Boot your system into safe mode(hold the F5 key on start up). Log in as an Administrator,go to system accounts and clear any passwords.This should enable you access your account and perform any futher operations.

Go to your Network Connections,You will see the modem. Right click on the modem to go to properties and Click on advanced.Check the 2 boxes that say allow other users to share this computers internet connection and the one that says allow other users to control this computers internet connection. Automatically the IP address of your Ethernet card will change to 192.168.0.1. Connect the 2 computers using a crossover cable(Very important)!. Then on the client Pc set the IP address to 192.168.0.2 or any other so far they are in the same subnet, and assign the default gateway and DNS Server as 192.168.0.1. This would make the client computer browse through the host. Hit me back in case you do not understand but this should do the job.

I am desperate for some help! I recently upgraded my
program from Girlfriend
7.0 to Wife 1.0 and found that the new program began
unexpected Child Processing and also took up a lot
of space and valuable resources.

This wasn't mentioned in the product brochure. In
addition Wife 1.0 installs itself into all other
programs and launches during systems initialization
and then it monitors all other system activities.

Applications such as "Boys' Night out 2.5" and "Golf
5.3" no longer run, and crashes the system whenever
selected. Attempting to operate selected "Saturday
Rugby 6.3" always fails and "Saturday Shopping 7.1"
runs instead.
I cannot seem to keep Wife 1.0 in the background
whilst attempting to run any of my favorite
applications. Be it online or offline.

I am thinking of going back to "Girlfriend 7.0", but
uninstall doesn't work on this program. Can you
please help?

It happened to me once what i did was uninstall,wipe out every previous trace of the messenger from you registry you can do this by using C.Cleaner or doing so manually with REGEDIT command in the run menu. Then reinstall the application.
