POP ceiling.

We share similar opinion but my engineer thinks different about that,he's of the opinion tiling should come first because the "dust"from tiling activities will settle on the pop ceiling and its easier to clean pop stains on tiles. But my concern is the scaffolds from pop activities damaging the tiles.

Goodday sir,from ur experience what are the things to look out for when installing a pop.
Cos I have seen some buildings with pop getting bad within a year after installation.

Good Tiles are very expensive these days. I got most of the floor tiles for this house at N8,500 per square meter(CDK). Spanish tiles are like N14,000 and above. That will shoot the tiles budget to over N20m in this harsh economy

I'll advice u upgrade the apartment before u put up such "ridiculous" price.

This is absolutely wrong, he paid in full all u had to do was deliver the item, even though u later got a better offer,a deal is a deal. Some times we count our losses and move. Tender an unreserved apology to gazzuz and don't make excuses.

So i needed to verify the customs paper for a toyota rav 4 i was about to purchase, i searched nairaland and the name cheunshow popped up,well i was skeptical when I first contacted him.
