foundation into th project, added my entry floor and some few interior and exterior walls( I used lines to track the location of my walls, its quite easier tht way,cos I can easily click on the wall command and the use the pick line tool in creating my walls) Step 4: loaded some windows into the model, some of the windows where actually modified to suit my taste cos some of the windows I actually needed fo this design wasn't pre loaded loaded into revit software. Step 5: modeled some in-place architectural walls into the project( to add extra flavor). The end results of step 1_5 is the pix below,as I progress I'll update u guys...stay tuned

Op you forgot to mention extra house rent expenses; most final year students rents should expire by the end of this year which should tally with the academic calendar all things being equal ,so if the strike isn't called off, they would have to pay an extra amount for the period of extra time spent. |
anochuks08: I later got one for 300k actually. Its a 1999 Nissan Maxima. Full option. Just that the airbag is deployed, besides that, no other issuesGood fo you, I also pray you wouldn't open a thread in the car talk section ranting about one issue or the other to ikenna n co, cos300k is to low to get a decent ride (99 model) without problems accompanying it. |
Boss how much would it cost me to get a fairly used note 3 |

banki: in Nigeria the most affordable brand new vehicles are about1.8million -3million, kia picanto and Hyundai getz and other cars within their range hover around 1.8m, even the cheapest Nissan brand "sunny" is 2.5mMakes lots of sense, but let's see how it goes;maybe the government would subsidize the price of the cars.... Most times I wonder if the government just draft a plan without thinking it through, many Nigerians can't afford a brand new car with the current price which they are been sold, here alone on nairaland if you visit the car section, how many people ask or orders for brand new vehicles??(Less than 10%). So I wonder how theses assembly plants would break even when the demand is not available due to high cost. This can lead to two possibilities; either the law of demand(low) and supply(high) would force a reduction in price or total liquidation of the plant(because they can't break even).. I hope the 1st instance would be the case. |
PalmTree: Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is widely used across several fields ranging from Telecomms to Oil and Gas Industry. Which is why Greenland Consult Ltd (Geo-spatial and Remote Sensing experts) have decided to bring this technology closer to our future leaders. Acquire GIS skills today and provide your self with an advantage over other job seekers!please why not move this advert to the certification n training section, cos this thread is meant for piping related issues, and you wouldn't want to derail it. |
I thinks its bout time we ignore ASUU,let's see how long they can carry on with this industrial action. I see no reason why they can't accept the offer on the table if fo nothing at least fo th sake of there students. Change can't happen overnight,if they are fighting fo change as they claim they should know its a gradual process. |
Rawdeal: Nonchalance of the operators for human lives. People can be so careless and greedy. Would the loss of changing boats be equivalent to the loss of these lives?? SMH.... i think its us forcing END TIME THINGS on God at the rate we'reI think the passengers were adamant towards telling the boat operator to return back to shore;this was exactly what happened when I traveled to bonny early this year;5minutes into the journey one of the speed boat engines failed, and the boat operator tried to assure us that we can manage one while he repaired the second one on the way;as God would have it,we had reasonable passengers on board who insisted the operator turns back with the one engine we had left. Though he proved stubborn but continuous persistence on our path made him return ashore. |
What happened to wearing life jacket before boarding small sea vessels like speed boat?? |
Freezle: Okay! Questions are welcome. And I do advice our professionals to speak out in other to assist with answering of some questions. I would do my best to answer the ones I can. I'm still learning too. Please how do I install the software |
